Objective To investigate the concentration of blood uric acid and the prevalence of hyperuricemia in staff of a univer-sity so as to provide scientific basis for prevention and treatment of hyperuricemia.Methods Uric acid(UA)of 4 893 persons were detected by enzymatic method.For male whose UA>428 μmol/L,For female whose UA>357μmol/L were considered as hyperuri-cemia.People enrolled in the study were grouped according to age and analyzed.Results The average UA of males was (357.23± 75.17)μmol/L and was significantly higher than that of females(P <0.05).The average UA concentration and hyperuricemia rati-os in males of 20-<30,30-<40 years old groups were the highest,that of 60 -<70 group was the lowest,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).The average UA and hyperuricemia ratios of the male group decreased with age before 70 year old.But The average UA and hyperuricemia ratios of 70-<80 and ≥80 groups were higher than that of the 60-<70 group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).The average UA and of hyperuricemia ratio of the female group increased with age.Conclusion The average UA concentration of males was significantly higher than that of female,in addition to that,hyperuri-cemia patients become younger and younger in male population.

This experimental study was aimed to find the effect of different package and storage conditions on the content of effective components of A stragalus pieces. A stragalus pieces were stored under different storage conditions by using different packaging materials and packaging methods. Every three months, the contents of Calycosin-7-glu-coside and astragaloside were determined according to the 2010 version of Chinese Pharmacopoeia. With the extend-edstorage time, the contents of two effective components were significantly decreased. After six-monthstorage, the contents were not consistent with the standard of the pharmacopoeia standards. Room temperature had relatively big influence on the loss of content. The plastic and aluminum paperpackagingwere better than kraft paper packaging. The content ofastragaloside using non vacuum packaging method was relatively higher than the vacuum packaging. Contentunder the conditions of cool storehouse and nonvacuum plastic bags was higher than other packagingmethod. And the changes of both contents were relatively stable. It was concluded that the A stragaluspieces should be packed with non vacuum plastic bags, and stored in a cool and dry place.

Objective To investigate the effects of weightlessness on the apoptosis of hepatocytes in rats.Methods Eighty-four adult male Wistar rats were randomly divided into weightlessness group and control group according to the random number table.Tail-suspension was used to simulate the weightlessness model.Six rats were sacrificed in each group at the end of day 1-7.Hepatocyte apoptosis and p53 expression were detected by TUNEL assay and immunohistochemistry PV-6001,respectively.All data were analyzed by variance analysis.Results An increase of apoptosis index and up-regulated expression of p53 were detected in weightlessness group.The level of apoptotic index Was significantly higher in weightlessness group than in control group from day 1 to day 5(F=77.608,P<0.05),and the apoptotic indexes of the 2 groups were close at day 6 and day 7.The p53 proteins with positive expression were mainly detected in the nucleus.The level of positive expression of p53 in liver tissue in weightlessness group was higher than that in control group at the early stage(F=113.063,P<0.05).Few hepatocytes with positive expression were detected in control group and weightlessness group at a later stage.Conclusion There is a close relationship between hepatocyte apoptosis,changes of P53 expression and stress response and tolerance to weightlessness.

Objective:To evaluate the safety and efficacy of 27G micro-incision vitrectomy surgery (MIVS) combined with intravitreal injection of ranibizumab (IVR) in the treatment of retinopathy of prematurity (ROP) with early intervention failure.Methods:Retrospective case series was performed. Fourteen eyes (11 infants) with ROP who underwent 27G MIVS combined with IVR were included from March 2016 to January 2018 in Shenzhen Eye Hospital. Among them, there were 5 males with 7 eyes, 6 females with 7 eyes. The average gestational age of the infants was 28.12±0.90 weeks; the average birth weight was 1 023.64±200.96 g. Before the early clinical intervention, 1 infant (2 eyes) had ROP in zone Ⅰ stage 3 with plus disease, 8 infants (10 eyes) had ROP in zone Ⅱ stage 3 with plus disease, and 2 infants had ROP in aggressive posterior ROP. Six eyes underwent laser photocoagulation, while 8 eyes received laser therapy combined with IVR. Six eyes of stage 4A ROP and 8 eyes in stage 4B. Retinal detachment was detected with a mean of 10.44±9.21 weeks. At the time of surgery, the average post-conceptional age was 48.02±8.09 weeks. All the affected eyes were treated with standard sclera with three incisions 27G MIVS. During the operation, only local vitrectomy was performed to release and clear fibroascular proliferation in the optic disc, anterior macular area and pericristal area. After surgery, 10 mg/ml of ranibizumab 0.03 ml was injected into the vitreous cavity. The average follow-up time was 23.36±8.34 months. The primary objectives were the condition of retinal reset, ROP progression control and complications.Results:All patients had uneventful surgeries with an average duration of 32.86±9.35 mins. Of the 14 eyes, 12 eyes (85.71%) were controlled, 8 eyes (57.14%) had a good rearrangement of macular structure, while 4 eyes with macular traction. Two eyes had ROP progression, recurrence of retinal detachment, posterior synechia. Complicated cataract was in 1 eye. Proliferative vitreoretinopathy and retinal detachment was in 1 eye after 7 months the operation.Conclusion:27G MIVS combined with IVR is a safe and effective treatment for ROP with early clinical intervention failure.

OBJECTIVE To analyze the research status and hotspots of wine processing of Chinese medicine， and to provide reference for its related research. METHODS Related literature about wine processing research in Chinese medicine was retrieved from CNKI and Web of Science （WOS）. VOSviewer 1.6.18 and CiteSpace 6.1.1R2 software were used to visualize the core authors， research institutions， keywords， and other contents. RESULTS A total of 962 Chinese literature and 57 English literature were included in the study. In total， the trend in the amount of Chinese and English literature was on the rise during 2000-2022. The analysis of the authors showed that ZHANG Xuelan and CAI Baochang had the most publications in Chinese and English literature. Research institutions were mainly Chinese medicine universities， and Chengdu University of Chinese Medicine and Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine were the research institutions with the largest number of Chinese and English literature published. The analysis of keywords in Chinese and English literature showed that the wine-processing research of Chinese medicine mainly focused on wine-processed varieties， chemical constituents， wine-processed process， and quality standards. Response surface method， chroma value， metabolomics， and action mechanism had become current research hotspots. CONCLUSIONS The related research of wine processing for Chinese medicine is still in the development period. In the future， the response surface method to optimize the wine-processed process and the combination of metabolomics with related technologies of other omics to reveal the pharmacodynamic mechanism of wine processing for Chinese medicine is still the future development trend. In the future， cooperation between institutions should be further strengthened， and research on the use of excipients and alcohol should be strengthened. Modern analytical methods should be utilized to enhance the efficiency of wine processing for Chinese medicine， thereby promoting the modernization and internationalization of wine processing for Chinese medicine.
