1.Aberrant gap junction and tumor
Journal of International Oncology 2011;38(8):582-585
Gap junctions are membrane structures made of intercellular channels that allow directly exchange of material and information between adjacent cells. It is the structural basis of gap junctional intercellular communication. Gap junction is aberrant frequently in variety of cancers, which relatives with tumor genesis and metastasis. New anti-cancer drugs targeting gap junctions will be a new direction for tumor treatment.
2.Research progress in the treatment of retinitis pigmentosa degeneration with phosphodiesterase 6b gene mutation mouse
Chinese Journal of Experimental Ophthalmology 2013;(7):693-696
In the past decades, more and more mutant genes that cause inherited retinal diseases have been found.Meanwhile, many naturally occurring animal models have also been found to show similar gene mutations and phenotypes as the human inherited retinal diseases, which have led to the development of a variety of therapeutic strategies for those traditionally incurable inherited diseases. These models include rod degeneration (rd) mice, such as rd1 model,rd10 model and nmf137.To compare the efficacy of these strategies, this article briefly reviews the recent progress in the treatment of the mouse models with mutations in the subunit of rod phosphodiesterase (Pde6b)gene by pharmaceutical, stem cell and gene therapy in order to find a more effective treatment for retinal degeneration.

The future prospect of applying reliability-based design to rehabilitation training instruments is also discussed.
5.Localized occipital region abnormity of infantile EEG and its influence factors
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2009;16(5):835-836
Objective To explore pediatric EEG in localized region abnormity and influence factors. Methods 51 children with EEG abnormity were retrospectively analyzed. Results In this group, there are 45 children with EEG abnormity in normal situation, and 6 of 51 childrened appear abnormity in induced tests. All the 51 childrened appeal abnormai brain wave in occipital region in varying degree. Conclusion Pediatric occipital region localization abnormal EEG may be hints related to children paroxysmal disorder, Miscellaneous factors can influence children paroxysmal disorder include all kinds of etiology, pathologic physiology signs and symptoms, age and individual variation ect.
6.Evaluation of intense pulsed light in combination with rb-bFGF on facial telangiectasia
Chinese Journal of Medical Aesthetics and Cosmetology 2010;16(4):220-223
Objective To explore the treatment outcomes of intensive pulsed light (IPL) in combinationwith rb-bFGF in patients with telangiectasia. Methods A total of 57 patients with telangiectasia were randomly divided into 2 groups:group A,IPL540nm (n=32);group B,IPL with rb-bFGF (n=25).The intense pulsed light with 540 nm wavelength, energy density of 14-17 J/cm2 and pulse width of 10-12 ms was used for 3-5 times at intervals of 4-5 weeks. Results Fifty-seven patients completed the Study with maximal 5 treatment sessions,100% improvement was observed in 15.62% and 64.00% at group A and group B respectively after 1-2 treatment sessions, but in 62.5% and 84% after 3-4 treatmentsessions. There was significant difference in treatment sessions between the groups A and B (P
7.The clinical significance of gene polymorphism in children's primary nephrotic syndrome
International Journal of Pediatrics 2010;37(4):393-395
The pathogenesis of children's primary nephrotic syndrome has not been completely clear at present. In the past few years,The polymorphism of these genes, such as angiotensin-converting enzyme gene, apolipoprotein E gene,platelet-activating factor acetylhydrolase gene, human histocompatibility leukocyte antigen gene, glucocorticoid receptor gene and cytokine gene, ect have been discovered that were significantly correlated with susceptibility, pathological progress, steroid response, disease recurrence and prognosis of primary nephrotic syndrome. This article reviewed the research progress of PNS and gene polymorphism.
8.Investigation of risk factors of coronary heart disease in Huizhou
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2010;17(9):1167-1169
Objective To analyze the risk factors of coronary heart disease(CHD) by health examination in Huizhou.Methods A total of 85 patients withCHD,were chosen from 970 health check-up subjects as research cases.The roles of 6 risk factors of CHD were analyzed.Results 970 examination,amomg the CHD group were 85 cases(8.8% ),non-CHD group( control group)338 cases(34.8% ),normal healthy individuals 547 cases(56.4% ) respectively;The age of 60-year-old,70-year-old were significantly higher than 50 years in CHD(X2=6.78,X2=7.02,P<0.01 );The prevalence of obesity 、smoking、over-drinking 、hypertension and dyslipidemia in CHD group were higher than that in control group( t = 2.71,t = 2.803,t = 2.875,t = 2.841,t = 2.901,all P < 0.01 );The index of crowding index ≥ 1 for 92.8%,≥ 3% for 41.2% in 85 cases with CHD;Analysis showed that coronary heart disease andTG ( r = 0.28,P < 0.001 ),TC ( r = 0.23,P < 0.001 ),SBP( r= 0.14,P = 0.011 ) were significantly positively correlated.Conclusions Dyslipidemia、hypertension、obesity 、smoking、over-drinking are the remarkable risk factors of CHD in Hui Zhou.
9.Respiratory support strategies for extremely low birth weight infants
Chinese Pediatric Emergency Medicine 2010;17(1):4-7
The survival of extremely low birth weight infants has increased significantly due to improvement in both scientific knowledge and technology.Lung protective ventilatory strategies have been used for these infants in attempts to decrease lung injury severity and the incidence of bronchopulmonary dysplasia. The modalities of respiratory support will depend on the status of birth. It is important to apply these techniques correctly to achieve adequate gas exchange and avoid ventilatory injury.Non-invasive ventilatory support shows valuable as an initial intervention after birth and is an effective alternative to endotracheal intubation or mechanical ventilatory treatment.
10.The EEG analysis with the symptoms headed by "abdominal pain, fever" of viral encephalitis in children
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2010;17(1):19-20
Objective To discuss the value of EEG in early diagnosis and prognosis appraisal of children with the symptoms headed by"abdominal pain ferer"take the"abdominal pain, fever"as the first symptoms of viral encephalitis. Methods 150 cases of"abdominal pain, fever"as the first symptom diagnosed of viral encephalitis children were chosen for the EEG analysis before and after treatment. Results EEG abnormalities 117 cases,33 cases of normal. The EEG abnormality rate of abnormality is 78% ,showed diffuse or localized slow-wave number. There are two groups of children with temporal epileptiform discharges occur. There are 107 cases of abnormal EEG returned to normal and another 10 cases significantly improved in the 117 cases after symptomatic treatment of 1~2 weeks. Conclusion The EEG inspection is help with"abdominal pain, fever" as the first symptoms of viral encephalitis in children with early diagnosis, symptomatic treatment and prognosis.
