1.Significance of Urinary Leukotriene E_4 Detection in Children with Respiratory Syncytial Virus Bronchiolitis
Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2003;0(10):-
0.05). Conclusions The LTs synthesis is elevated in RSV bronchiolitis and LTs may participate in the pathogenesis of RSV bronchiolitis. Leukotriene receptor antagonist may play an important role in RSV bronchiolitis. However there still needs further research on the relationship between LTs and eosinophils count in the pathogenesis of RSV bronchiolitis.
2.Application of rituximab therapy on refractory nephrotic syndrome in children
Chinese Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2014;29(5):324-326
Primary nephrotic syndrome (PNS) is one of the most common forms of glomerular disorder in chil dren.It is reported that over 90% of patients are due to minimal change disease and most respond to glucocorticoid (GC) therapy.However,76%-93% cases have relapses and 40%-50% frequently relapses nephritic syndrome or steroid dependent nephritic syndrome when steroid is tapered.Long-term courses of GC and immunosuppressant will place them at increased risk for severe side effects. Not all patients do respond to therapy.Although most reports on rituximab use in pediatric patients have not recognized significant side effects, the long-term adverse events of rituximab are not known. Thus, controlled long-term studies are required to be done to assess the risk-benefit profile of rituximab in childhood nephrotic syndrome.
3.MRI Findings of Spinal Epidural Angiolipomas with Literature Review
Chinese Journal of Medical Imaging 2015;(6):432-434
Purpose To investigate the MRI findings and to improve the understanding of spinal epidural angiolipomas. Materials and Methods MRI findings were retrospectively analyzed in two cases of surgery and pathology proven spinal epidural angiolipomas. Relevant literatures were reviewed. Results Two cases of spinal epidural angiolipomas were located in the lumber and lower thoracic spinal canal. The tumors were elongated or spindle in shape within the epidural space, and parallel to the longitudinal axis. In both cases part of the tumors were hyperintense on T1WI and T2WI, attenuated on fat-saturated sequences with mild enhancement. Some areas were hypointenseon T1WI, hyperintenseon T2WI, unattenuated on fat-saturated sequences with apparent enhancement. Angiolipomas were classified according to the MRI features. One was type I and the other was type III. Both cases were non-infiltrative. Conclusion MRI shows the size, shape, MRI signals and the association with the adjacent structure of spinal epidural angiolipomas. The MRI classification is helpful for improving the understanding of the tumor. MRI is the best imaging modality to diagnose spinal epidural angiolipomas.
4.The Use of PDCA Cycle in Patients Wounded in Wenchuan Earthquake to Prevent and Control of Hospital Infection
Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2009;0(13):-
100 patients with gas gangrene were not found out serious infections. The mission was successful completed. CONCLUSIONS By use of PDCA cycle, the process of the wounded for treatment of nosocomial infection prevention and control of is guaranteed.
5.Coats disease-like retinopathy and inherited metabolic disorders or syndromes
Chinese Journal of Ocular Fundus Diseases 2017;33(1):93-96
Coats disease is a relatively rare and idiopathic disorder characterized by retinal telangiectasia and massive intra-retinal and (or) sub-retinal lipid accumulation, resulting in complications including retinal detachment and neovascular glaucoma. Previous reports have revealed that Coats disease can be associated with other disorders, especially some inherited diseases, such as retinitis pigmentosa (RP) and facioscapulohumeral muscular dystrophy (FSHD). Coats disease associated with other inherited disorders is generally called Coats-like retinopathy, which has some unique features that differs from the classic Coats disease, for example there is no sex and age preference, more bilateral cases, more severe cases and more genetic factors involved. Patients of Coats-like retinopathy with RP and FSHD may have mutations in Crumbs homologue gene 1 and D4Z4 genes.
6.The Peking University Health Science Center team construction of local talent in the past ten years
Chinese Journal of Medical Science Research Management 2017;30(1):62-65
Objective This paper mainly introduced the present situation of the local talents at Peking University Health Science Center, and proposed some corresponding suggestions for further development. Methods By using the methods of questionnaire investigation and literature review to acquaint the current situation of the local talents. Results The local talents face greater pressure of living stress, their material well-being needs to be improved, physical and psychological condition is poor, and the relationship with the returned overseas talents needs to be adjusted. Conclusions Several suggestions, such as mainly from the structural reform of local talents incentive mechanisms, the improvement of local talents distribution, the attention of the interests of local talents, the strength of self-construction and the coordinated development with overseas talents to promote the construction of the aspects of local talents.

Microbiology 1992;0(03):-
The first flowering plant genome sequence of Arabidopsis thaliana was completed at the end of 2000.This will greatly promote the studies on systematic identification of functional genes and their expression profiles and the development of technology for functional genomics.
9. Research on preparation technology of baicalein particles by supercritical CO2 antisolvent method
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 2013;44(8):970-973
Objective: The preparation technology of baicalein microparticles was optimized with volume average particle size (VAPS) of micropaticles as the evaluation index. Methods: The baicalein micropartocles were prepared by supercritical CO2 antisolvent method. On the basis of single factor tests, orthogonal design was used to optimize the preparation process of baicalein microparticles. The microparticle size distribution, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) analysis, infrared spectrum (IR), and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) were used to analyze the microparticles. Results: The suitable conditions optimized by orthogonal test were set as follows: solvent flow rate 0.75 mL/min, pressure 8 MPa, temperature 48 °C, and mass concentration of baicalein 4 mg/mL. Under the optimum conditions, the VAPS of the prepared microparticles was obviously smaller than that of the baicalein. And the shapes of baicalein in prepared microparticles were irregular under SEMA. IR and DSC analyses showed that the chemical structure of baicalein microparticles was not changed while the thermodynamic properties of baicalein might change. Meanwhile, the purity of baicalein became higher after the treatment. Conclusion: Supercritical CO2 antisolvent method is feasible to prepare baicalein microparticles and provides a reference basis for preparing microparticles at the same time.
