1.Diagnostic value of magnetic resonance imaging for lymphocele after the pelvic lymph nodes dissection of gynecologic malignant tumor

Objective:To explore the imaging features of complicated lymphocele after the pelvic lymph node dissection. Methods: After pelvic lymph nodes dissection, lymphoceles in pelvic cavity of 47 patients with gynecological malignant tumor were found by magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and all of these imaging data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:All of 47 cases had lymphoceles in pelvic cavity, and the number of lymph node lesion was 52 (30 were at left side of pelvis, 22 were at right side of pelvis); the distribution of most lymphocele were around of external vein and artery of iliac; the main MRI features were roundness, oval, reniform or dumb-bell shape with smooth and uniform lymphocele wall, and the intracystic manifestations were long T1signal and long T2signal; the manifestation of DWI was high signal of limited dispersion; after enhancement scan, the wall of lymphocele and intracyst appeared middle reinforcement signal, and there was no obvious reinforcement signal in cystic contents.Conclusion: There are characteristic MRI imaging manifestations in lymphocele, and the diagnosis of MRI is reliable and accurate.
2.Analysis of hepatitis B virus genotyping and variation of drug resistance in 90 cases in Shenyang

Objective To investigate the distribution characteristics of hepatitis B virus (HBV) genotypes and the variation situ-ation of drug resistance gene in Shenyang area by the gene chip technology .Methods Serum samples were randomly collected from 90 inpatients of hepatitis B in 202 Hospital of PLA from August 2012 to July 2013 .The HBV genotypes and drug resistance associ-ated 5 sites in common 3 types of antiviral drug were detected by the gene chip technology of nested PCR (NPCR) combined with reverse dot blot(RDB) .Results Among 90 samples ,HBV genotypes included type B 6 .7% (6/90) ,type C 86 .6% (78/90) ,mixed type B and C 6 .7% (6/90) .The serum HBV DNA level in the patients with HBV-C genotype were significantly higher than that with genotype HBV-B and mixed genotype B and C .There were 4 cases of drug resistance gene mutation in the detected samples ,3 cases of mutation were placed in 180M+204V ,1 case of mutation was placed in 180M+204I .All the drug resistance mutations ap-peared in the patients with HBV-C genotype .Conclusion The main HBV genotype is the genotype C in Shenyang area .Genotype B and genotype mixed B and C are unusual .The HBV DNA level in the patients with the genotype C is relatively high ,which is more likely to happen resistance to lamivudine .Moreover the mixed mutation in 180M is more likely to happen .
3.Effects of combined vaccination on health related quality of life in children with recurrent respiratory infection

Objective To observe the health-related quality of life of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection (RRTI) simultaneously inoculated by pneumococcal vaccine combined with influenza vaccine.Methods A total of 454 cases with RRTI were randomly divided into four groups,the control group (n =135) was used with placebo only,and the combined inoculation group (n =143) was simultaneously inoculated with pneumococcal vaccine combined with influenza vaccine,the pneumococcus vaccine group (n =95),influenza vaccine group (n =81).The PedsQLTM 4.0 score and clinical indicators were observed in each group before the inoculation and 14 months after the inoculation.Results There were no significant differences in the number of cases,gender,age,duration and socioeconomic status score in the four groups (P > 0.05).The incidence of upper and lower respiratory tract infection,respiratory diseases caused by the frequency of fever,the number of days of antibiotic use and total cost of treatment in the vaccine group were significantly less than those of the control group (P < 0.05).And the combined inoculation group was significantly better than the pneumococcus vaccine group and influenza vaccine group(P < 0.0l).The PedsQLTM 4.0 score showed no significant differences among four groups (P > 0.05) before the inoculation.Each dimension of the quality of life of the vaccine group significantly increased (P < 0.05) while those of control group showed no significant difference (P > 0.05).Conclusion Combination of inoculation of pneumococcal vaccine and influenza vaccine can effectively improve the health-related quality of life of RRTI children as well as the PedsQLTM 4.0 score,and it should be highly recommended clinically.
4.Combined detection of immunobiological markers in pleural or peritoneal exudates of patients with tuberculosis and malignant tumors

The levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),adenosine deaminase(ADA),total cholesterol (TC),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),ferritin(Fer),β2-microglobulin (β2-MG),alpha-fetoprotdn(AFP),carbohydrate anfigen12-5(CA125),carbohydrate antigen19-9(CAl99),carbohydrate antigen15-3(CA153),eyfra211(CY211)and neuron specific enolase(NSE)were detected by automatic chemistry analyzer or electrogenerated chemiluminescence analyzer in pleural and peritoneal exudates from 48 cases oftuberculosis and 82 cases of malignant tumors.The levels of CRP,ADA and β2-MG in tuberculotic exudates were higher than those in malignant exudates(P<0.01).However,the levels of TC,LDH,CEA,Fer,CA153,CY211,NSE,AFP,CA125 and CA199 in malignant exudates were higher than those in tuberculotic exudates(P<0.01).Combined determination of CRP,ADA,TC,LDH,CEA,Fer,and β2-MG in pleural and peritoneal exudates are of value in differentiation of tuberculosis from malignant exudates.Combined determination of CA153.CY211 and NSE in pleural effusions and AFP,CA125 and CA199 in peritoneal effusions can improve the semitivity and specificity of diagnosis for malignant exudates.
5.Observation on the effect of rice water on prevention of diarrhea in patients with traumatic head injury undergoing enternal nutrition

Objective To investigate the effect of rice water on prevention of diarrhea in patients with traumatic head injury undergoing enternal nutrition. Methods 110 patients with traumatic head injury in neurosurgery department were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group was fed with rice water in the early two days of entemal nutrition and then begun with nutrient solution on the third day, as to the control group,patients were fed with nutrient solution at the beginning of enternal nutrition. Incidence of diarrhea in these two groups were viewed and underwent χ2 test. Results The number of samples with diarrhea in the observation group(3 cases) was significantly less than that of the control group (12 cases). Conclusions Feeding with rice water can clean the intestine, regulate the function of gastrointestinal tract and reduce the incidence of diarrhea obviously in patients with traumatic head injury during the early period of enternal nutrition.
6.Clinical Observation of Centro-square Needling at Shangxing (GV23) for Anxiety After Cerebral Stroke

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of centro-square needling at Shangxing (GV23) (so called Ghost Hall point) in treating anxiety after cerebral stroke as a major treatment.Method Sixty patients were randomized into a treatment group and a control group. The two groups were both given Flupentixol and Melitracen tablets (Deanxit). In addition, the treatment group received centro-square needling as the major treatment, and the control group received ordinary needling. Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA), Zung's Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), and Barthel Index (BI) of Activities of Daily Living (ADL) were observed before and after the treatment for evaluating the therapeutic efficacy.Result There was a significant difference in comparing the HAMA score between the treatment group and control group after the treatment (P<0.05). There were no significant differences in comparing the total effective rate and recovery rate between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment group shows a significant efficacy in improving the anxiety symptoms; the effect in improving the anxiety symptoms is insignificant in the control group; the recoveryrate and total effective rate are equivalent between the two groups.

AIM: To establish a quick,accurate,sensitive method for analysis of theophylline,prednisone acetate and dexamethasone acetate illegally added into traditional Chinese medicinal preparation for antitussive and antiasthmastics by UPLC-MS. METHODS: The UPLC-MS/MS method was used.Electrospay ionization(ESI) source was applied and operated in the positive and negative ion mode.Theophylline,prednisone acetate and dexamethasone acetate illegally added into traditional Chinese medicinal preparations were identified. RESULTS: Both theophylline and prednisone acetate were found in formulations. CONCLUSION: The method is selective and sensitive and can be used to detect the theophylline,prednisone acetate and dexamethasone acetate illegally added into traditional Chinese medicinal preparations.

10.The position of the third molar in the adult subjects about 6 000 years ago

Objective:To observe the position of the third molar in the neolithic adults about 6 000 years ago.Methods:On the basis of the maxillary and mandibular specimens preserved in Banpo museum,200 maxillary and mandibular specimens with 383 third molars,187 maxillary and 196 mandibular,were observed for the eruption of the third molar.The teeth in the non-eruption group were further divided into impact group and congenital absent group according to the third molar germ presence testified by X ray.Results:The congenital absent rates of maxillary and mandibular third molar were 26.74% and 17.35%,while the impact rates of maxillary and mandibular third molar were(2.67%) and 14.79% respectively.Conclusion:Both the congenital absent rate and the impact rate of the third molar in neolithic era adults are lower than those in modern,the impact and congenital absence of the third molar are part of degradation of masticatory organ with whole humanity progressing.
