1.Research progress in the treatment of retinitis pigmentosa degeneration with phosphodiesterase 6b gene mutation mouse
Chinese Journal of Experimental Ophthalmology 2013;(7):693-696
In the past decades, more and more mutant genes that cause inherited retinal diseases have been found.Meanwhile, many naturally occurring animal models have also been found to show similar gene mutations and phenotypes as the human inherited retinal diseases, which have led to the development of a variety of therapeutic strategies for those traditionally incurable inherited diseases. These models include rod degeneration (rd) mice, such as rd1 model,rd10 model and nmf137.To compare the efficacy of these strategies, this article briefly reviews the recent progress in the treatment of the mouse models with mutations in the subunit of rod phosphodiesterase (Pde6b)gene by pharmaceutical, stem cell and gene therapy in order to find a more effective treatment for retinal degeneration.
2.Reliability-based Design for Rehabilitation Training Instruments
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2012;18(3):211-212
On the basis of status and technical characteristics of rehabilitation training instrument in China, this article summarized theconcept and significance of reliability-based design, introduced the technical target of rehabilitation training instruments and the procedureof building a reliability model. The future prospect of applying reliability-based design to rehabilitation training instruments is also discussed.
3.Aberrant gap junction and tumor
Journal of International Oncology 2011;38(8):582-585
Gap junctions are membrane structures made of intercellular channels that allow directly exchange of material and information between adjacent cells. It is the structural basis of gap junctional intercellular communication. Gap junction is aberrant frequently in variety of cancers, which relatives with tumor genesis and metastasis. New anti-cancer drugs targeting gap junctions will be a new direction for tumor treatment.

6.An experimental investigation on sodium hyaluronate in mid-Term cornea preservation
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 2003;0(05):-
Objective:To study the action of SH in mid-term cornea preservation. Methods:SH was added into mid-term preservation solution(MMK) to make the new storage media with SH of three different concentration (0.05%,0.03%,0.01%).The contrast group was MMK medium without SH.The corneal appearance, transparence and ultrastructure were observed, and trypan blue-alizarin red staining of CEC,SDH and G-6-P enzyme staining with histochemistry were made in different storage time. Results:The transparence of cornea and ultrastructure of CEC in all the experimental groups were better than that of the contrast. The activity degree of CEC was highest in group I,lowest in the contrast, and statistically significant among all the groups. Conclusion:SH plays an important role in protecting CEC in middle storage medium, and enhances the quality and prolongs the duration of the preserved corneas. The protective effect is determined by the consistence of SH.
7.An update on transfusion-related necrotizing enterocolitis
International Journal of Pediatrics 2013;40(6):552-554,571
Necrotizing enterocolitis is an acute gastrointestinal disease in infants.Recent studies have reported that approximately 25% to 35% infants receiving packed red blood cell transfusions develop transfusionrelated necrotizing enterocolitis. The pathogenesis of transfusion-related necrotizing enterocolitis is not clear. This article reviews previous researches and current theoretical perspectives of transfusion-related necrotizing enterocolitts.
8.Changes of physiological pain threshold in gonadectomized rats
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1981;0(04):-
Objective:To investigate the modulatory effect of gonadal hormone on peripheral pain. Methods:Orchiectomized and ovariectomized rats models were established.Radio heater and Von-Frey hair were used to determine the peripheral mechani- cal and thermal pain threshold in gonadectomized rats and their corresponding sham-controls.Results:The body weight was in- creased and the uterus weight was decreased after ovariectomy in female rats(P
9.Diagnostic significance of immunophenotyping in the patients of myelodysplastic syndrome
Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine 2001;0(05):-
The myelodysplastic syndrome(MDS)is a group of clonal haematopoietic stem cell diseases characterized by ineffective haematopoiesis, dysplasia and aberrational expression of cell surface markers. Therefore, immunophenotyping of blast cells, granulocytes and monocytes is helpful to distinguish between MDS and non-MDS.The immunophenotyping is a complicated process. So the uniform diagnostic standard is the key to the comparabe and reliable results.
10.The application of the f ive phases-ancient ten months'calendar in the theory of Inner Canon of Huangdi
China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy 2006;0(09):-
The corresponding season of the ve zang-viscera is the important content of the correspondence between man and universe theory in the Inner Canon of Huangdi, and the corresponding season of the ve zang-viscera related to several modes of calendar. With the exception of the way that combine the ve zang-viscera with calendar which make use of criss and cross or divide into ve parts on 12 months of a year, the authors believe that the newly discovered ancient ten months' calendar had been showed clearly in the Inner Canon of Huangdi. The text of the Inner Canon of Huangdi that cannot be explained well in accordance with twelve months' calendar can be explained by ancient ten months' calendar, and the ancient ten months' calendar is the basis that the ve phases theory is derived from the concept of the ve seasons.
