Objective To evaluate the impact of integrated information management platform on life style of diabetic patients. Methods A total of 84 diabetic patients were assigned to the intervention group and the control group by random digits table method with 42 cases each. All patients were in the hospital and after discharge given conventional three-tier management model. The intervention group was given comprehensive information management platform, three-tier management model mediated on this basis. The life style, fasting blood glucose, glycated hemoglobin were collected and compared between the two groups before and after intervention. Results After 9 months of intervention, the dietary pattern of the intervention group was more in line with the Chinese Dietetic Association's recommended dietary standard, in which staple food decreased from (343.90 ± 225.61) g before intervention to (311.71 ± 144.46) g, and meat decreased from (61.52 ± 59.73) g before intervention to (50.07 ± 36.16) g, and the lipid content decreased from (32.67 ± 21.31) g before intervention to (28.57 ± 19.52) g, compared with the control group (376.49 ± 129.58), (73.90 ± 55.15), (45.78 ± 20.03) g, there were significant differences(t =2.076, 2.278, 3.841, all P<0.05). The number of physical exercises increased from 30 before intervention to 37 cases, the number of moderate exercise increased from 12 cases before intervention to 20 cases, and the median of exercise scores increased from 11.000 (26.500) points before intervention to 33.000 (23.500) points, compared with the control group 15.000(18.000) points, there was significant differences (Z =3.687, P<0.01). The fasting blood glucose, glycated hemoglobin were (7.73 ± 1.31) mmol/L, (6.75 ±1.81)% after intervention and 8.000(2.200) mmol/L, 7.600(1.600)%before intervention in the intervention group, compared with the control group (8.60 ± 2.25) mmol/L, (8.81 ± 2.63)%, there were significant differences(t =2.111, 4.062, P<0.05 or 0.01). Conclusions Integrated information management platform management mode three-mediated diabetes may urge to improve the existing way of life, better control of blood sugar.
4.Effects of Visual Field Factor on Pseudoneglect
Chinese Journal of Clinical Psychology 2001;0(03):-
Objective:Two experiments were performed to research the effects of visual field factor on pseudoneglect and to test the theories about neglect and pseudoneglect. Methods:Experiment 1 employed the landmark task and greyscales task in tachistoscopic and forced-choice conditions.Experiment 2 employed the greyscales task and tachistoscopic visual three-field technique. Results:Experiment 1 manifested that greyscales had no crossover effect;the length factor had effect on the greyscales task as the landmark task, but it only affected the bias magnitude, not the error direction.Experiment 2 indicated that the main effect of visual field was significant:when the greyscales were presented in the middle or right, pseudoneglect manifested, but when in the left, pseudoneglect vanished. Conclusion:The results provide evidence supporting the hypothesis that the perceptual distortion derives from the attentional process.

Chinese Medical Ethics 1994;0(05):-
The lack of organs has been an crucial limiting factor for Chinese organ transplantation, thus it is in urgent need to effectively increase the number of donor organs. This article holds that, besides through publicity and education to promote unpaid voluntary organ donation, some incentive mechanisms are also required to serve as useful complements. Therefore, organs' origin can be expanded to a certain extent, and the intense supply and demand in organ transplantation can also be eased.Unifying organ transplantation practice in China, this paper explains the necessity of organ donation incentive mechanisms from both theoretical and practical significances, reveals the main elements of the incentive mechanisms, and explores the realization means.

Chinese Journal of Geriatrics 2001;0(03):-
Objective To summarize the effective managements of cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) duing open heart surgery in the elderly patients by comparing with that of the non-elderly groups. Methods Pre-operative common data and the managements for 84 elderly patients during the cardiopulmonary bypass from January 1998 to June 2000 were analyzed retrospectively, and the same data of 80 non-elderly patients(40-60 years old) who underwent CABG during the same period were also randomly selected and compared. Results The elderly patients were usually combined with hypertension, diabeties, chronic kindney failure and abnormal pulmonary function. The average time for CPB and clamping time for the ascending aorta were (115.6?27.0)min and (80.4?32.2)min, respectively. The average lowest nasopharyngeal and anal temperature was (29.8?1.4)℃ and (30.7?0.8)℃, respectively, showing no significant difference comaparing with those of the non-elderly patients. There was significant difference between the two groups in the transfusion of shed blood(P

Journal of Environment and Health 1992;0(02):-
Objective To study the neurotoxic effects of acute exposure of methylmercury at low dose and to provide some experimental data for deeply exploring the early mechanism of neurotoxicity of methylmercury. Methods SD rats were administered with methylmercury chloride by intraperitoneal injection with different doses of 0.05, 0.50 and 5.00 mg/kg and different exposure times of 20 min, 1 h, 4 h, 24 h. Mercury, ACh and AChE contents in rat brains were measured. Results Mercury contents in rat brains significantly increased after 20 min-exposure at both 0.50 and 5.00 mg/kg doses. Significant increase occurred after 4 h exposure at dose of 0.05 mg/kg. ACh and AChE in rat brains significantly changed after 20 min at every dose, showing certain dose-response and time-response relations. Conclusion Changes of ACh and AChE in rat brain after administration of low dose(0.05 mg/kg) and short time(20 min) exposure suggested certain modulation of CNS had been initiated. With the increases of exposure dose and time, methylmercury might begin to accumulate in rat brain and induce the significant changes of ACh and AChE.
