Analysis the positive literature at home and abroad and understand the status by searching the CNKI, Wanfang, Cqvip Chinese databases for the descriptive analysis of the literature. At present, positive psychology is still in the theoretical and construction stage, nursing intervention model is not yet mature, but providing useful ideas and try on promoting patients to improve mental health and quality of life, for the nurse to provide theoretical basis and reference in the future.

AIM To establish an ultra-performance liquid-chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS) method for the simultaneous content determination of five constituents in Jiangzhi Huoxue Tablets (Polygoni multiflori Radix,Astragali Radix,Chuanxiong Rhizoma,etc.).METHODS The 50% methanol extract of this drug was performed on a 40 ℃ thermostatic Restek UItra BiPh column (100 mm × 2.1 mm,5 μm),with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile (containing 0.1% formic acid)-0.1% formic acid flowing at 0.4 mL/min in a gradient elution manner.RESULTS Stilbene glycoside, tanshinone Ⅱ A,emodin, ferulic acid and puerarin showed good linear relationships within the ranges of 4.01-1 027,0.7-187,1.48-380,3.98-1 020 and4.285-1 097 ng/mL (r >0.994 0),whose average recoveries were 98.57%-101.0% with the RSDs (n =6) of less than 4.79%.CONCLUSION This specific and sensitive method can be used for the quality control of Jiangzhi Huoxue Tablets.

Objective:To explore the application effect of family nursing based on Noddings′ caring education theory in children with bronchopneumonia, so as to provide reference for clinical nursing of children with bronchopneumonia. Methods:A randomized controlled study was conducted, 120 children with bronchopneumonia admitted to Anqing Municipal Hospital from August 2023 to March 2024 were enrolled as the research objects by convenience sampling method. According to random number table method, they were divided into the control group and the experimental group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the experimental group was given family nursing based on Noddings′ caring education theory on the basis of routine nursing. The symptoms remission (disappearance time of cough and wheezing), length of hospital stay, lesion absorption, compliance of aerosol inhalation, treatment compliance, etc in 2 groups were observed. Results:A total of 60 children with bronchopneumonia were included in the control group, including 37 males and 23 females, aged (5.75 ± 1.09) years old, and 60 cases were included in the experimental group, including 36 males and 24 females, aged (5.65 ± 1.06) years old. The disappearance time of cough and wheezing, and length of hospital stay in the experimental group were (5.98 ± 0.61), (4.31 ± 0.45), (5.50 ± 0.65) d, which were shorter than (6.21 ± 0.63), (4.52 ± 0.46), (6.38 ± 0.89) d in the control group, the differences were statistically significant ( t = 2.03, 2.53, 6.19, all P<0.05). The lesion absorption rate and compliance of aerosol inhalation in the experimental group were 95.00% (57/60) and 91.67% (55/60), higher than 83.33% (50/60) and 76.67% (46/60) in the control group, the differences were statistically significant ( χ2 = 4.23, 5.07, both P<0.05). The scores of treatment compliance (medication according to time and dosage, moderate exercise, reasonable diet, self-care) in the experimental groups were (4.02 ± 0.41), (3.39 ± 0.37), (3.87 ± 0.48), (3.13 ± 0.37) points, higher than (3.82 ± 0.39), (3.25 ± 0.35), (3.68 ± 0.45), (2.97 ± 0.34) points in the control group, the differences were statistically significant ( t value were 2.13-2.74, all P<0.05). Conclusions:Family nursing based on Noddings′ caring education theory is beneficial to alleviate clinical symptoms and medical fear, improve compliance of aerosol inhalation and treatment compliance in children with bronchopneumonia.

Objective To explore the effect of humanized nursing intervention on the compliance of intravenous infusion in preschool children. Methods A total of 70 preschool children with intravenous infusion were enrolled in our hospital, and were randomly divided into observation group (n =35) and control group (n =35).The control group used routine care in the infusion operation, and the observation group was given human nursing intervention on the basis of nursing care. The obesity compliance, puncture success rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The compliance of intravenous infusion was significantly higher in the observation group than that in the control group (P < 0.05);The one-time and two-time puncture success rate of were significantly higher in the observation group than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05);The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97.1%,which was significantly higher than 77.1% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion Humanized nursing intervention in the outpatient preschool children with intravenous infusion has good effect, and it can significantly improve children's compliance and venipuncture success rate, reduce pain, promote the infusion smoothly, and improve clinical care satisfaction. So it is worth widely promoting.

Objective To establish a regression equation for risk factors of refeeding syndrome(RFS)in critically ill elderly patients and analyze the relevant intervention measures. Methods Clini-cal materials of 154 critically ill elderly patients treated in Intensive Care Unit(ICU)from January 2021 to March 2023 were retrospectively analyzed, and they were divided into RFS group(n=51)and non-RFS group(n=103)according to incidence condition of RFS.The influencing factors of RFS were analyzed by Logistic regression model;the predictive values of predictors for RFS were ana-lyzed by receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve;the relevant Logistic regression equations were constructed and verified, and relevant nursing interventions were formulated. Results The in-cidence of RFS in critically ill elderly patients was correlated with the Acute Physiology and Chronic Health Evaluation Ⅱ(APACHE Ⅱ)score, the Nutritional Risk Screening 2002(NRS2002)score,invasive mechanical ventilation, fasting time before feeding,D-dimer level, nutritional intake meth-ods,and pre-feeding blood phosphorus, potassium and magnesium levels(P<0.05).Logistic re-gression analysis showed that APACHE Ⅱ score,NRS2002 score, nutrient intake methods and pre-feeding blood phosphorus and potassium levels were the independent risk factors of RFS in critically ill elderly patients(P<0.05).The ROC curve results showed that the values of area under the curve(AUC)of APACHE Ⅱ score,NRS2002 score, nutritional intake methods,pre-feeding blood phos-phorus and potassium levels, and the combined predictor in predicting the incidence of RFS in criti-cally ill elderly patients were 0.754,0.723,0.707,0.783,0.774 and 0.859,respectively(P<0.05).The Logistic regression equation for RFS was as follow:L=0.085 × APACHE Ⅱ score-0.337 × NRS 2002 score+0.537 × nutrient intake methods-0.776 × pre-feeding blood phos-phorus level-0.207 × pre-feeding blood potassium level+0.942.The predictive value of this equa-tion was good, and targeted nursing interventions could be formulated based on this equation.Con-clusion The regression equation of risk factors can be used for clinical prediction of the RFS risk in critically ill elderly patients, and clinical nursing interventions can be formulated based on the re-gression equation to prevent the occurrence of RFS.
