3.Research progress of concurrent chemoradiation in locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer
Journal of International Oncology 2015;42(11):856-859
Concurrent chemoradiation has been the main treatment of locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer (LA-NSCLC).However, there is a controversy whether giving the induction chemotherapy before treatment. The survival advantage of consolidation chemotherapy doesn't reach a consensus. When the dose of initial chemotherapy is insufficient, consolidation chemotherapy is necessary. With the development of radiotherapy and the renewal of the chemotherapy drugs, concurrent chemoradiation is expected to bring better survival benefit for the patients with LA-NSCLC.
4.Serum metabolomics study of lupus nephritis based on ultra high performance liquid chromatography mass spectrometry
Chinese Journal of Rheumatology 2016;20(12):817-821,后插2
Objective The metabolomics methods were applied to discover the serum differences metabolites in patients with lupus nephritis (LN),and to establish the diagnostic model and study the metabolic pathways change due to the interference of LN and explore the pathogenesis of LN.Methods Positive and negative ions mode of ultra high performance liquid chromatography-high resolution mass spectrometry (HPLS-HRMS) were used to analyze the serum samples of 38 LN patients and 35 healthy controls, respectively. Both univariate and multivariate data analysis were performed with SPSS software (V17.0,Chicago,USA) and SIMCA-P+ package (V12.0,Umetrics,Sweden),respectively.A supervised pattern recognition method, orthogonal partial least squares-discriminant analysis (OPLS-DA),was employed to study the metabolomics differences between control group and LN patients group. The metabolic pathways were analyzed by Metabo Analyst 3.0.Results LN patients and healthy controls could be well separated by OPLS-DA model Q2 of 0.583.Eighteen compounds (theophylline, oxidized glutathione, capric acid, norvaline, hippuric acid,sphingosine,sorbitol,cortisol,pyrrole-2-carboxylic acid, deoxycholic acid,tryptamine,5-aminolevulinic acid, glucose 6-phosphate,riboflavin,cortisone,taurine,creatinine,glycerophosphocholine) were initially identified as potential serum metabolic markers to distinguish LN patients from healthy people.Alternated metabolism pathways included citrate metabolism, pyrimidine metabolism and amino acid metabolism. Conclusion Through analysis of the metabolic pathways of different metabolites, the significant impact of LN on citrate metabolism, pyrimidine metabolism and amino acid metabolism pathways are identified. Some of the different metabolites are involved in the process of immunization. These results will benefit the early intervention and treatment of LN and the research of the mechanism of pathogenesis.

Chinese Journal of Endemiology 2001;20(2):111-112
Objective To observe the change of lipidemia and lipoprotein in wistar rats with fluorosis. Methods 14 wistar rats were fed normal food with hyper concentration of NaF water (100 mg/L) for six months, the TC,TG,HDL-c,LDL-c,APO AI APO B and AI,R-CHE were measured in serum. Results The result show that there are an increace of T C,TG,HDL-c,LDL-c,APO AI,APO B and AI,R-CHD compared with normal rats (P <0.05).Conclusions The result indicate that the fluorosis can increase the lipidemia and lipoprotein in rats with fluorosis and lead to athero selerosis.

China Oncology 2006;0(10):-
The biological characteristic of carcinomas is determined both by the stromal microenvironment and the oncogene or anti-oncogene.The tumor stroma is also known as the reactive stroma which is composed of base member, immunocell, capillary, fibroblasts and ECM.Fibroblasts are the majority of tumor stromal cells. The relationship between fibroblasts and the initiation, progression of carcinoma has being in the spot light. In this review,we summarized the advance in the study of carcinoma-associated fibroblasts.

China Pharmacy 2001;12(3):165-
AIM:To evaluate the therapeutic effect of limaixian on genitourinary infections.METHODS:98 cases of genitourinary infections were randomly divided into 3 groups:treatment group, limaixian 250mg bid;control group A,roxithromycin 150 mg bid;control group B,amoxicillin 500mg tid.The therapeutic courses of 3 groups were 7 days.RESULTS:The total effective rate, pathogenic microbe clearance and adverse drug reactions(ADRs) in treatment group were 82.86% ,81.82% and 2.86% respectively. The results were better than those in control group A and B.CONCLUSION:Limaixian is satisfactory in effect, mild in ADRs and broad in antimicrobial spectrum for treatment of genitourinary infections. It is worth extending.

Objective To compare open versus closed reduction in treatment of children with displaced femoral neck fracture whose reduction is delayed by more than 24 hours. Methods We retrospectively reviewed 51 children who had been treated at our department for femoral neck fracture between May 2005 and May 2012 after their reduction had been delayed for more than 24 hours. They were 37 boys and 14 girls,1.7 to 15.5 years of age (average,9.1 years).According to Delbet's classification,27 cases belonged to type Ⅱ,18 to type Ⅲ,and 6 to type Ⅳ.Of them,18 underwent closed reduction and 33 open reduction.Their complications were recorded in detail.Their therapeutic results were evaluated according to Ratliff's criteria and compared between the 2 methods of reduction. Results The 51 children were followed up for an average of 36.7 months (range, from 17 to 61 months).Anatomic reduction was achieved in 6 cases in the closed reduction group (33.3%) and 29 cases in the open reduction group (87.9%),respectively.All fractures healed after an average of 10.9 weeks (range, from 9 to 13 weeks),with one exception of nonunion in the closed reduction group. The incidence of femoral head necrosis in the closed reduction group (27.8%,5/18) was significantly higher than that in the open reduction group (15.2%,5/33) (P < 0.05).According to the Ratliff's evaluation at the final follow-ups,the good to excellent rate in the closed reduction group(66.7%,12/18) was significantly lower than that in the open reduction group (84.8%,28/33) (P <0.05).Coxa vara occurred in 3 children in the closed reduction group but in none in the open reduction group. Conclusion Open reduction with internal fixation may lead to better outcomes than closed reduction in the treatment of children with displaced femoral neck fracture whose reduction is delayed by more than 24 hours, probably because open reduction can result in better reduction quality.
