Objective To investigate the influence of stigma on QOL of patients with mental disorders. Methods By using Link stigma series scale and schizophrenic quality of life scale,we assessed and analyzed 406 psychiatric patients′stigma and QOL, as well as the correlation and influence between them. Results The score of perceived devaluation-discrimination dimension of the stigma scale had positive correlation with total score of QOL,score of psycho-social dimension and score of motivation and energy dimension (P <0.05).The scores of challenge dimension and separation dimension in the stigma scale had positive correlation with motivation and energy dimension of the QOL scale (P <0.05).Regression analysis showed that stigma did not have influence on QOL of patients with mental disorders. Conclusion Stigma in psychiatric patients has no significant influence on QOL,but correla-tion relationship exists between them. The higher score of perceived devaluation-discrimination dimension, challenge dimension and separation dimension of stigma scale, the poor QOL the patient would have.

This study was aimed to discuss the dynamic variation of soluble sugar contents, sucrose metabolizing en-zyme activities and gene expression quantities during the fruits development of A momum villosum, in order to pro-vide the basis of improvement of the fruit yield. Fresh fruits at three different development processes (30 DAF, 60 DAF, 90 DAF) were used to investigate changes of soluble sugar components and sucrose metabolizing enzyme activ-ities by HPLC and UV spectrophotometry. Combining with the high-throughput sequencing expression profile data of three fruit development period, the trends of three key enzymes gene expressed in sugar metabolism were analyzed. The results showed that the fruit sugar components were dominated by fructose, glucose and sucrose. The concentra-tion of hexose (fructose and glucose) gradually decreased in peel. But in seeds the concentration of hexose decreased at first and then increased. The content of sucrose and the net activities of sucrose synthase (synthesizing direction minus decomposing direction) in peel and seeds were gradually increased. The expression trends of key enzyme gene in sugar metabolism examined by RNA-seq quantification showed that sucrose phosphate synthase and sucrose syn-thase gene increased and then kept constant, but the invertase gene expression trend was gradually rising. Conse-quently, sucrose synthase was the key enzyme catalyzing sucrose synthesis and decomposition. The activity of sucrose synthase and sucrose contents in peel and seeds reached the highest peak in the end of fruit mature.

Objective:To study the effects of effective herbs in Yinchenhao Decoction(YD)on fatty deposition and TNF-?secretion of hepatic lipo-toxicity model in vitro. Methods:TG and TNF-?as the inspection target, apply the steatosis with TNF-?secretion lipo-toxicity model in vitro of HepG2 induced by long-chain FFA and uniform design U7(76)form for YD,which had 3 herbs,to compound 6 kinds of different prescriptions,in order to look for the effective herbs or optimized group in YD.Results:The Chinese medicine Yinchen and its optimized group-Yinchen and Zhizi combination can remarkably reduce the TG and TNF-?content.Conclusion:The Chinese medicine Yinchen and its optimized group-Yinchen and Zhizi combination were effective herbs in YD for inhibiting fatty deposition and TNF-?secretion of hepatic lipo-toxicity model in vitro.

Objective:To evaluate the effects of ultrasound-guided quadratus lumborum block (QLB) on acute pain after total hip arthroplasty. Methods:A retrospective study was conducted of the 36 patients with hip osteoarthritis who had undergone selective one-side total hip arthroplasty under total intravenous anesthesia (TIVA) from January 2019 to January 2020. According to whether additional QLB was used or not they were divided into 2 equal groups ( n=18). The control group of 10 males and 8 females with an age of 60.5±9.4 years used mere TIVA while the QLB group of 7 males and 11 females with an age of 53.6±12.7 years used TIVA plus QLB. All patients accepted patient-controlled intravenous analgesia (PCIA) postoperatively. The 2 groups were compared in terms of visual analogue scale (VAS) at rest and during exercise and IL-6 level at 24 h postoperation, consumption of opioids and postoperative incidence of nausea and vomiting. Results:There were no significant differences between the 2 groups in their preoperative general data, indicating they were compatible ( P>0.05). The VAS scores at rest and during exercise in the QLB group (0.3 ± 0.5 and 0.8 ± 0.6) were significantly lower than in the control group (2.1 ± 0.7 and 2.7 ± 0.5), the IL-6 level in the former[40.9 (30.5, 56.3) pg/mL] was significantly lower than in the latter[165.0 (82.5, 276.5) pg/mL], the intraoperative total consumptions of sufentanil[6 (6, 7) μg] and remifentanil[1,370 (1,200, 1,485) μg] in the former were significantly lower than in the latter[35 (30, 40) μg and 1, 910 (1, 805, 2, 000) μg], and the postoperative incidenceof nausea and vomiting[27.8%(5/18)] in the former was significantly lower than in the latter[77.8%(14/18)] (all P<0.05). Conclusions:Ultrasound-guided quadratus lumborum block can effectively relieve acute pain in patients after total hip arthroplasty. It can suppress stress-related inflammatory factors, reduce consumption of opioids and incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting.
