Objective To learn the impact of county-level public hospital reform on the expenditure of medical insurance fund. Methods Using the difference-in-differences model to analyze the differences incurred in both hospitalization expenditure and expenditure of the fund at two county-level public hospitals. Results The reform has reduced both the drug expenditure and examination expenses per hospitalization at such hospitals at 318.5 yuan and 410.2 yuan respectively, yet with an increase of treatment expenditure of 535.6 yuan per hospitalization. No significant growth rate was incurred by the reform to the medical insurance fund.A significant difference of both hospitalization expenditure of patients and the fund was found among patients covered by different medical insurance funds. Conclusions The reform has achieved initial success at such hospitals in reducing inpatients′drug and examination expenditures. However,it is important to prevent from the treatment expenditure from an offset increase;to further reform the payment modes for safety of the fund,to remove the differentiation found in the existing medical insurance system, and leverage the regulating role of various medical insurance funds on medical service behaviors and expenditures.

Objective To explore the correlation between family environment and self-concept of children with attention deficit hyperactivitydisorder (ADHD). Methods Family Environment Scales Chinese Version (FES-CV) and Piers-Harris Children's Self-concept Scale(PHCSS) were used to evaluate 79 children with ADHD and 71 normal children. Results The scores of behavior, intelligence and school, physical appearance, sociability, happiness and satisfaction, and total scores of PHCSS were lower in ADHD group than in normal group (P<0.05). Compared with the normal group, the ADHD group presented lower scores in cohesion, independence, intellectual-cultural orientation, moral religious emphasis, organization (P<0.05) and obviously higher score in conflicts (P<0.01) in FES-CV. The stepwise regressionanalysis showed that moral religion emphasis of FES-CV was a major risk factor to total scores of PHCSS in ADHD children (P<0.05). ConclusionChildren with ADHD show more family dysfunction, which may correlated with their poor self-concept.

OBJECTIVETo explore the clinical characteristic of functional articulation disorders in children and provide more evidence for differential diagnosis and speech therapy.
METHODS172 children with functional articulation disorders were grouped by age. Children aged 4-5 years were assigned to one group, and those aged 6-10 years were to another group. Their phonological samples were collected and analyzed.
RESULTSIn the two groups, substitution and omission (deletion) were the mainly articulation errors in these children, dental consonants were the main wrong sounds, and bilabial and labio-dental were rarely wrong. In age 4-5 group, sequence according to the error frequency from the highest to lowest was dental, velar, lingual, apical, bilabial, and labio-dental. In age 6-10 group, the sequence was dental, lingual, apical, velar, bilabial, labio-dental. Lateral misarticulation and palatalized misarticulation occurred more often in age 6-10 group than age 4-5 group and were only found in lingual and dental consonants in two groups.
CONCLUSIONMisarticulation of functional articulation disorders mainly occurs in dental and rarely in bilabial and labio-dental. Substitution and omission are the most often occurred errors. Lateral misarticulation and palatalized misarticulation occur mainly in lingual and dental consonants.

This study aimed to simultaneously determine the contents of astilbin and engeletin in dong medicine "sunl gaems" of Guizhou origin by quantitative analysis of multi-components by single marker (QAMS), with astilbin as the internal standard substance. On UPLC and HPLC chromatograms, different models of instruments were used to investigate relative correction factors (RCF), in order to discuss the interoperability of RCFs established in different chromatographic systems. The engeletin content was calculated based on the established RCFs and compared by the one point external standard method and the external standard working curve method, in order to verify the accuracy of QAMS. According to the result, in different chromatograms, the ratios between RCF and retention time of engeletin and astilbin had a good reproducibility, with RSD between 2.0% and 1.8%, both were less than 3%. The relative differences among results of QAMS, the external standard working curve method of dong medicine "sunl gaems" ranged between 1.6% and 3.9%, with RSD between 2.02%-0.80% in line with relevant requirements and Pearson correlation coefficient at 0.9998 (P <0.01). The findings showed that QAMS was an accurate, reliable and highly reproducible method to determine the contents of astilbin and engeletin in dong medicine "sunl gaems" of Guizhou origin and so could be used to control the inherent quality of the herb.
