3.Research progress on prevention and treatment of postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section
Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2016;39(7):666-669
Postpartum hemorrhage was one of the complications of childbirth and posed serious threat to the safety of mother and infant. It was the first reason of maternal death in our country. Compared with natural labor, the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section and the amount of bleeding were higher, and the threat to the life of the pregnant women was greater. The correction of the diagnostic criteria for postpartum hemorrhage, the identification of high- risk groups and early intervention and standardized postpartum hemorrhage prevention and control methods were aimed to reduce postpartum hemorrhage, especially the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section. In this study, we should make a review on prevention and treatment of postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section.
4.Analysis the clinical efifcacy of blu-ray combined with Yinzhihuang Keli for newborn pathological jaundice
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2014;(1):121-122
Objective To analysis the clinical efifcacy of blue-ray combined with Yinzhihuang Keli for newborn pathological jaundice. Method 120 newborns with neonatal jaundice were randomly divided into control group(traditional treatment group, took enzyme inducers phenobarbital and continuous blue-ray radiation for 8 h everyday)60 cases and treatment group(Yinzhihuang Keli combined with traditional treatment group)60 cases,7 days for a course of treatment , then the efifcacy of two groups were compared. Results After 7 days treatment, we found compared with control group, the speed of decline of serum bilirubin of treatment group was much faster, the degree of decline was much bigger and the average time of jaundice subside was much shorter, all P<0.05.The total efifciency of treatment group was 98.33%which was signiifcantly higher than the control group which was 91.67%, P<0.05.Conclusion Compared with conventional treatment methods, blue-ray combined with Yinzhihuang Keli for neonatal jaundice would get a better efifcacy, faster speed of jaundice subside and smaller side effects.
5.Femtosecond laser promotes the proliferation and differentiation of human gingival fibroblasts on pure titanium surface
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2015;(34):5428-5432
BACKGROUND:Currently, the implant surface is optimized to promote the osseointegration of artificial dental implants, which has become a research focus in recent years. But the femtosecond laser is less reported to modify the titanium surface so as to promote fibroblast proliferation and differentiation. OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of femtosecond laser on the proliferation and differentiation of human periodontal ligament fibroblasts on titanium surface. METHODS: Human periodontal ligament fibroblasts were respectively inoculated on different titanium surfaces of the three groups (femtosecond laser group, TiO2 particle blasted group and pure titanium group). Then differentiation and proliferation of human periodontal ligament fibroblasts were observed. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:There was a significant difference in the surface roughness among these three groups, and compared with the pure titanium group, the attached cels were more in the femtosecond laser group and TiO2 particle blasted group. mRNA expressions of RUNX2 and OSX were highest in the femtosecond laser group folowed by TiO2 particle blasted group and pure titanium group in order. These findings indicate that pure titanium treated with femtosecond laser has fine biological property and may be more feasible for human periodontal ligament fibroblasts to attach, grow and proliferate.

7.Serum metabolomics study of lupus nephritis based on ultra high performance liquid chromatography mass spectrometry
Chinese Journal of Rheumatology 2016;20(12):817-821,后插2
Objective The metabolomics methods were applied to discover the serum differences metabolites in patients with lupus nephritis (LN),and to establish the diagnostic model and study the metabolic pathways change due to the interference of LN and explore the pathogenesis of LN.Methods Positive and negative ions mode of ultra high performance liquid chromatography-high resolution mass spectrometry (HPLS-HRMS) were used to analyze the serum samples of 38 LN patients and 35 healthy controls, respectively. Both univariate and multivariate data analysis were performed with SPSS software (V17.0,Chicago,USA) and SIMCA-P+ package (V12.0,Umetrics,Sweden),respectively.A supervised pattern recognition method, orthogonal partial least squares-discriminant analysis (OPLS-DA),was employed to study the metabolomics differences between control group and LN patients group. The metabolic pathways were analyzed by Metabo Analyst 3.0.Results LN patients and healthy controls could be well separated by OPLS-DA model Q2 of 0.583.Eighteen compounds (theophylline, oxidized glutathione, capric acid, norvaline, hippuric acid,sphingosine,sorbitol,cortisol,pyrrole-2-carboxylic acid, deoxycholic acid,tryptamine,5-aminolevulinic acid, glucose 6-phosphate,riboflavin,cortisone,taurine,creatinine,glycerophosphocholine) were initially identified as potential serum metabolic markers to distinguish LN patients from healthy people.Alternated metabolism pathways included citrate metabolism, pyrimidine metabolism and amino acid metabolism. Conclusion Through analysis of the metabolic pathways of different metabolites, the significant impact of LN on citrate metabolism, pyrimidine metabolism and amino acid metabolism pathways are identified. Some of the different metabolites are involved in the process of immunization. These results will benefit the early intervention and treatment of LN and the research of the mechanism of pathogenesis.
8.CLINICAL ANALYSIS AND SURGERY MANAGEMENT OF 65 CASE OF INFECTIVE ENDOCARDITIS
Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1981;0(06):-
This paper is to analyze the clinical features of infective endocarditis (IE) and summarize the experience of surgical treatment. The retrospective review was based on 65 consecutive patients, who fulfilled the Duck criteria of the diagnosis of endocarditis, admitted from Jan 1997 to Jun 2002. There were 44 males and 21 females, with age ranged from 9 to 68 years. Pre operative blood cultures were positive in 20 out of 55 patients(45%), with Streptococcus in 8 (45%). Staphylococcus in 9 (40%), and other bacteria in 3 (15%). Echo cardiography revealed vegetations in 62 cases, involving the mitral valve in 19 cases, aortic valve in 31 case, pulmonary valve in 5 cases, tricuspid valve in 5 cases, and valsalva sinus in 2 cases. Among 65 patients, aortic valve replacement was performed in 22, mitral valve replacement in 13, combined aortic and mitral valve replacements in 5, mitral valve plasty in 3, repair of atrial septal defect in 2, ventricular septal defects in 14, rupture of Valsalva sinus in 3, correction of tetralogy of Fallot in 1, patent ductus arteriosus in 2. Four patients died in hospital. 56 patients (91%) were followed up for 6 months to 69 months. Two patients with replacement of aortic valve died 1 and 3 years later due to congestive heart failure and sepsis. In the other 54 patient, no recurrent infection was found. One year, 3 year, and 5 year survival rates were 96 6%, 90 1%,90 1%, respectively. The results suggest that urgent early diagnosis and optimal surgical intervention play key role in successful treatment of infective endocarditis.
