1.Aberrant gap junction and tumor
Journal of International Oncology 2011;38(8):582-585
Gap junctions are membrane structures made of intercellular channels that allow directly exchange of material and information between adjacent cells. It is the structural basis of gap junctional intercellular communication. Gap junction is aberrant frequently in variety of cancers, which relatives with tumor genesis and metastasis. New anti-cancer drugs targeting gap junctions will be a new direction for tumor treatment.
2.Research progress in the treatment of retinitis pigmentosa degeneration with phosphodiesterase 6b gene mutation mouse
Chinese Journal of Experimental Ophthalmology 2013;(7):693-696
In the past decades, more and more mutant genes that cause inherited retinal diseases have been found.Meanwhile, many naturally occurring animal models have also been found to show similar gene mutations and phenotypes as the human inherited retinal diseases, which have led to the development of a variety of therapeutic strategies for those traditionally incurable inherited diseases. These models include rod degeneration (rd) mice, such as rd1 model,rd10 model and nmf137.To compare the efficacy of these strategies, this article briefly reviews the recent progress in the treatment of the mouse models with mutations in the subunit of rod phosphodiesterase (Pde6b)gene by pharmaceutical, stem cell and gene therapy in order to find a more effective treatment for retinal degeneration.
3.Reliability-based Design for Rehabilitation Training Instruments
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2012;18(3):211-212
On the basis of status and technical characteristics of rehabilitation training instrument in China, this article summarized theconcept and significance of reliability-based design, introduced the technical target of rehabilitation training instruments and the procedureof building a reliability model. The future prospect of applying reliability-based design to rehabilitation training instruments is also discussed.
5.Prognostic factors for the outcome of childhood asthma in adolescence
International Journal of Pediatrics 2015;42(1):102-105
Asthma is the most common chronic respiratory disease in childhood, some children outgrow of the disease in adolescence.Understanding the outcome of childhood asthma is of increasing interest, the prognostic factors for the outcome of childhood asthma in adolescence are sex, onset age,the severity of disease, atopic status, airway responsiveness, lung function, living environment and so on.
6.Study of 2010-2012 western medicine comprehensive test in postgraduate entrance examina-tion based on multivariate generalizability theory
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2014;(1):1-4,5
Objective To systematically evaluate the overall reliability, test paper structure and rationality proportional distribution of the secondary discipline of western medicine comprehensive test papers from 2010 to 2012 to provide references for future improvement to the syllabus and test quality. Methods Data of 15 765 candidates from 2010 to 2012 were extracted and statistical analy-sis was performed to do generalized research and decision-making research from discipline factors and question type factors. Results ①Based on the discipline factor analysis, variance components of ba-sic disciplines were relatively high ,global score relative error was very small and the generalizability coefficient was above 0.930. ②Based on the question type factor analysis, variance components in X-type questions and A1-type questions were relatively high, global score relative error was very small and the generalizability coefficient was above 0.930. Conclusions ①From the discipline content, the accuracy of various disciplines is high;contribution of basic disciplines is relatively higher than that of clinical disciplines;further improving the discrimination of questions can help to improve measure-ment accuracy. ②From the question design, question measurement error is small, accuracy is high, and the question distribution is appropriate;scale of A3 type questions can be further improved.
7.Relationship of obesity to microalbuminuria in Chongqing natives
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 2007;0(07):-
Objective:To investigate the relationship between microalbuminuria(MAU)and obesity in Chongqing natives. Methods: Four hundred and seventy eight subjects over 30 years old were selected at random from health examination population. They were divided into 3 groups according to the Body Mass Index(BMI)diagnostic standard of〈The Guide of control and prevention of overweight and obesity in Chinese aduhs〉,control group(Con group),over weight group(Ow group)and obesity group(Oh group).MAU were tested in all groups and invested with every item in Ob group. Results:The prevalences of over weight and obesity in the present study were 40.0% and 7.3% respectively. The MAU in Ob group was more than that in Con group (P
8.An update on transfusion-related necrotizing enterocolitis
International Journal of Pediatrics 2013;40(6):552-554,571
Necrotizing enterocolitis is an acute gastrointestinal disease in infants.Recent studies have reported that approximately 25% to 35% infants receiving packed red blood cell transfusions develop transfusionrelated necrotizing enterocolitis. The pathogenesis of transfusion-related necrotizing enterocolitis is not clear. This article reviews previous researches and current theoretical perspectives of transfusion-related necrotizing enterocolitts.

10.Analysis of the clinical curative effect of central venous catheter drainage in the treatment of pleural effusion
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2013;20(12):1807-1808
Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of central venous catheter drainage in treating pleural effusion. Methods 100 cases with pleural effusion were treated by the central venous catheter drainage. The curative effect, complications and adverse reactions were observed. Results Ater treatment for 12 ~ 28d,catheter drainage of 100 patients were all successful at the first time. The clinical effect:completely relieve 40 cases(40.0%),clinical partial remission 47 cases(47.0%),inefficient 13 cases (13.0%),and the total effective rate was 87.0%.There were some complications:pneumothorax 1 case, hemorrhage 2 cases, infection 1 case, pleural reaction 3 cases, pain 3 cases, subcutaneous emphysema 2 cases and take off the tube 1 case, the incidence rate of complications was 13.0%.Conclusion Central venous catheter drainage in t.reating pleural effusion has significant curative effect, which is worthy of clinical application.
