Objective To investigate the effect of psychologic nursing on the rehabilitation for post-stroke depression(PSD) patients. Method 62 patients of 98 PSD patients were divided into 31couples. According to age, sex, course of illness and statge of illness, the patients were divided into rehabilitation nursing ( interference group) and routine nursing ( control group) with CES - D ( Center of epidemi ological survey - depression Scale ) and CNFD ( Criterion of nervous function defect). Every couple was compared with each other. Result The score of two groups before treatment was not obviously different(p> 0. 05). Two scores in two groups after treatment were obviously better than those of before treatment. Two scores of interference group were significantly higher compared with control group ( p < 0. 05). Conclusion Interference of psychologic nursing is effective in treating post - stroke depression.

Gastrointestinal benign stricture is a common disease with symptoms of dysphagia, abdominal pain and difficult defecation, which severely impair the quality of life for patients.Endoscopic intervention is the first-line treatment, and the available methods include balloon dilation, local drug injection and stent insertion, etc.Endoscopic incision was first used for the treatment of Schatzki's rings, and later it was used for the treatment of other gastrointestinal benign strictures, and the promising results were achieved.

Objective To discuss the application of prospective risk nursing measures in reducing the occurrence of postoperative local hematoma at femoral artery puncture site. Methods A total of 605 patients receiving femoral artery puncture for interventional management were collected as the control group , and 322 patients were used as the intervention group. The risk factors causing postoperative local hematoma at femoral artery puncture site in the control group were recorded, and based on which risk estimation survey table was designed. According to risk estimation survey, the prospective intervention measures, including risk assessment, standardization of professional training, individual health education, the improvement of care appliance, etc. were carried out for the patients of the intervention group. The occurrences of postoperative local hematoma at femoral artery puncture site were recorded and the results were compared between the two groups. Results No statistically significant differences in demographic and clinical data existed between the two groups. However, the incidence of hematoma in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group (χ2 = 4.652, P < 0.05), although the difference in the severity of hematoma was not significant between the two groups. Conclusion The use of prospective risk nursing measures can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative hematoma at femoral artery puncture site.

Objective To construct a lentiviral vector carrying rat sirt1 gene and observe the expression of sirt1 in retinal ganglion cell (RGC) of rat. Methods Rat sirt1 cDNA was inserted into pLV5 vector. After identification by sequencing analysis and PCR,the recombinant sirt1expressinglentivirus vector was packaged by cotransfecting 293T cells with packaged plasmid. Then pLV5-sirt1 was used to infect the cultured Sprague-Dawley rat RGC cell in vitro. The expressions of sirt1 protein and mRNA in infected rat RGC were detected by quantitative real-time PCR and Western blot. Results The sirt1 expression vector pLV5 was successful constructed and sequence was proved to be correct. The expression of sirt1 protein and mRNA in RGC was significantly increased than that in cells infected with control lentiviruses (P < 0.05).Conclusion We have successful constructed a sirt1 expression lentivirus vector pLV5-sirt1 and it can increase the expression of sirt1 protein and mRNA in the rat retinal ganglion cells.
