Objective To study the effect of cognitive dysfunction of gangliosides on in the treatment of the patients with traumatic brain injury intraoperative and postoperative. Methods From February 2015 to August 2016, 100 patients with cognitive dysfunction after operation were randomly divided into two groups, the control group and the experimental group, 50 cases in each group. The control group were received routine treatment, including medication, brain rehabilitation, and dehydration and intracranial pressure reduction. At this basis, the experimental group were treated with gangliosides. The clinical indexes in the experimental group and the control group were compared and analyzed. Results The cure rate was 90% in the experimental group, and 54% in the control group. The difference in the two groups has statistically significant (P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference of the MMSE in the two groups. After treatment, the MMSE score in the experimental group was (28.34 ± 4.12) points, and the score of MMSE in the control group was (22.19 ± 5.49) points. The difference in the two groups has statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of cognitive dysfunction is better which ganglioside was used on the treatment of the patients with traumatic brain injury intraoperative and postoperative, and the cure rate is higher. It has the significance of further popularization and application.

Objective To observe the clinical effect of therapy of budesonide/formoterol powder for inhalation in treatment of adult with bronchial asthma.Methods 90 cases with bronchial asthma and were divided into observation group and control group randomly from February 2014 to February 2015.45 cases in each group.Control group was treated with budesonide inhalants +formoterol inhalants, observation group was given budesonide/formoterol powder inhalation.Changes of related indicators were followed up and recorded.Results After treatment, IL-5, IL-12 and IFN-γwere (60.2 ±9.7)pg/mL,(31.4 ±3.1)pg/mL,(1.6 ±0.2) ng/mL of observation group were better than control group (72.8 ±10.7)pg/mL,(38.5 ± 5.6)pg/mL,(2.3 ±0.3) ng/mL (P<0.05).After treatment,total effective rate in observation group was 68.9%, which was better than control group (48.9%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical effect of budesonide/formoterol powder for inhalation in treatment of patients with bronchial asthma is accurate, and there is no obvious adverse reaction.

Objective To evaluate the value of reducing radiation dose with ECG-pulsing and image quality in 64-row multi-alice CT coronary angiography.Methods Fifty-nine consecutive patients whose heart rates were less than 80 beat per minute and cardiac rhythm was regular were randomly divided into two groups from October 26, 2007 to March 12, 2008.Conventional technique of CT coronary angiography was employed in group 1, while ECG-pulsing technique was applied in group 2.CT dose index volume (CTDIvol) and dose length product (DLP) were obtained automatically, and then the corresponding effective dose (ED) were calculated.The quality scores were performed on obtained imaging by using double blind method.Student t-test was applied in the comparison of value of CTDIvol, value of ED and quality of imagiugbetween two groups.Results The value of CTDIvol was (70.0±1.1) and (39.0±2.7) mGy, the value of ED was (16.8±2.0) and (9.5±1.7) rosy in group 1 and group 2, respectively, which reached statistically significant differences between the groups(t=57.675,15.346 ,P <0.01, respectively). The quality scores of coronary images were 3.8±0.2 and 3.8±0.1 in the groups, which did not reach the statistical significance (t=-0.222, P 0.05).Conclusions The proper application of ECG-Pulsing technology in 64-slice spiral CT coronary angiography can reduce radiation dose significantly while having no influence on the quality of the imaging.

Objective To investigate and analyze the cause of the abnormal results in the individual dose monitoring conducted by this laboratory from 2014 to 2017. Methods Radiologic workers wear personal thermoluminescent dosimeters to monitor the individual dose equivalent H_P(10). A statistical analysis is conducted on the results above the investigation level. Results During the time when our individual dose monitoring was conducted from 2014 to 2017, this laboratory had detected 69 person-time abnormal results in 40 workplaces, of which 83% occurred in the profession of diagnostic roentgenology. 54% of the dose level range from 1.25 to 5.00 mSv. The main causes of the abnormal results include improper wearing of personal dosimeters (67%), unknown causes (20%), increased workload (10%) and equipment maintenance (3.0%)etc. Conclusion Radiation workplaces should enhance the management of radiologic workers, improve their trainings on radiation protection and raise their protection awareness.
