1.Differential diagnostic value of Volcano sign of ultrasonic automated breast volume scan in breast masses

Objective To study the value of crater signon coronary section by automated breast volume scanner(ABVS) in diagnosing benign or malignant breast tumours .Methods 70 cases of breast tumours were observed by ABVS and contrast with pathology .The clinical value of ABVS in diagnosing benign or malignant breast tumours was analyzed .Results The sensitivity of crater signon coronary section was 65.5% and the specificity was 90.5%.The difference in benign or malignant breast tumours with crater signwas statistically significant (χ2 =29.76,P<0.05).Conclusion ABVS coronary section with crater signhas important clinical value in diagnosing benign or malignant breast tumours and is a new supplement of two -dimensional ultrasound .
2.A study on labeling efficiency,cellular viability and in vitro MRI of human fibroblast cells labeled with SPIO of different concentration

Objective:To explore the efficiency of super-paramagnetic iron oxide(SPIO)of different concentrations in vitro labeling human fibroblast cells as well as the influence on cellular viability,and to investigate the characteristics of magnetic resonance imaging.Methods:Respectively mix pure SPIO(concentration of iron:200 ?g/ml) and SPIO-PLL compound of different concentrations with substrate(final concentrations of iron:150,100,50,25 ?g/ml;final concentration of PLL:7.5 ?g/ml).Then incubate it with Hfbs for 12,24,48 h and 72 h.Collect the cells.Assess cellular viability with Trypan Blue Dye Exclusion Method;test iron particles distribution in cells with Prussian blue Stain;observe the positions of iron particles with optical microscope and TEM and calculate the labeling rate of SPIO;perform MR scanning to measure the signal intensity change of the cells.Results:Labeling efficiency of SPIO-PLL compound is much higher than that of pure SPIO(P0.05).Prussian blue Stain test shows there are more or less blue dyed iron particles inside cytoplasm of each labeled cells.And those iron particles concentrate in endosome and lysosome(with electron microscope).Culture solution of concentration in the range of 25~50 ?g Fe/ml is safe for labeling stem cells with SPIO,and 95%~100% of the cells will be effectively labeled in 18~24 h.And the MR scanning shows obvious reduction of signal intensity of the labeled cells.Conclusion:Human fibroblast cells can be easily and safely labeled with self-made SPIO-PLL compound.Labeling with appropriate solution(iron content of 25 ?g/ml) is highly efficient and has little influence on cellular viability,furthermore,with SPIO labeling,the signal intensity of cells scanned with MR is dramatically reduced.
3.Treatment of calcium dobesilate tablets capsules combined yimaikang for retinal vein occlusion

AlM: To observe the clinical curative effect of calcium dobesilate capsule and yimaikang tablet for treating retinal vein occlusion ( RVO) .METHODS:A total of 120 patients (167 eyes) with RVO were divided into 2 groups at random. The control group of 60 cases ( 82 eyes ) were given calcium dobesilate capsule, and the treatment group of 60 cases ( 85 eyes ) received calcium dobesilate capsule and yimaikang tablet. Changes of visual acuity and clinical effects after 3 courses of treatment were compared and analyzed for all patients.RESULTS: Markedly effective 15 cases ( 23 eyes ) , effective 42 cases (57 eyes) and invalid 3 cases (5 eyes) in the 60 cases (85 eyes) of the treatment group, the total effective rate was 94. 1%. Eighty-two eyes of 60 cases in the control group, markedly effective in 8 cases ( 12 eyes), effective 38 cases (49 eyes), ineffective 14 cases (21 eyes), The total effective rate was 74. 4% in the control group. There were significant differences between the 2 groups of curative effect, and low incidence rate of adverse reaction. CONCLUSlON: Calcium dobesilate capsules and yimaikang tablet is effective and safe in the treatment of RVO.
4.Clinical investigation of knee osteoarthritis with metabolic syndrome

Objective To explore the morbidity and clinical characteristics of knee osteoarthritis (OA) complicated with metabolic syndrome (MS).Methods Four hundred and ten patients with knee OA were enrolled into this survey.The subjects were divided into two groups:those with knee OA only:those with both OA and MS.Clinical data in the two groups were evaluated.Results The prevalence of MS was 40.2% in all knee OA patients,there was significant difference between the two groups according to the ratio of male to female (x2=5.853,P=0.001),but no difference between the two groups according to age distribution respectively (P>0.05).For metabolic parameters,waist circumference,triglyceride (TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C),systolic blood pressure and glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) were significantly increased in the group with both of the two diseases (OA and MS),comparing with those with knee OA only (t=3.123,4.679,2.818,3.697,2.632,2.907,P<0.05).However,there was no difference in both group in serum total cholesterol (TC),high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and fasting plasma glucose level (P>0.05).Incidence of coronary heart disease,diabetes mellitus and hypertension was higher in the group with both OA and MS than that in knee OA only group (x2=6.676 and 104.12,P<0.05).The incidence of diabetes mellitus was not different between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion The incidence of metabolic syndrome in knee OA patients is relatively high.Effective treatment should be invited to treat knee OA with MS.
5.Relationship between plasma anti-β2-glycoprotein Ⅰ and cardiovascular disease in systemic lupus erythematosus

Objective To investigate the relationship between plasma anti-β2-glycoprotein I (anti-β2-GP I )and cardiovascular disease (CVD) in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE).Methods Eighty-onepatients with SLE [the mean age was (45±18) years old,among whom 73 were female and 8 were male] and20 controls [the mean age was (43±17) years old,among whom 14 were female,and 6 were male] wereenrolled.Plasma anti-β2-GP I was measured by ELLSA.The relationship between plasma anti-β2-GP I level and CVD in SLE patients was investigated with Logistic regression model.T-test,x2 test,Spearman's correlations and Logistic regression analysis were used for statistical analysis.Results Mean plasma anti-β2-GP I increased significantly in SLE group compared to control group [ (29± 19) vs (14±8) U/ml,t=2.035,P<0.05].The plasma levels of anti-β2-GP I were higher in SLE patients with CVD than those without [(41±25)vs (18±12) U/ml,t=2.038,P<0.05].Plasma anti-β2-GP I level was positively correlated with triglyceride (r=0.337,P<0.05) and renal lesions (r=0.489,P<0.01 ).Plasma anti-B2-GP [ level was negatively correlated with high density lipoproteins (r=-0.385,P<0.05 ) and complement (r=-0.497,P<0.05 ) level.Logistic regression analysis showed that plasma anti-β2-GP I (β=0.675,95%CI0.5070.816,P<0.05) was an independent risk factor for CVD in SLE patients.Conclusion The level of plasma anti-β2-GP I in SLE patients with CVD is high,and it may play a role in the pathogenesis and progression of CVD in SLE patients.
6.Clinical observation on Xueshuantong injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction (ACI)

Objective To explore the clinical effects of Xueshuantong injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods 70 patients with ACI were divided into Xueshuantong injection treatment group and Fufangdanshen control group,The two groups were all treated with routine way.The treatment group were treated with routine way and the Xueshuantong injection for 14 days,The two groups before and after evaluation for neural function defect scale was evaluated,and hemorheology indices were detected.Results The treatment group basic recovery rate was 25.0%,Significant progress rate was 37.5%,progress rate was 27.5%,overall response rate was 90.0%.The control group were 16.7%,30.0%,23.3 %,70.0%,the difference was significant (x2 =4.534,P < 0.05),the hemorrheologic indices of the treatment group after drug use are statistically significant differences,compared with before drug use(all P < 0.05).Conclusion Xueshuantong injection in treatment of acute cerebral infarction is safe and effective.
7.Risk factors analysis of diabetic ketoacidosis combined with elevated serum amylase

Objective To investigate the clinical risk factors of diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA ) combined with elevated serum amylase(AMS). Methods Totally 263 patients with DKA were enrolled in our study. They were divided into 2 groups according to the level of AMS:DKA with normal AMS (DKA,n=188);DKA with elevated AMS(HAMS,n = 75 ). HAMS patients then were divided into two subgroups according to the diagnosis with acute pancreatitis(AP)(HAMS+ AP,n = 25 )and without AP (HAMS,n = 50 ). TG,FPG and AMS were measured and analyzed with univariate analysis and multivariate analysis. Results HAMS group patients had a ratio of 28.5% with elevated AMS and 9.5% with AP.HAMS group had higher FPG,TG,HbA1 c,Na+ ,osmolality,BUN and Scr than DKA group(P <0.05).The levels of FPG,TG,osmolality,BUN and the time of CO2 CP recovery in HAMS+AP subgroup were all significantly higher than those in HAMS patients without AP (P < 0.05 ). Correlation analysis showed that HAMS was positively correlated with TG,FPG,Na+ ,Osmolality and BUN(P <0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that hypertriglyceridemia was the independent risk factor of DKA combined with HAMS(OR 1.244,P <0.01),and was the independent risk factor of DKA combined with AP(OR 1.211,P <0.05). Conclusion Hypertriglyceridemia is the related risk factor of DKA combined with HAMS and AP. This study provides a theoretical basis to early screen patients with hyperamylasemia in DKA.
8.Comparison of the effect of acarbose, metformin and glipizide on newly diagnosed young type 2 diabetic patients

Ninty-four newly diagnosed young type 2 diabetic patients were treated by acarbose, metformin or glipizide for 36 weeks. The results showed that these drugs had similar effects in reducing blood glucose. Acabose decreased postprandial insulin secretion and had higher safety and better compliance. It was appropriate to use in newly diagnosed young type 2 diabetic patients.
9.Expression and their significance of c-Met and TIMP-2 in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma

OBJECTIVE To study the expression of c-Met,TIMP-2 in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and to explore the function and relationship of c-Met,TIMP-2 in the invasion and metastasis of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma. METHODS Immunohistochemical method(SP) was used to detect the expression of c-Met,TIMP-2 in 41 laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma specimens and 15 specimens adjacent to the tumors.RESULTS The positive rate of c-Met and TIMP-2 in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma specimens was 56.1% (23/41)and 63.4%(26/41)respectively.The positive rate of c-Met in tissues adjacent to tumors was 13.3%(2/15).No positive expression of TIMP-2 was found in tissues adjacent to tumors.CONCLUSION The expression of c-Met showed a positive correlation with histological differentiation and cervical lymph node metastasis and TIMP-2 showed a positive correlation with cervical lymph node metastasis in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma.There was no significant relation between the expression of c-Met and TIMP-2 in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma.
10.Technology and Application of Dual-source CT Urography

Objective To evaluate the technology and application of dual-source CT urography. Methods 56 cases with clinical symptoms and dual-source CT urography were analyzed retrospectively through conventional plain scan, arterial phase scan, venous phase scan, which gained data were reconstructed 3D images of MPR, MIP, CPR and VR, and the im- ages were analyzed. Results The 3D images of kidneys, ureters and bladder were reconstructed successfully, which showed clearly the detail of the entire urinary tract and the local fine structure, morphology, taking shape and the relationship with the surrounding tissue through rotating and zooming. Conclusion Through the dual-source CT to scan the entire urinary tract is suitable for a variety of data acquisition of three-dimensional reconstruction, which can greatly enhance the focal positive rate and diagnosis rate.
