In present paper,we studied three kinds of method of assay for IL-1:thymocyte proliferation assay;L_(?) cell proliferation assay and pyrogen assay.Stimultaneously we used ~(125)I-UdR in stead of ~3H-TdR.The results show that all of three kinds of method of assay for IL-1 can measure IL-1 activity of supernatants from cultured rat alveolar M? stimulated by LPS in vitro. It suggests that ~(125)I-UdR can incorporate into DNA synthesis of cell and mouse fibroblast cell line L_(?) can response to IL-1 of supernatant from cultured rat alveolar M? stimulated by LPS.

Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2021;20(1):116-120
Objective:To understand the influencing factors of free education for rural order-oriented medical students and to explore the willingness of students to serve at the grass-roots, so as to provide reference for further optimizing the free education of medical students. Methods:A self-designed questionnaire survey was performed among 196 medical undergraduates majoring in free clinical medicine in one medical university of Shandong Province in March 2018 and 198 undergraduates majoring in general clinical medicine enrolled in the same year. The results of the survey were analyzed by SAS 9.2, and chi-square test, rank sum test and logistic regression were used to make statistic analysis. Results:The factors such as score of the national university entrance exam (wald χ2 = 52.309, P < 0.001), household registration location (wald χ2 = 9.304, P = 0.002), whether the only child in the family (wald χ2 = 12.608, P < 0.001), average monthly income of the family (wald χ2 = 5.557, P = 0.018), decision makers (wald χ2 = 15.206, P = 0.002) and willingness to serve at the grass-roots medical institutions (wald χ2 = 67.832, P < 0.001) had influence on medical students' choice of free education for order directional medical students. There were 113 (57.65%) of the free medical students intended to work at the grass-roots, while only 16 (8.08%) of the general medical students who were willing to work at the grass-roots. Conclusion:The implementation of free education for order-oriented medical students policy can satisfy the wishes of some people who have the willingness to serve at the grass-roots, but their family income and college entrance examination scores are not high. However, there are still some problems, which need the joint efforts of the government health departments and the training colleges and universities, and the corresponding follow-up support policies should be issued by the state at the same time.

Clinical Medicine of China 2021;37(1):1-6
Objective:To explore the risk factors of neurological complications after interventional treatment of ruptured intracranial aneurysms(RIAS), and to establish a predictive model of nomogram. Methods:The clinical data of 89 patients with RIAS who underwent endovascular treatment in Nanyang Second General Hospital Affiliated to Xingxiang Medical University from January 2016 to January 2019 were retrospectively studied. The clinical imaging data were collected and followed up for 6 months. The patients were divided into two groups: no neurological complications group (61 cases) and neurological complications group (28 cases). To analyze the clinical indicators and the possible related factors of neurological complications after RIAS interventional therapy.A nomogram was established to score the influencing factors, and a scoring prediction model was constructed; the clinical calibration of the model was evaluated by consistency index (C-index) and calibration curve, and the clinical differentiation of the model was evaluated by nomogram relying on ROC curve. Results:Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that Hunt-Hess classification ( OR=4.927, 95% CI: 1.189-20.426, P=0.028), Fisher classification ( OR=4.633, 95% CI: 1.012-21.208, P=0.048 ), aneurysm cyst xiaofu ( OR=5.918, 95% CI: 1.104-24.948, P=0.015), wide carotid aneurysm ( OR=4.381, 95% CI: 1.029-18.645, P=0.046) and treatment Strategy ( OR=4.887, 95% CI: 1.235-19.329, P=0.024) is an independent risk factor for nerve-related complications after RIAs interventional therapy. The predictive model of nomogram showed that Hunt-Hess classification (grade IV, V) was 100, aneurysm bleb (with) 98, treatment strategy (stent implantation) 95, wide-necked aneurysm (yes) 92 and Fisher grade (grade III, IV) 81; the C-index of the predictive model was 0.871; the nomogram relied on ROC curve AUC 0.871, and the treatment strategy (stent implantation) was 95; the Fisher grade (grade III, IV) was 81; the C-index of the predictive model was 0.871.The sensitivity and specificity were 85.71%(24/28) and 77.05%(47/61) respectively. Conclusion:Hunt Hess classification, Fisher classification, aneurysmal sac caruncle, wide necked aneurysms and treatment strategies will affect the occurrence of neurological complications after RIAS interventional therapy. The nomogram established by this method can provide intuitive and reliable reference for clinical practice.

Chinese Journal of Emergency Medicine 2006;0(06):-
Objective To explore the regularity and characteristics of violence-related injury. Method Data from the injury surveillance in the Emergency Medicine department of Nan-shan hospital was used in this study. Data of all injured patients, who admitied to the emergency department between 1 January 2004 to 31 November 2005, was analysed. Results During the study period, 25376 injured patients were collected and 12280 (48.4%) were violence-related injury patients. The male to female ratio was 2.4: 1. Most of patients were aged 15~44 years old, accouting for 79.9%. The majority of the violence-related patients were wonters, accounting for 59%, most injuries were open wounds and occurred in working places, injuries occurred most during 13 pm to 18 pm. Conclusions Analysis of data from the violence injury surveillance in emergency department can be an aid for the depiction of the overall severe injury profile in area and, in this way, it will be essential for the implementation of properly preventive and controlling measures, despite some limitation. It is urgent to explore and develop an violence injury surveillance system to cope China's milieu.
