Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2017;33(8):574-578
Objective To evaluate the impact of integrated information management platform on life style of diabetic patients. Methods A total of 84 diabetic patients were assigned to the intervention group and the control group by random digits table method with 42 cases each. All patients were in the hospital and after discharge given conventional three-tier management model. The intervention group was given comprehensive information management platform, three-tier management model mediated on this basis. The life style, fasting blood glucose, glycated hemoglobin were collected and compared between the two groups before and after intervention. Results After 9 months of intervention, the dietary pattern of the intervention group was more in line with the Chinese Dietetic Association's recommended dietary standard, in which staple food decreased from (343.90 ± 225.61) g before intervention to (311.71 ± 144.46) g, and meat decreased from (61.52 ± 59.73) g before intervention to (50.07 ± 36.16) g, and the lipid content decreased from (32.67 ± 21.31) g before intervention to (28.57 ± 19.52) g, compared with the control group (376.49 ± 129.58), (73.90 ± 55.15), (45.78 ± 20.03) g, there were significant differences(t =2.076, 2.278, 3.841, all P<0.05). The number of physical exercises increased from 30 before intervention to 37 cases, the number of moderate exercise increased from 12 cases before intervention to 20 cases, and the median of exercise scores increased from 11.000 (26.500) points before intervention to 33.000 (23.500) points, compared with the control group 15.000(18.000) points, there was significant differences (Z =3.687, P<0.01). The fasting blood glucose, glycated hemoglobin were (7.73 ± 1.31) mmol/L, (6.75 ±1.81)% after intervention and 8.000(2.200) mmol/L, 7.600(1.600)%before intervention in the intervention group, compared with the control group (8.60 ± 2.25) mmol/L, (8.81 ± 2.63)%, there were significant differences(t =2.111, 4.062, P<0.05 or 0.01). Conclusions Integrated information management platform management mode three-mediated diabetes may urge to improve the existing way of life, better control of blood sugar.

Objective To understand the practical application of drug intervention in elderly patients with chronic heart failure (CHF) for providing evidences and data for a standard treatment. Methods The elderly CHF patients aged at least 60 years who were hospitalized from July 1973 toJuly 2007 in the Second Hospital of Tianjin Medical University and from January 1983 to December 2002 in Tianjin First Center Hospital were enrolled. The age, gender, etiology, heart function and drug therapy were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into 4 groups: group 1973-,group 1980-, group 1990- and group 2000-2007. And the data were collected and analyzed by SPSS 13.0 software. Results A total of 4704 cases were enrolled, of which there were 2430 (51.7%)male and 2274 (48. 3%) female. Mean age was (71.3±-7. 1) years. The patients aged 80 years andover accounted for 12.8% (603/4704). The first three ranking causes were pulmonary heart disease, coronary heart disease and rheumatoid heart disease in group 1973- and 1980-. And those were coronary heart disease, pulmonary heart disease and rheumatoid heart disease in group 1990 and 2000-2007. The combined uses of angiotension converting enzyme inhibitors(ACEI) and β-receptor blocker, and of ACEI, β-receptor blocker and aldosterone antagonist were also increasing year by year. Patients with coronary heart disease, rheumatoid heart disease, pulmonary heart disease and dilated cardiomyopathy had a higher proportion of multiple drugs cotreatment. The differences in the frequency of all drugs use among four groups of CHF had a statistical significance (p<0.05). The usage of ACEI combined with β-receptor blocker and aldosterone antagonist, and ACEI combined withβ-receptor blocker, diuretic and digitalis was increasing along with the heart function becoming serious. The patients with a heart function of New York Heart Association (NYHA) Ⅱ or Ⅲ class received more β-receptor blocker. And ACEI was used at most in patients with NYHA Ⅲ class. The angiotension Ⅱ receptor blockers(ARB) was used at most in NYHA Ⅲ or Ⅳ class. Conclusions Nitrate, diuretic and digitalis are the main therapeutic agents in hospitalized patients with CHF in some regions of Tianjin. ACEI, β-receptor blocker and ARB are used in a rapid increment. There are still some problems such as standardizing the heart failure treatment and prevention in the elderly.

Objective To obtain the information of therapies with beta blocker in patients with heart failure in our hospital. Methods 408 hospitalized cases in 2004 and 213 outpatients from April to July in 2005 with chronic heart failure from the cardiology department were collected. Results In hospitalized cases,of 54.9% patients were prescribed beta blocker, and only 4% of them arrived at target dosage and 24.9% of them arrived at half of target dosage. 86.1% of them were given metoprolol. The maximum dosage was (54.25?34.26) mg/d,the mean was equal to the 36.17% of target dosage. Among outpatients,77.5% were taken beta blocker, and only 2.5% of them reached the target dosage and 26.6% of them reached half of target dosage; and 89.7% of them were frequently given the metoprolol, the average dosage was up to 35% of the target dosage. Conclusions There was a great gap between the clinical practice and guideline of beta blocker therapy in patients with chronic heart failure. The prescribed dose of beta blocker was lower than the target dosage.

Objective To explore the influence of self-management education on quality of life of patients with deep vein thrombosis. Methods 60 cases of deep vein thrombosis patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 30 cases in each group, two groups basically received the same medication treatment, the control group held conventional health education, The experimental group implemented self-management education.Life quality was compared before education and 3 months after education was compared between the two groups. Results Before self-management education, the scores of quality of life of the two groups showed no difference; after three months of selfmanagement education, the score of body's function, psychological function, social function and total score of quality of life were obviouly different. However, there were no significant differences in material life. Conclusions Self-management education can improve the quality of life of patients with lower extremity deep vein thrombosis.

Objective: To study the contents of hyperoside in Semen Cuscutae, which grew in different host and different environment. Methods: Hyperoside was determined by HPLC.Results: The content of hyperoside is 0.28%-0.65% in the semen Cuscutae growing in different conditions in Shandong. The content is higher in semen of C.chinensis in Linyi, whose host is Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi. The content of hyperoside is lower in semen of C.australia which grew in Humulus scandens(lour.) Merr. The content has no obvious difference between C.chinensis and C.australis.Conclusions: The content of hyperoside in semen Cuscutae has relation with the hosts. The content increased with the seed mature degree.

Objective To evaluate the influence of psychological status on the quality of life of patients with breast cancer and supply evidence for improving quality of life for these patients. Methods Patients were divided into two groups according to median score of psychological status(11.43) by life quality inventory. The designed data of the quality of life in different domain were statistically analyzed. Restilts The quality of life of patients with good psychological status was higher than that with poor psychological status (P<0.01). Conclusions Psychological status was the most pivotal factor that influences the quality of life of patients with breast cancer.Selective psychological nursing is expected to improve their quality of life.
