1.Allocation of nurses according to actual nursing workload measured by nursing time
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2008;24(20):16-18
Objective We aimed to provide references for nurses allocation by selecting the nursing items and measuring nursing time. Methods We recorded the nursing workload of 130 nurses in 10 wards within one week by literature review, Delphi method and questionnaire investigation. Results Totally 125 items of nursing items were included,101 of which were direct nursing items and 24 of which were indirect ones. The average time per day per patient was 185.1 minutes for level one nursing,95.4 minutes for level two nursing, 58.5 minutes for level three nursing.Average nursing time per day, working time per day per nurse and nursing time per day for per patient in each unit had statistical difference,P<0.05.The time for direct nursing items was 64.13% and for indirect nursing items was 35.87%. Conclusions Allocation of nurses according to measurement of nursing time could reach the aim of reasonable allocation and effective utilization of nursing human resource.
2.Research Progress on the Technology of Microsporidian Detection
Chinese Journal of Parasitology and Parasitic Diseases 1987;0(02):-
The microsporidia are obligate intracellular eukaryotic parasites. They have been paid more attention as being the emerging pathogen of human, so it is important to control microsporidiosis using fast and precise detecting technology. In order to provide a reference for controlling microsporidian infection effectively, this paper reviews the progress of studying on the detecting technology from the microscopic staining methods, immunological and molecular biology.

International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2008;16(12):908-912
The research of hemorrhagic transformation (HT) after cerebral infarction is now focus on HT after thrombolytic therapy. However, attention should also be aroused to the occurrence of spontaneous HT in most patients who cannot receive thrombolysis promptly because of various reasons, for it has important influence on the treatment of cerebral infarction and prognosis. This article reviews the concept, typing, pathogenesis, correlation factors, imaging diagnosis and prediction of HT, as well as the effects of non-thrombolytic therapies on HT, such as antiplatelet, defibrase, anticoagulant, anti-free radical, and the relations between HT typing and prognosis.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2001;0(10):-
Objective To study the effect of rapid decompression on ultrastructure of the lung in rabbits. Methods Thirty healthy New-Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into low decompression group and rapid decompression group. The pulmonary ultrastructure of rabbits was observed with transmission electron microscope (TEM). Results In rabbits of the rapid decompression group, a number of pathological changes were found, such as disruption of cell membrane structure of types Ⅰ and Ⅱ alveolar cells, loosening of intercellular linkage, edematous mitochondria, expanded rough endoplasmic reticulum, engorged capillary of alveolar wall, edematous capillary endothelium cells, and increased capillary permeability. These changes became especially obvious when the decompression peak value was above 9.8 kPa. Conclusion Rapid decompression could inflict injury to the lung, which was aggravated with the increase of the decompression peak value.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1982;0(01):-
The explosive terror attack is the most frequent in all terror activities in the world. The authors reviewed its current situation and the challenges we are confronted with in China and elsewhere. In the present paper, the types, characteristics and emergency medical support (particularly classifying and emergency treatment, triage, transportation and evacuation, seeking and unearthing for buried victims) of explosive injuries in explosive attack site were systematically expounded.

Modern Clinical Nursing 2013;(10):6-9
Objective To investigate the conditions of diabetes-related knowledge as well as the influencing factors in elderly people in Changchun so as to provide basis for regulation of health education policy.Method A total of 400 community elderly people in Changchun involved in the survey by questionnaire for investigating the knowledge on diabetes and the influencing factors. Results The elderly people in the community in Chuangchun knew much better about the typical symptoms, diet and treatment by 74.0%,80.8%and 75.8%,respectively,but they knew little about the causes of the disease and complications by 52.7%and 25.7%respectively.The factors influencing their acquisition of diabetes related knowledge included education level, income and disease condition. Conclusions The elderly people in the communities lack diabetic knowledge, which is unbeneficial for the prevention and control of diabetes. Therefore,it is a need to strengthen diabetes-related knowledge education in order to prevent and reduce the complications.

China Oncology 2001;0(03):-
Purpose:To investigate expression of keratinocyte growth factor(KGF) messenger ribonuclunc acid in human NSCLC and to study the role of KGF in the development of NSCLC. Methods:The expression of KGF mRNA in 50 cases with NSCLC was detected by in situ hybridization (ISH). Results:On ISH slides, positive KGF mRNA was mainly shown as fusiform stain in plasma of fibroblast and blood vessel smooth muscle cell in mesenchymal of NSCLC, also, some parenchyma cell plasma was stained. The positive rate of KGF mRNA in tumor(86%) is statistically higher than that in normal tissue(24%)(P

Chinese Journal of Minimally Invasive Surgery 2015;(7):632-634
Objective To evaluate the effects of laparoscopic filling with pedicled greater retina for hepatic cysts. Methods Clinical data were reviewed on 36 patients with hepatic cysts undergoing laparoscopic filling with pedicled greater retina from January 2010 to May 2014.The diameters of cysts ranged from 10 to 26 cm, with a diameter smaller than 20 cm in 29 patients and bigger than 20 cm in 7 patients.Laparoscopic fenestration of hepatic cysts was performed to destroy cyst cells with iodine and absolute alcohol. Pedicled greater retina was used for filling the cavity of cysts. Results The procedures were completed smoothly. The operative time was 45-115 min, with an average of (80.4 ±13.1) min.No abdominal cavity infection happened.Primary healing of abdominal incision was achieved in all the patients. The postoperative hospital stay was 5-10 d, with an average of (6.4 ±1.2) d.All the 36 patients were followed up for 6-12 months with a mean of (9.3 ±1.5) months.None of the patients showed recurrence under liver B-ultrasonography or CT scanning. Conclusion Laparoscopic filling with pedicled greater retina for hepatic cysts has advantages of minimal invasion, quick postoperative recovery, short hospital stay, and good results.
