1.Aberrant gap junction and tumor
Journal of International Oncology 2011;38(8):582-585
Gap junctions are membrane structures made of intercellular channels that allow directly exchange of material and information between adjacent cells. It is the structural basis of gap junctional intercellular communication. Gap junction is aberrant frequently in variety of cancers, which relatives with tumor genesis and metastasis. New anti-cancer drugs targeting gap junctions will be a new direction for tumor treatment.
2.Research progress in the treatment of retinitis pigmentosa degeneration with phosphodiesterase 6b gene mutation mouse
Chinese Journal of Experimental Ophthalmology 2013;(7):693-696
In the past decades, more and more mutant genes that cause inherited retinal diseases have been found.Meanwhile, many naturally occurring animal models have also been found to show similar gene mutations and phenotypes as the human inherited retinal diseases, which have led to the development of a variety of therapeutic strategies for those traditionally incurable inherited diseases. These models include rod degeneration (rd) mice, such as rd1 model,rd10 model and nmf137.To compare the efficacy of these strategies, this article briefly reviews the recent progress in the treatment of the mouse models with mutations in the subunit of rod phosphodiesterase (Pde6b)gene by pharmaceutical, stem cell and gene therapy in order to find a more effective treatment for retinal degeneration.
3.Reliability-based Design for Rehabilitation Training Instruments
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2012;18(3):211-212
On the basis of status and technical characteristics of rehabilitation training instrument in China, this article summarized theconcept and significance of reliability-based design, introduced the technical target of rehabilitation training instruments and the procedureof building a reliability model. The future prospect of applying reliability-based design to rehabilitation training instruments is also discussed.
5.Diagnostic significance of immunophenotyping in the patients of myelodysplastic syndrome
Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine 2001;0(05):-
The myelodysplastic syndrome(MDS)is a group of clonal haematopoietic stem cell diseases characterized by ineffective haematopoiesis, dysplasia and aberrational expression of cell surface markers. Therefore, immunophenotyping of blast cells, granulocytes and monocytes is helpful to distinguish between MDS and non-MDS.The immunophenotyping is a complicated process. So the uniform diagnostic standard is the key to the comparabe and reliable results.
6.Enlightenment of American Medical Humanistic Education Mode to China
Chinese Medical Ethics 2017;30(6):689-692,746
The development of modern medicine calls for the return of medical humanistic spirits, and it is in-evitable to strengthen medical humanistic education. This paper compared the current situation of medical humanis-tic education between Chinese and American medical colleges from the construction of teaching staff, the establish-ment of curriculum system, and teaching method and evaluation. It put forward some suggestions for the dilemma of the development of medical humanistic education according to the actual medical education in our country, and ex-plored the reform paths of medical humanistic education in our country.
7.The Research on Capital Operation of Medical School
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2006;0(08):-
As most of medical school has been incorporating with comprehensive university,it is of great importance for university leaders and managers to make out how to take full advantage of the opportunity for incorporating with university and make full use of medical education resource to improve the benefit of capital operation.
8.An analysis and consideration of the thesis of laboratory medicine undergraduates
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2005;0(06):-
Objective to analyze the major problems existing in laboratory medicine and put forward the improvement measures. Methods The dissertations of 69 graduates in Laboratory medicine major in 2008 were analyzed. Results A total of 62 teachers guided 69 students to complete their thesis, and the dissertation score was normal with outstanding dissertations accounting for 4.38% and good dissertations accounting for 65.21%;and medium accounting for 30.43%. Conclusion: The quality of graduation thesis should be promoted from the start of each aspect of the thesis, and quality control should be implemented in the whole process.

10.Clinical analysis of thyroid hormone level detection in patients with coronary heart disease
International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2015;(24):3545-3546
Objective To analyze and investigate the thyroid hormone levels in the patients with coronary heart disease(CHD) . Methods The levels of thyroid hormones were detected by the immunochemiluminescence method in 108 cases of CHD in the car‐diology department of our hospital and 50 healthy controls from July 2012 to October 2014 .The detection results of various indica‐tors were analyzed by using the SPSS19 .0 software and two independent samples t -test .Results In 108 cases of CHD ,11 cases were thyroid dysfunction ,including 3 cases of hyperthyroidism ,5 cases of hypothyroidism ,1 case of subclinical hyperthyroidism and 2 cases of subclinical hypothyroidism .The FT3 level in two CHD groups was significantly lower than that in the control group ,the difference was statistically significant (P< 0 .05) ,although the FT4 level was decreased somewhat ,but the difference compared with the control group was not statistically significant (P>0 .05);the FT3 level in the CHD heart failure group was lower than that in the CHD non-heart failure group ,the difference was statistically significant (P<0 .05) ,the difference in the FT4 level had no statistically significant difference (P> 0 .05);the TSH level in the CHD group was similar to the that in the control group ,the difference was not statistically significance (P>0 .05) .No difference in thyroid hormone levels was observed between male and fe‐male CHD patients (P>0 .05) .Conclusion Monitoring in the change of thyroid hormone levels in the patients with CHD can effec‐tively reflect the severity of illness and conduces to observe the clinical efficacy .
