Objective To establish the HPLC fingerprints of Rheum tanguticum from Qinghai Region.Methods By RP-HPLC,acetonitrile and water including 0.04% H_3PO_4 as mobile phase,gradient elution,flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the detection wavelength was 280 nm,and the temperature was 40 ℃.Results The RSD of peak areas and retention time of common peak in the test of precision,repeatability,and stability has not reached 5%,respectively.Average similarity was 0.925 in R.tanguticum collected from different habitats.Conclusion All above results show that this method is simple,practicable,and reliable.It can be used as a standard analysis method in the quality control of R.tanguticum from Guoluo Region in Qinghai Province.It also provides a theory foundation on which the species cultivated could replace the wild ones.

Objective To investigate the effects of Lactobacillus acidophilus tablets combined with infantile diarrhea paste in the treatment of acute diarrhea in children.Methods Retrospective study of a total of 92 children with acute diarrhea from our hospital were collected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 46 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated by conventional treatment, patients in the experimental group were treated by Lactobacillus acidophilus tablets combined with infantile diarrhea paste.The serum myocardial enzyme, isozyme, inflammatory factors and the levels of T lymphocyte were determined, and the clinical efficacy before and after treatment was compared.Results The clinical effective rate of the control group ( 82.61%) was lower than the experimental group ( 95.65%) , with statistical significance ( P<0.05 );compared with the control group, after treatment the serum myocardial enzyme and isozyme of the experimental group decreased, after treatment the serum TNF-α, IL -6 and I -10 levels decreased, after treatment the CD3 +, CD4 + and CD4 +/CD8 +levels increased, CD8 + level decreased, with statistical significance ( P<0.05 ) , There was no adverse reactions such as gastrointestinal discomfort and skin irritation happened in two groups of patients.Conclusion Lactobacillus acidophilus tablets combined with infantile diarrhea paste in the treatment of children with acute diarrhea could reduce serum myocardial enzymes and isozyme levels, improve immune ability and the effect is remarkable.

Objective To study psychological change on anxiety patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) after percutaneous coronary intervention and to explore the effect of psychological intervention on anxiety patients with CHD.Methods The selected 126 anxiety patients with CHD were randomly divided into three groups A,B,C,and 42 cases in each group.Group A of was the control group,group B was the anti-anxiety drug group,group C was the psychological intervention combinded with anti-anxiety drug,and all patients were treated for one month.The self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) scores were recorded in three groups before surgery,after one week and one month treatment.Resluts There was no significant difference in SAS scores in group A before the operation and after 1 week,1 month treatment(respectively(57.14 ±5.63),(55.86 ±5,46),(53.93 ±6.03),P＞ 0.05).After 1 week and 1 month treatment,the SAS score of group C (respectively (42.79 ± 5.82) points,(33.86 ± 5.05) points) and the SAS score of group B (respectively (49.93 ± 6.63) points,(40.93 ± 6.46)points) were lower than those of group A (respectively (55.86 ± 5.46) points,(53.93 ± 6.03) points),and there were significant differences among the three groups(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion There is no significantly improvement in patient's anxiety after coronary revascularization.Anti-anxiety drug and psychological intervention significantly improve the patient's negative emotions and reduce the incidence of angina.

Objective To characterize the clinic features of fulminant type 1 diabetes mellitus (IT1DM).Methods It was a retrospective study analyzing the clinical and laboratory data of patients diagnosed as FT1DM and type 1 diabetes in the Department of Endocrinology in China-Japan Friendship Hospital from January 2011 to November 2015.Results A total of 125 newly diagnosed type 1 diabetic patients were included in the study,14 of them (11.2％) met with the criteria of FT1DM.The age at onset was (35.8 ± 8.3) years.The time from onset to ketosis was 2 (0-7) days.The plasma glucose levels were extremely high[(33.79 ± 14.13)mmol/L],while glycosylated hemoglobin A1c[HbA1c,(6.9 ±0.7) ％] and serum glycosylated albumin [(21.8 ± 4.5)％] levels were only slightly above the normal range.Moreover,the C-peptide levels were extremely low and the situation kept after one month to two years' follow-up.Four (28％) patients were glutamic acid decarboxylase antibody (GADA) positive at the onset with two turned negative.One patient was GADA negative at the onset and turned positive after one month.The levels of serum transaminases increased with enlargement of liver in one of the patients after insulin therapy,who was diagnosed as glycogenic hepatopathy.Conclusions FT1 DM is an extremely rapidly progressing type of diabetes and life threatening disease.Causations have to be taken in medical practice.

Objective To explore the imaging characteristics of pigmented villonodular synovitis(PVNS) of knee joint.Methods X-ray,CT and MR imaging features of PVNS of knee confirmed by operation,arthroscope and pathology were retrospectively analysed with literatures review.Results X-ray could only show the swelling of the joint cpasules,the destruction,defect and sclerosis of the bone under the articular surface.CT could show the soft tissue nodules in joint cavity projected from joint capsule.MRI was sensitive in showing the thickened synovium of joint and joint effusion,the soft tissue nodules and thickened synovium of joint were iso-or low signal intensity on T1WI,isointensity in one and low or slight hyperintensity in 4 on T2WI.Multiple haemosiderin deposit nodules were seen in the thickened synovium,which were low signal intensity on T1WI and T2WI in 4 cases,and the nodules were enhanced obviously on contrast-enhanced MR images.Conclusion MRI possesses obviously in diagnosis of PVNS of knee joint than X-ray and CT,which is helpful in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of PVNS of knee joint.

Objective To observe the effects of restrain stress on the phosphorylation of p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase ~MAPK) in rat hypothalamus and the regulation effects of electroacupuncture on the phosphorylated-p38 MAPK. Methods Twenty-eight rats were randomly divided into a control group, a restrain stress group and a restrain stress plus electroacupuncture group. The Western blot was employed to observe the changes of phosphorylated-p38MAPK in the three groups. Results Western blot analysis demonstrated a higher level of phosphorylation of p38 MAPK in the hypothalamus from restrain stress group than that from control. The higher level of phosphorylated-p38 MAPK could last for 3 hours after stress was relieved. The level of phosphorylated-p38MAPK could be decreased to some extent when the Zusanli acupoint of the restrained rat was acupunctured. The effects of electroacupuncture of Zusanli on phosphorylated-p38MAPK in hypothalamus could still be retained although the electroacupuncture was ended for 3 hours. Conclusion The results suggested that restrain stress can lead to a higher level of phosphorylation of p38 MAPK in hypothalamus, which might be an important event in the response of hypothalamic-pitutary-adrenal ~HPA) axis. The mechanism underlying the regulation of HPA by electroacupuncture might be (related) to the regulation of phosphorylated-p38 MAPK in hypothalamus.

Objective To study the positions,features and sectional anatomy of the palatovaginal canal and vomerovaginal canal,comparing with CT and MRI findings. Methods The palatovaginal canals in 104 sides and vomerovaginal canals in 60 sides of dry skulls were observed.Three adult cephalic specimens were sliced into celloidin contiguous sections on coronal plane(0.5 mm in thickness) and the results were correlated with the CT studies of 11 patients and MR imaging of a cephalic specimen. Results In dry skulls,the palatovaginal canal displayed as complete canal in 79.8% of the cases,while appeared as groof in 15.4%.There was neither significant canal nor groof in 4.8%.The vomerovaginal canal demonstrated as complete canal in 36.7% of the speciments,while appeared as groof in 33.3%.This canal was communicated with the lateral palatovaginal canal in 15% and it was not detected in 15%.Four typical slices of the celloidin and 3 plane of CT and 3 plane of MRI were selected and the key structures were described.Conclusion The palatovaginal canal and vomerovaginal canal can be well depicted on coronal plane.

Objective: To evaluate happiness and the mental health of elderly who participate morning exercise in Wuxi area. Methods: 161 elderly who participated morning exercise and 111 elderly from urban area of Wuxi were investigated with Memorial University of Newfoundland Scale of Happiness (MUNSH), Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90), and general health status questionnaire. Optimal Scaling was used to study the relationship between Happiness and affecting factors. Results: The average level of happiness of the morning exercises groups was higher than that of control. Factors having influence on mental health included interpersonal relationship, children satisfaction rating, and attitude to retirement, house condition.Conclusions: Elderly participating morning exercise have better mental health status.

Objective To analyze the correlation between fetal right aortic arch and chromosome ab-normality by ultrasound.Methods From January Jan 2009 to Dec 2014,nineteen cases with fetal right aortic arch were enrolled.They were all determined by chromosome karyotype analysis.The correlation of fetal right aortic arch and chromosome abnormalities detected by ultrasound were evaluated.Results Left lock,a “U”shaped vascular structure,were found in 15 cases.One case of fetal aortic arch was surrounded by a “O”shaped package.Three cases of right aortic arch showed fetal left artery catheter and brachiocephalic artery ima-ging branch.Echocardiography mainly for arterial catheter in three vessel trachea view did not show up.Artery catheter,in front of the trachea,did not form the vascular ring.Nineteen cases of right aortic arch were exam-ined by fetal karyotype analysis.Three patients with trisomy 18-karyotype presented ventricular septal defect, single artium,three tricuspid atresia,pulmonary artery stenosis.Four cases with trisomy 18-karyotype presen-ted ventricular septal defect,complete atrioventricular canal,single artium,double outlet right ventricle,pul-monary artery stenosis in atresia.Three cases with trisomy 21 -karyotype showed single ventricle,single atri-um.One case was with tetralogy of Fallot and one case with dextrocardia,aortic stenosis,accompanied by 22q 1 1.2.Conclusion In prenatal ultrasound screening,we should pay attention to three vessels-trachea view on ultrasound image,which can improve the detection rate of right aortic arch.Fetal right aortic arch and triso-my 18-,trisomy 21 -,chromosomal diseases are substantially correlated.Further analysis of chromosome kary-otype is needed to exclude chromosomal lesions,so as to achieve the purpose of prenatal and postnatal care.
