1.Advances in double negative T cells in tumor immunotherapy
International Journal of Surgery 2015;42(6):422-425
Double negative T cells, namely DNT cells, are specific regulatory cells with TCR+ CD3 + CD4-CD8-in cell phenotype, divide into αβ T cell and γδ T cell, play a very important role in regulating immunoreaction.Previous research restricted to the treatment of autoimmune disease and organ transplantation immunity.Recently dnt cells adoptive immunotherapy,as a new anti-tumor method, gradually come into public view. This review mainly focuses on the source of DNT cells, their anti-tumor effect,as well as the possible mechanism.
2.Anomalous pancreaticobiliary junction and acute pancreatitis
Chinese Journal of General Surgery 2001;0(10):-
Objective To investigate the relationship between anomalous pancreaticobiliary junction(APBJ) without congenital choledochal cyst (CCC) and onset of acute pancreatitis. Methods Between Jan. 1995 and Jan. 2004, 72 cases of APBJ without CCC were identified by ERCP, MRCP, and intraoperative cholangiography(IOC).Relationship between acute pancreatitis and APBJ was analysed retrospectively. Result The overall incidence of APBJ in this series was 2.7%. Pancreaticobiliary junction anomaly was further substratified into as P-C type(the pancreatic duct joining the common bile duct)in 43 cases, and C-P type (the common bile duct joining the pancreatic duct)in 29 cases. The incidence of acute pancreatitis was 35% and that of gallbladder stone was 74%. Conclusion The incidence of acute pancreatitis in APBJ without CCC is high. In case of relapsing acute pancreatitis without known cause, APBJ should be suspected. Prophylactic cholecystectomy is effective to prevent acute pancreatitis.

Journal of Practical Stomatology 2009;25(6):850-853
Objective: To explore the pathogenesis of oral lichen planus (OLP) by examining the expressions of hypoxia-inducible factor-la and RTP801 in OLP. Methods: To determine the expression levels of HIF-la and RTP801 in 24 OLP tissues and 12 normal oral mucosa tissues by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR. Results; The expression of HIF-1α in OLP was higher than that in normal oral mucosa(P <0.05), while the expression of RTP801 in OLP was lower than that in normal oral mucosa( P <0.05). Conclusion; The abnormal expressions of HIF-la and RTP801 may play an important role in the pathogenesis of oral lichen planus. HIF-1α might be a potential molecular target for the treatment of OLP.

100 g).The catheters were removed 1 to 5 days after operation, with transient retention occurring in 5 patients and transient frequency and urgency of urination in 5.At one-month follow-up,the mean IPSS decreased to 11, and mean Qmax increased to 17.8 ml/s. Conclusions The results demonstrate that PVP is safe, efficacious and minimally invasive for patients with obstructive BPH,especially for those of advanced age or at high risk.

To investigate the distrbution of cag Ⅰin Helicobacter pylori(Hp) isolated from Chinese patients, and its relationship to gastroduodenal diseases. Fragment in cag Ⅰ was amplified by polymerase chain reaction(PCR) in 107 Hp strains from Chinese patients. Results The amplicom to cag Ⅰ was positive in 93 strains, of which 57 strains came from patients with chronic gastritis, 31 strains from peptic ulcer, and 5 strains from gastric carcinoma. Conclusion Existance of cag Ⅰ of Hp strains was popular in the Chinese population, but no data had proven the relation ship between the existence of cag 1and occurrence of Hp related diseases and inflammatory infiltration in gastric mucosa.

To investigate the distribution of IS605 in Helicobacter pylori(Hp) isolated from Chinese patients, and its relationship to gastroduodenal diseases. The fragment in IS605 was amplified by polymerase chain reaction(PCR) in 107 Hp strains from Chinese patients. Results: The amplicom to IS605 was positive in 47 strains. Detective rates of IS605 in Hp from duodenal ulcer (13.6%) were lower than that from gastritis(52.2%). It suggested that: the detection of IS605 was related to alternation in virulence of Hp.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2001;0(11):-
A vector for a mutant Chinese Helicobacter pylori (Hp) strains knock out pathogenicity island (PAI) was constructed, which was the basis to establish a Chinese Hp mutant deleting pathogenicity island. Genetic engineering techniques such as polymerase chain reaction, plasmid extraction, agarose gel electrophoresis, restriction analysis, ligation, preparation of competence cell and transformation were used to make two cloning fragments containing two end regions of PAI and a selectable chloramphenicol resistance marker between them, and then engineering the recombined fragments into pBluescript plasmid. The result showed that restriction analysis demonstrated that the engineering mutant vector had been recombined. It suggested that we constructed an engineering mutant vector which targeted to delete the PAI in Chinese Hp strains. It will be useful for addressing the role of PAI in the pathogenesis of Hp infection.

Chinese Journal of Urology 2001;0(07):-
Objective To present the preliminary experience on the operative approach in the surgical management of complex posterior urethral stricture. Methods The operative approach of 72 cases of complex posterior urethral stricture was reviewed. Results The total success rate was 89%(64/72). 34 cases were operated with simlpe transperineal approach and the success was rate 91%, transperineal inferior pubic approach was adopted in 14 and the success rate was 93%;simple transpubic approach was conducted in 6 with a success rate of 67% and transpubic perineal approach in 18 with a success rate of 89%. 41 cases with long posterior urethral stricture were operated with a success rate of 85% and 18 cases with complication with a success rate of 94%. Conclusions Each operative approach has it own advantages and disadvantages.Transperineal approach is preferred because the procedure is simpler, less traumatic with less occurrence of complication.

Chinese Journal of General Surgery 1997;0(04):-
ObjectiveTo evaluate intraoperative cholangiograhy during cholecystectomy for patients with preoperative benign gallbladder disease. Methods Unexpected biliary disease and anomaly found by intraoperative cholangiography in 904 cases of preoperatively diagnosed simple gallbladder stone and polypoid lesions were analyzed. Results Choledocholithiasis was found in 79 cases, anomalous pancreaticobiliary junction (APBJ)in 21, gallbladder cystic duct variations in 28, right accessory hepatic duct in 4 . Conclusions Intraoperative cholangiograhy during the process of simple cholecystectomy helps to discover preoperatively mis-diagnosed choledocholithiasis, hence to avoid secondary exploration of common bile duct which is otherwise inevitable, it may also demonstrate the anomalous pancreaticobiliary junction and bile ductal anatomic variations.
