1.Psychological Stress Reaction of Soldiers under Military Stress (review)
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2011;17(3):255-257
Soldiers are a group whose mental level are significantly low when special tasks in military exercises and actual combat training and other military stress. And one of main reasons caused in combat effectiveness reducing or potential non-combat loss is psychological and physiological and pathological damage which caused by military stress. This article reviewed the research about psychological stress reaction under military stress in the past years.

Journal of Medical Research 2017;46(8):100-102
Objective To summarize the experience of surgical of complete pulmonary venous connection in neonates, and analyze the risk factors. Methods Between June 2010 to June 2016,21 consecutive neonates under went surgical correction of total anomalous pulmonary venous connection. There were 15 males and 6 females at mean age 20d,and the mean weight was 3.5kg.There were 10 patients with supracardiac,of which 6 patients with intracardiac,4 patients with infracardiac, and 1 patients with mixed.Clinical variables possibly associated with death were examined using Logistic regression analysis. Results There were 4 operative deaths(19%),2 patients with supracardiac,1 patient with intracardiac,1 patient with infracardiac.2 were died of low cardiac output syndrome, and 2 died of pneumonia.Logistic regression analysis showed that preoperative pulmonary infection, anatomic classification, aortic clamping time, weight were risk factors of operation. Conclusion Total anomalous pulmonary venous connection operation in neonates can obtain satisfactory results.Preoperative pulmonary infection, anatomic classification, aortic clamping time, weight are risk factors for operation.

mRNA and protein expression of interleukin 1? converting enzyme (ICE) were determined with RF PCR and immunohisto chemistry in brain tissue after complete ischemia followed by reperfusion of the forebrain of gerbil. The effect of radix salviae miltorrhizae was also studied. It was found that increased expression of ICEmRNA was induced during the 4 days after ischemia and reperfusion. Meanwhile, the increases in ICE positive reactivity were observed in glial cells in the regions of CA1 and cortex 1~4 days after ischemia and reperfusion, but the ICE positive reaction was inhibited under the effect of radix salviae miltiorrhizae(P

Objective To study the effect of perinatal exposure to sulphamethazine on the expression of neurotrophs(NGF and BDNF) in the hippocampus of offspring in rats. Methods The dams(SD rats) were fed with sulphamethazine at the doses of 50,100 and 200 mg/(kg.d) respectively from gestational day 7 to postpartum day 21.The brains of the pups aged 30 days were collected and the expression of NGF and BDNF was determined by immunohistochemistry staining. Results The expression of NGF in CA1 and CA3 of hippocampus significantly decreased in all pups of perinatal exposure to sulfamethazine(P

Objective To study the protective effect and molecular mechanism of trypsin inhibitor on reperfusion injury after cerebral ischemia. Methods The model of ischemia for 1h and repufusion for 24h of rat cerebrum was set by ligating MCAO described by zea-longa. 24 male rats were divided randomly into the sham operation group, the control group and trypsin inhibitor group. The presence of neurological function deficit was measured by Zea-Longa method, and the immunohistochemical staining and TUNEL were used to detect p53 protein expression and cell apoptosis in the brain tissues respectively. Results The score of neurological function deficit was zero in the sham operation group, 2 8?1 0 in the control group and 1 3?0 7 in trypsin inhibitor group. There were 12 3?2 5 p53 immunostaining positive cells in the control group and 5 5?1 3 in trypsin inhibitor group. The number of apoptotic cells was zero in the sham operation group, 7 6?1 0 in the control group, and 3 5?0 9 in trypsin inhibitor group. There was a significant difference in all above observing indices between the control group and trypsin inhibitor group(P

Chinese Journal of Minimally Invasive Surgery 2001;0(06):-
Objective To investigate the clinical value of computer-assisted navigation system (CANS) in pedicle screw placement. Methods From August 2002 to June 2006, we carried out 66 cases of pedicle screw placement under the guidance of CANS; 66 cases of traditional pedicle screw placement were set as a control. Results The mean operation time of CANS group was significantly shorter [(142.3?5.3) min vs (173.4?7.1) min; t=-28.301, P=0.000] and the blood loss was significantly fewer [(798.3?10.9)ml vs (912.2?14.3) ml; t=-51.463, P=0.000] than those in the control. X-ray and CT scan respectively showed that the placement of pedicle screw in CANS group was significantly more accurate than that in the control. (?2=29.424, P=0.000; ?2=36.829, P=0.000). Conclusion Pedicle screw placement under the guidance of CANS is more accurate, safe, and micro-invasive than traditional operation.

Objective To compare the effect of single implanted microwave ablation in continuous and interval irradiating in ex vivo pig muscular tissues, and to provide the experimental data for microwave ablation therapy of uterine fibroid clinically. Methods The pig muscular tissues ablations were performed with 2450 MHz microwave at same output power and action time. The irradiating modes were set as continuous wave and interval wave (emitting per 100 seconds intermitting 10 seconds and 20 seconds). The shape, size, thermal field temperature and the pathologic appearance of the ablation zone were evaluated. Results With the same output power and the same action time, the difference observed in the ablated shape, scope, ahead distance and thermal field temperature had no statistical significance, and the pathologic appearances of the ablated zone were same among the different action modes. Conclusions The difference between continuous and interval microwave ablation effects had no statistical significance in ex vivo pig muscular tissues with single implanted microwave. Both of these two modes may apply for uterine fibroid microwave ablation, and may result in same therapeutic efficacy.

Objective To investigate the hand hygiene status of urban and rural residents in Hangzhou City of Zhejiang Province to provide scientific base for health promotion. Methods Urban residents, rural residents, personnel in government institutions, urban students, rural students and enterprise workers were enrolled in this investigation.By using constant volume sampling method, fifty individuals in each group were recruited from 13 districts of Hangzhou City, and a total of 3 337 people filled in the questionnaire, which included demographic characteristics, knowledge of hand hygiene and hand washing.Logistic regression analysis and x2 test were used for data analysis. Results Correct hand-washing was found in 35.84% urban and rural residents (urban vs.rural:41.45% vs.27.06%).Awareness rate of hand hygiene was 35.06%.The influencing factors of proper hand washing were location, gender, age, educational level and understanding of hand hygiene. The influencing factors of awareness of hand hygiene were location, gender, age and educational level. Conclusion Hangzhou citizens had a relatively lower rate of proper hand washing, and significant difference was found between urban and rural residents; the study suggested that para-urben residents need to improve their knowledge and behavior of hand hygiene.Meanwhile, the students urgenty need to improve their hand hygiene

OBJECTIVE To report the investigation on validating clinical moist sterilizer by applying wireless thermo-loggers in accordance with the advanced Euro and British standards.METHODS The validation had been implemented with microbiological tests and thermometric tests to measure the temperature distribution of the chamber of sterilizer, the temperature and time relation inside the tested package of small and challenge loads, the pressure of the chamber and the temperature beside the drainage.RESULTS The measurements presented the relation between temperature and time measurements of the spots inside the chamber of the tested sterilization loads.CONCLUSIONS The measurement results indicate directly the operation condition and the temperature-time relation inside sterilization loads. These measurements are helpful for controlling sterilization quality. The results of microbiological tests are negative, which are consistent with that of thermomeric tests.
