3.On Teaching Supervision
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2005;0(05):-
Teaching supervision, the important component of teaching quality guarantee system in college,is the connection among administrators, teachers and students, and the important guarantee to keep teaching system, strengthen administration and deepen teaching reform. To achieve substantial success in teaching supervision, the proper supervision method, scientific evaluation system, sensitive information collecting and feed-backing mechanism, and suited policy must be established.
4.On Curriculum Teaching Design
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2002;0(01):-
Curriculum teaching is the major way of personnel training, which includes objectives, contents, teaching methods and mediums, as well as evaluations. Curriculum design must obey scientific law and correctly handle the relationships between general and specific characters, leading and subjectivity, learning and ability to lean, inherit and creativity. Only in this way, can we ensure the quality of personnel training.

3.64 mmol/L)received 8-week double blind comparisons treatment. After treatment we randomly selected 15 patients for each group. The fasting serum lipid was measured at the end of 4-week and 8-week,and the serum hs-CRP and IL-6 were measured too.Meanwhile seven hypercholesterolemic patients from rosuvastatin group and seven ortholiposis out-patients were included. These patients were treated with statins for 4 weeks. The erythrocytes before and after treatment were kept to be measured the FA.Results (1)Compared with the pretreatment, the level of LDL-C,TC,hs-CRP remarkably reduced in two treatment groups at the end of 4-week therapy. These inflammatory parameters did not further reduced, but hs-CRP reduced further at the end of 8-week therapy.(2)The percent age of SFA was obviously higher in hypercholesterolemic group than ortholiposis group. On the other hand,PUFA and ?-3 FA were obviously lower. After 4-week treatment the percent age of SFA reduced, while PUFA and ?-3 FA increased significantly in hypercholesterolemic group. Conclusion (1)Statins reducing inflammatory factors is independent of lipid-modifying ability.(2)Rosuvastatin treatment can effectively reduce the level of LDL-C and TC,and no significant difference in the effect is observed between two treatment groups.(3)The erythrocyte membrane FA proportion was obviously different in hypercholesterolemic group from ortholiposis group.Statins treatment could make the proportion of FA in erythrocyte membrane restore normal.

International Journal of Surgery 2021;48(4):260-264
Objective:To study the application value of different operation methods in the treatment of left hepatolithiasis in special position (the stone is located in the sagittal section of left portal vein and/or near the proximal end of left hepatic vein). Methods:From July 2015 to June 2018, 58 patients with left hepatolithiasis in special position in Department of General Surgery, the First People′s Hospital of Tianmen City of Hubei Province were analyzed retrospectively. According to the different operation methods, they were divided into two groups: left liver excision under laparoscopy and gallbladder incision stone group (left liver excision group, n=28) and laparoscopic left-half liver excision and bile tube excision stone removal group (left half liver excision group, n=30). The operation time, intraoperative bleeding, postopera-tive hospital stay, postoperative biliary fistula, postoperative bleeding, postoperative stone residue and stone recurrence were compared between the two groups. The measurement data with normal distributions were represented as ( Mean± SD), and comparison between groups was done using the t test. The chi-square test and Fisher precision test were used for comparison between counting data. Results:All 58 patients underwent laparoscopic surgery. Left liver excision group surgery time, in-serum bleeding, number of days hospitalized after surgery, number of postoperative bile fistula cases, number of postoperative bleeding cases were (161.53±30.56) min, (203.45±26.69) mL, (9.26±3.3. 86) days, 1 case, 1 case, left half liver excision group (153.16±42.63) min, (198.79±30.82) mL, (9.59±4.01) days 1 case, 1 case, The difference between the two groups was not statistically significant ( P>0.05). The number of postoperative stone residues was more than that of the left liver and outer leaf excision group (4 cases) than that of the left half of the liver excision group (1 case), and the number of postoperative stone recurrence cases was more than that of the latter (1 case), all of which were statistically significant ( P<0.05). The number of stone residues and stone recurrences after left liver excision group was 4 and 5 cases respectively, and the left half liver excision nurses were 1 case and 1 case, respectively, and the difference between the two was statistically significant ( P<0.05). Conclusion:For the left hepatolithiasis in special position (the stone is located in the sagittal section of the left branch of the portal vein and (or near the proximal end of the left hepatic vein in imaging), the lower abdominal left hemihepatectomy + choledocholithotomy is a safer and more effective treatment.

Microbial nitrilases have attracted increasing attention in nitrile hydrolysis for carboxylic acid production in recent years. A bacterium with nitrilase activity was isolated and identified as Pseudomonas putida CGMCC3830 based on its morphology, physiological and biochemical characteristics, as well as 16S rRNA gene sequence. The nitrilase production was optimized by varying culture conditions using the one-factor-at-a-time method and response surface methodology. Glycerol 13.54 g/L, tryptone 11.59 g/L, yeast extract 5.21 g/L, KH2PO4 1 g/L, NaCl 1 g/L, urea 1 g/L, initial pH 6.0 and culture temperature 30 degrees C were proved to be the optimal culture conditions. It resulted in the maximal nitrilase production of 36.12 U/mL from 2.02 U/mL. Investigations on substrate specificity demonstrate P. putida nitrilase preferentially hydrolyze aromatic nitriles. When applied in nicotinic acid synthesis, 2 mg/mL P. putida cells completely hydrolyzed 20.8 g/L 3-cyanopyridine into nicotinic acid in 90 min. The results indicated P. putida CGMCC3830 displayed potential for industrial production of nicotinic acid.
