Objective To explore the total treatment effect, layered diagnostic treatment effect, the relationship between effect and site of infection and common side effects of commonly used antifungal agents such as itraconazole,Voriconazole, caspofungin and amphotericin B liposome in invasive fungal infection with hematologic malignancies. Methods The clinical data of 117 cases of patients with hematologic malignancies combining with invasive fungal infection hospitalized in our department from Jan,2005 to Aug,2008 were retrospectively analyzed. Results The total effect rates of itraconazole,Voriconazole, caspofungin and amphotericin B liposome were 69.0%(40/58),77.4%(24/31),64.7%(11/17)and 63.6%(7/11)respectivley(P=0.726).In patients with pulmonary infection, the effect rates of the agents were 63.0%(17/27),85.7%(12/14),50.0%(4/8)and 62.5%(5/8)respectively(P=0.283),which itraconazole group was higher than that of the other agents. The effect rates of the 4 groups have similar rates in patients with liver and spleen candidiasis, fungemia and infections with unknown origin. The rates of 6 weeks survival were 86.2%,87.1%,70.6% and 72.7% respectively. The common side effects of itraconazole and Voriconazole were mainly gastrointestinal reaction and mild hypokalemia. There were few patients showed gastrointestinal reaction(12.1%) and hypokalemia(20.7%)in the former. Some individual showed visual abnormity(9.7%)and external vertebral body symptoms(6.4%).caspofungin showed mild toxic and side effects, which was only gastrointestinal reaction(15.4%),while they were common in amphotericin B liposome group, which were Chill and fever(81.8%),hypokalemia(100%),gastrointestinal reaction(18.2%)and liver damage(9.1%).Conclusion The total effect, layered diagnostic effect and 6 weeks survival rates were similar in itraconazole,Voriconazole, caspofungin and amphotericin B liposome in patients with hematologic malignancies combining with invasive fungal infection.

Journal of International Oncology 2011;38(1):54-56
Regulatory T cell (Treg) infiltration is an important mechanism for inhibition of tumor immune microenvironment. Treg is highly expressed in peripheral blood and tumor tissue of various cancer patients. A high expression of Treg may inhibit the antitumor effect of CD4 + CD8 + T lymphocytes or induce immunological resistance to tumor antigens among cytotoxic T lymphocytes(CTL) without producing acute or memory CTL responses, resulting in tumor escape from immuneattack and immune suppressionin in the tumor microenvironment.

Purpose:To study the efficacy and toxicity of VIDM regimen (vincristine, idarubicin, dexamethasone and melphalan) for refractory or relapsed multiple myeloma(MM).Methods:45 refractory or relapsed MM patients were randomized into two groups: VIDM group(treatment group) had 22 patients treated with VIDM regimen, VAD group(control group) had 23 patients with VAD regimen. Results:The effective rate with VIDM regimen (59.1%) was significantly higher than that of VAD regimen (26.1%) (P

Chinese Journal of Organ Transplantation 1996;0(03):-
Objective To investigate the expression of monocyte chemoattractant protein 1 (MCP-1) and RANTES and their significance in the pathogenesis of chronic allograft nephropathy. Methods Uninephrectomized F344 rats and LEW rats were used as control animals. Left renal transplantation LEW rats were used as experimental animals. Twelve weeks after transplantation, the renal function and the histological disorders of chronic allograft nephropathy were studied. The expression of MCP-1 and RANTES in the allografts was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results Compared with F344 control groups, the serum creatitine level ( 96.200 ? 36.405 ) ?mol/L in the experimental groups was increased ( P

Objective To evaluate the effect of intravenous lidocaine on postoperative pain and acute rehabilitation after laparoscopic hysterectomy. Methods Ninety-six patients scheduled for lapa-roscopic hysterectomy under general anesthesia were randomized into 2 groups (n = 48 ).In test group, lidocaine 1.5 mg/kg was administered at induction, then with a continously infusing rate of 2 mg·kg-1 ·h-1 until the end of surgery. In control group, saline was instead.Record the resting and coughing pain scores at 6,12,24 and 48 h after surgery, morphine consumption during the first 48 h, time to first flatus,6 min walk test (6MWT)result,and side effects such as dizzy, nausea and vomi-ting.Results Resting VAS scores at 6,12 and 24 h postoperatively were lower in test group than in control group (P <0.05).Coughing VAS scores in test group were lower than in control group at all time points (P <0.05).The morphine consumption was lower in test group than in control group (P<0.05).Time to first flatus was earlier in test group than in control group (P <0.05 ).6MWT at day 4 and 5 were significantly enhanced in test group (P <0.05 ).Conclusion Intravenous lidocaine can reduce postoperative pain scores and morphine consumption,as well as improve early rehabilita-tion after laparoscopic hysterectomy.
9.Insulin resistance of islet ?-cells
Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 1985;0(02):-
It has been proved recently that insulin signal transduction pathway and insulin resistance exist in islet?-cells.Defects in insulin signaling of the?-cells decrease glucose-stimulated first-phase insulin release, inhibit proliferation of?-cells and promote apoptosis of?-cells.Obesity accelerates the development of insulin resistance of?-cells,which may play a central role in the pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes mellitus.
