Gap junctions are membrane structures made of intercellular channels that allow directly exchange of material and information between adjacent cells. It is the structural basis of gap junctional intercellular communication. Gap junction is aberrant frequently in variety of cancers, which relatives with tumor genesis and metastasis. New anti-cancer drugs targeting gap junctions will be a new direction for tumor treatment.

In the past decades,more and more mutant genes that cause inherited retinal diseases have been found.Meanwhile,many naturally occurring animal models have also been found to show similar gene mutations and phenotypes as the human inherited retinal diseases,which have led to the development of a variety of therapeutic strategies for those traditionally incurable inherited diseases.These models include rod degeneration (rd) mice,such as rd1 model,rd10 model and nmf137.To compare the efficacy of these strategies,this article briefly reviews the recent progress in the treatment of the mouse models with mutations in the subunit of rod phosphodiesterase (Pde6b)gene by pharmaceutical,stem cell and gene therapy in order to find a more effective treatment for retinal degeneration.

On the basis of status and technical characteristics of rehabilitation training instrument in China, this article summarized theconcept and significance of reliability-based design, introduced the technical target of rehabilitation training instruments and the procedureof building a reliability model. The future prospect of applying reliability-based design to rehabilitation training instruments is also discussed.

Objective To compare the clinic effects of gatifloxacin and fleroxacin on respiractory infections.Methods 160 patients of low-moderate respiractory infections were divided into observation group (80 cases) and control group (80 cases).Under common therapy,the observation group accepted gatifloxacin injection while the control group accepted fleroxacin injection.The effective rate,bacterial clearance rate and untoward effect were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of observation group was obviously higher than control group (88.8％ vs 72.5％,x2 =3.16,P ＜ 0.05).The bacterial clearance rate of observation group was obviously higher than control group (90.0％ vs 78.8％,x2 =6.28,P ＜ 0.05).There were 5 cases of nausea and vomiting in observation group while 3 cases of nausea and 2 cases of nausea and vomiting in control group.The diverse of untoward effect of two groups had no significance (x2 =0.03,P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Gatifloxacin has a better clinic effect than fleroxacin.Gatifkoracin doesn't increase the untoward effect on respiractory infections.

Objective To compare the application effect of vasopressin and oxytocin in intramural myomectomy. Methods 50 in -patients for myomectomy were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 25 cases in each group.By injecting oxytocin around hysteromyoma in the control group,and vasopressin in the observation group,hysteromyoma size,number,operation time,amount of bleeding,postoperative hemoglobin,normal body temperature recovering time,anal exhaust time and hospitalization time were compared in two groups.Results Operation time of the observation group was (86.4 ±1.8)minutes,which of the control group was (112.4 ±1.5)minutes,the difference was statistically significant (t =78.462,P <0.05).Blood loss of the observation group was (68.8 ± 27.6)mL,which of the control group was (130.8 ±37.5)mL,the difference was statistically significant (t =9.415, P <0.05).Postoperative hemoglobin of the observation group was (9.6 ±3.6)g/L,which was higher than (5.4 ± 2.6)g/L of the control group,and the difference was statistically significance (t =9.872,P <0.05).The hysteromyoma size of the two groups showed no significant difference (P >0.05 ).The comparing of normal body temperature recovering time,hospitalization time,anal exhaust time of the two groups were not statistically significant (P >0.05). Conclusion Hemostasis effect was evident after applying vasopressin in myomectomy,which can significantly reduce blood loss,shorten surgery time and reduce hemoglobin changes,it′s better than oxytocin and is worth in clinical application.

Objective To study the value of crater signon coronary section by automated breast volume scanner(ABVS) in diagnosing benign or malignant breast tumours .Methods 70 cases of breast tumours were observed by ABVS and contrast with pathology .The clinical value of ABVS in diagnosing benign or malignant breast tumours was analyzed .Results The sensitivity of crater signon coronary section was 65.5% and the specificity was 90.5%.The difference in benign or malignant breast tumours with crater signwas statistically significant (χ2 =29.76,P<0.05).Conclusion ABVS coronary section with crater signhas important clinical value in diagnosing benign or malignant breast tumours and is a new supplement of two -dimensional ultrasound .

Objective To study the main factors of young people the wedge-shaped teeth defect.Methods Random sampling way,746 middle-aged and young people in 20-50 years old with the wedge-shaped teeth defect patients status were checked,the oral examination and questionnaire survey was used to surveyed the factors on the young people of wedge-shaped defects.Results The young people of wedge-shaped defects in the reason,the most common was the mechanical friction 576 cases accounted for 75.4％,followed by etching 422 cases accounted for 56.6％,in addition to bite force fatigue in 112 cases accounted for 15.0％,other 46 cases,accounting for 6.7％.Conclusion The young people oral care has many defects,but also exposed many problems,the wedge-shaped teeth defectand oral care,using habit has the very big relations,and the prevention was the mainly measure for the wedgeshaped teeth defect.

Objective To study the IE and pp67 mRNA expressions in infants infected human cytomegalovirus (HCMV) after ganciclovir treatment. Methods The values of total bilirubin (TBIL), direct bilirubin (DBIL), alanine amino-transferase (ALT) and alkaline phosphatase (ALP) were detected in patients with HCMV before treatment, 2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment. The HCMV-DNA was detected by quantitative PCR. The expression levels of IE mRNA and pp 67 mRNA were detected by real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR. Results HCMV DNA stopped copying and the infected in-fants were cured following the traditional criterion, however, RNA expression was still tested in part of these infants. Conclusion It should be identified for mRNA expression when HCMV-DNA copies were hardly identified in these infants to prevent from relapse.
