Objective To evaluate the effect of single hand pipe method on venous indwelling needle puncture. Methods Literature about the impact of single hand pipe method on venous indwelling needle puncture was retrieved from digital databases of PubMed, Medline, EMbase, The Cochrane Library, SinoMed, VIP database, China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI), and WanFang Data. The quality of literature was evaluated by the Cochrane Handbook (5.1.0). The Meta data was analyzed by RevMan 5.3. Results Ten random control trials were included . Ten studies indicated that single hand pipe method increased success rate of puncture[related to the risk(RR)=1.16, 95%confidence interval(CI) 1.11-1.22]. And, it decreased the complication rate (3 studies) (RR=0.32, 95%CI 0.13-0.79) and pain rate(2 studies) (RR=0.25, 95%CI 0.13-0.47) as well as shorten the time of tube(2 studies) (WMD:-1.68, 95%CI-2.44--0.93). Conclusions Single hand pipe method can improve a puncture success rate and reduce complications and pain rate and shorten the time of tube, so that get more time to rescue the patient, and improve the level of the working efficiency and nursing for the nursing staff. In addition, to some extent, save manpower. It is worth being popularized.

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2004;0(08):-
Based on the physical characteristic of ultrasound, the images of body tissues can be obtained through ultrasonic medical technology, which is another flourishing cross-linked branch of BME after X ray technology. Being non-invasive, painless and reusable, ultrasonic medical technology is suitable for the examination and treatment of the soft tissue. This paper introduces such of ultrasonic technology as its basic principle, developing prospect and application to clinical medicine.

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1989;0(01):-
In the field of medical engineering, ultrasonic Doppler technology develops rapidly and gains wide application. MICS-51 is one of the main series of MCU family and has been widely used in China. In this paper, the ultrasound Doppler error detection equipment based on MCS-51 is introduced.

80% of low density area in tumor), 10 PR(50%-80%) and 3 NC(0.05). Conclusion For tumor treated with hyperthermia plus radiotherapy, the response evaluation should be based on both the change in the mass size and the percentage of low density area in the tumor.

Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2011;34(24):15-17
ObjectiveTo explore the clinical manifestations of infant cytomegalovirus infection in different age. MethodThe clinical data of 237 infants who suffered from cytomegalovirus infection was analyzed retrospectively and divided into three groups: 0-3 months old (77 cases, group A) ,4-6 months old ( 65 cases , group B ) , 7-12 months old ( 95 cases , group C ). ResultsThe incidence of respiratory infection was the highest among all infectious organs in three groups, the numbers of patients who had wheeze in group A was less than that in the other two groups[24.7%(19/77) vs. 61.5% (40/65), 61.1%( 58/95 )](P < 0.01 ).The incidence of jaundice decreased gradually as the babies grew up[23.4%( 18/77 )→7.7%(5/65 )→1.1%( 1/95 )](P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in diarrhoea and bleeding among three groups (P>0.05 ). The proportion of alanine aminotransferase], aspartate amino transferase increasing was similar among three groups, but gamma-glutamyl transferase (GGT) was different, the proportion of GGT increasing was 77.9% (60/77) in group A which was higher than that in the other two groups[10.8% ( 7/65 ), 2.1% ( 2/95 )].Granulocytopenia in group B was obviously decreased compared with the other two groups (P < 0.05 ), anemia was easily occurred in group C (P < 0.05 ). ConclusionThe injury of cytomegalovirus infection may be related to month old.

Neonatal stroke leads to cognitive deficits that may include hemispatial neglect. Hemispatial neglect is
a syndrome after stroke that patients fail to be aware of stimuli on the side of space and body opposite
a brain lesion. We report here a 7-year-old girl who suffered neonatal right brain stroke and underwent
right hemispherectomy due to refractory epilepsy. Post-surgical observation of the child’s behavior
and tests did not show any signs of hemispatial neglect. We concluded the spatial attention function
of the child with neonatal stroke might be transferred to the contralateral side during early childhood.
7.Discussion on the Mechanism and Path of Professional Resilience Training of Medical Staff
Chinese Hospital Management 2023;43(12):84-87
At present, some medical personnel have problems in professional resilience, such as post competence, psychological resilience,self-efficacy and decreased professional identity. In order to strengthen the training of medical personnel professional resilience, starting with the mechanisms of professional resilience training, management guaran-tee,hospital culture construction and self-construction,it puts forward that the government and society should build the training system of multiple subjects, improve the occupational safety and welfare guarantee, and optimize the psy-chological environment of medical personnel;medical institutions should create a good hospital culture atmosphere, strengthen the material support of occupational resilience training, and establish the vocational resilience training pro-gram;medical personnel should enhance their professional quality, enhance professional identity, and establish a harmo-nious interpersonal relationship.
