Objective: To understand the impact of childhood trauma on psychological distress among upper grade elemetary school students, and to explore the mediating role of leisure activities in the relationship, so as to provide a basis for developing mental health intervention strategies. Methods: From August to November 2024, a combination of convenience sampling and stratified cluster random sampling was employed to recruit 1 373 fourth to sixth grade students from four primary schools in Harbin. The Childhood Trauma Questionnaire(CTQ), a self designed leisure activity scale (including active and passive leisure activities), and the Kessler Psychological Distress Scale (K10) were used to assess childhood trauma experiences, leisure activities, and levels of psychological distress. Spearman correlation analysis and linear regression analysis were conducted to explore the relationships among childhood trauma, leisure types, leisure time, and psychological distress. Based on the mediation analysis framework proposed by Hayes (Model 4), the mediating role of leisure types in the relationship between childhood trauma and psychological distress was examined. Results: Totally 19.1% of the upper elemetary school students exhibited psychological distress, while 30.2% had experienced childhood trauma. During school days, 64.6% of the students were reported of having leisure time concentrated between 1 and 5 hours per day, whereas 67.4% reported leisure time exceeding 5 hours per day on weekends. After controlling for potential demographic confounders such as gender, grade, ethnicity, household registration, being an only child, parents educational level, co residence, and whether parents are first time married,linear regression analysis showed that childhood trauma experience had positive predictive effect on psychological distress in upper primary school students( β =0.20, P <0.01). Leisure time showed no statistically significant association with psychological distress, both on school days ( β =-0.58 to -0.56) and weekends ( β =0.26- 0.98 )(all P >0.05). Active leisure activities were negatively associated with psychological distress ( β =-0.20), while passive leisure activities were positively associated with psychological distress ( β =0.29)(both P <0.01). Leisure type partially mediated the relationship between childhood trauma and psychological distress, accounting for 11.7% of the indirect effect. Conclusion Childhood trauma experiences positively predict psychological distress in upper elementary school students, and affect psychological distress through active leisure and passive leisure.

ObjectiveTo investigate the correlation between the color， odor and volatile components of Paeoniae Radix Alba（PRA） and its processed products， and to examine the effects of different processing methods on the odor and color formation of PRA. MethodThe odor and chromaticity information of PRA， honey chaff-fried PRA and honey bran-fried PRA were identified by electronic nose and colorimeter， and the volatile components in the different processed products of PRA were identified and relatively quantified by headspace gas chromatography-mass spectrometry（HS-GC-MS）， and analyzed using principal component analysis（PCA） and orthogonal partial least squares-discriminant analysis（OPLS-DA）， then the differential key flavor components among the three were screened according to the principles of variable importance in the projection（VIP） value>1 and relative odor activity value（ROAV）≥1. Pearson correlation analysis was used to investigate the association between the differential flavor components and the colorimetric values and electronic nose sensors， respectively. ResultAfter being fried with honey chaff and honey bran， the lightness value（L^*） of PRA decreased， and red-green value（a^*） and yellow-blue value（b^*） increased significantly（P<0.05， P<0.01）. The odor differences were mainly reflected in the S1， S2， S4， S5， S6， S8 and S11 sensors， and the results of PCA of the electronic nose indicated that the odor differences among PRA， honey chaff-fried PRA and honey bran-fried PRA were obvious， among which the overall odor intensity of honey bran-fried PRA was higher than that of honey chaff-fried PRA. A total of 47 volatile components were identified from PRA and its processed products， including 21 for PRA， 36 for honey chaff-fried PRA， and 37 for honey bran-fried PRA. Odor analysis revealed that 12， 24 and 22 volatile components may be the key flavor components in PRA， honey chaff-fried PRA and honey bran-fried PRA， respectively. Correlation analysis showed that the L^* of the decoction pieces was negatively correlated with the content of the Maillard reaction products， the a^* and b^* were positively correlated with the content of the Maillard reaction products， the S1 and S8 sensors were negatively correlated with the content of the Maillard reaction products， and the S2， S4， S5， S6 and S11 sensors were positively correlated with the Maillard reaction products. ConclusionThe color of PRA is deepened after being stir-fried with honey chaff and honey bran， and 5-hydroxymethylfurfural， furfural and other components are generated at the same time， which is in line with the theory of burning aroma strengthens the spleen of stir-fried with honey chaff and honey bran. Honey bran-fried PRA has a stronger Maillard reaction than honey chaff-fried PRA， which makes honey bran-fried PRA with a burnt flavor and a dark yellow color， while honey chaff-fried PRA has a sweet flavor and a bright yellow color.

Digital pulse diagnosis technology based on pulse chart parameters is one of the important achievements of the modernization and intelligent development of TCM diagnosis.Pulse diagnosis instrument collects pulse signals for feature extraction and analysis,which promotes the objectification and digital progress of TCM pulse diagnosis.This article discussed the research and application progress of the digital pulse diagnosis technology from four aspects:sensor types and research achievements of pulse diagnosis instrument,the application of pulse signals analysis method,research and analysis methods for multi-source signal fusion sensors,and the correlation between pulse parameters and cardiovascular disease,so as to provide new research ideas and methods for the further development of digital pulse diagnosis technology.

Objective To design and construct a syndrome differentiation knowledge graph that integrates TCM facial color diagnosis information;To explore the hidden relationships between the knowledge.Methods The literature data came from ancient classics,textbooks,as well as standard literature related to inspection included in the CNKI,VIP and Wanfang Data from the establishment of the databases to December 31,2022.The clinical data was sourced from 30 elderly individuals who underwent TCM health examinations at the Community Health Service Center in Jiading Industrial Zone,Shanghai in September 2022.Facial image acquisition was performed using TFDA-1 digital tongue and facial diagnostic instrument.By following the steps of knowledge extraction,knowledge fusion and quality assessment to construct a graph,and with the assistance of TCM experts for interpretation,using Access 2019 to integrate qualitative textual data and quantitative objective image digital information,a syndrome differentiation knowledge graph integrating TCM facial diagnosis was designed and completed in the Neo4j graph database.In addition,a method was designed to shift facial diagnosis knowledge from qualitative to quantitative.Results There were a total of 194 nodes under 8 entity term types and 12 entity term labels,as well as 361 relationships under 13 semantic relationships in knowledge graph.The Neo4j graph database provided a visualized TCM facial color diagnosis and differentiation,which could be queried and fed back using Cypher language.Conclusion The knowledge graph constructed based on the theory of TCM facial color diagnosis visually shows the complex correlation between facial color diagnosis and syndrome differentiation diagnosis,with a knowledge representation model that forms qualitative data of image features → semantic relationships → syndrome differentiation diagnosis forms.

Objective:To identify the influencing factors of postoperative nausea and vomiting (PONV) in the patients undergoing egg retrieval with general anesthesia for in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer (IVF-ET).Methods:This was a case-control study. Medical records from IVF-ET patients undergoing egg retrieval with general anesthesia in the Center for Reproductive Medicine in our hospital from November to December 2020 were retrospectively collected, 52 patients with PONV were identified (group PONV), and 252 patients without PONV were selected as control group (group C). Univariate analysis was performed on the suspicious influencing factors, and the factors with statistically significant differences were included in the logistic regression analysis model to identify the influencing factors of PONV.Results:Compared with group C, statistically significant differences were found in the number of eggs, anesthesia time, and the proportion of PONV history and/or motion sickness history in group PONV ( P<0.05). The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that a large number of eggs, long anesthesia time, and a high proportion of PONV history and/or motion sickness history were independent risk factors for PONV. Conclusions:A large number of eggs, long anesthesia time, and a high proportion of PONV history and/or motion sickness history are independent risk factors for PONV in IVF-ET patients undergoing egg retrieval with general anesthesia.

Objective:To screen the key genes related to the prognosis,diagnosis,and immune infiltration of the hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)patients by bioinformatics analysis methods,and to analyze their potential therapeutic drugs.Methods:The HCC gene expression profile data and corresponding clinical informations of the HCC patients were downloaded from the Gene Expression Omnibus(GEO)database and The Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA)database.The R software package limma was used to screen the differentially expressed genes(DEGs)in HCC.Gene Ontology(GO)functional enrichment analysis and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)pathway enrichment analysis were performed on the DEGs.The STRING database was used to construct the protein-protein interaction(PPI)network;the Cytoscape software was used to visualize the PPI network and screen the key genes;Kaplan-Meier survival curve and LASSO regression algorithm were used to identify the key genes related to the HCC prognosis;external data sets were used to validate their expressions and analyze the diagnostic efficacy;CIBERSORT algorithm was used to detect the relationship between the expression of prognosis-related key genes and HCC immune cell infiltration.The MiRNet and Network Analyst databases were used to construct the microRNA(miRNA)-key gene mRNA and transcription factors(TFs)-key gene mRNA molecular regulatory networks;CMap database was used to screen the potential small molecule drugs for HCC treatment.Results:A total of 146 DEGs were screened,including 30 upregulated genes and 116 downregulated genes.The GO functional enrichment analysis and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis results showed that the DEGs were significantly enriched in biological processes(BP)such as steroid,alkene compound,and hormone metabolism,as well as signaling pathways such as retinol metabolism,drug metabolism-cytochrome P450(CYP450),complement and coagulation cascades.The PPI network analysis identified 14 key genes,among which formimidoyltransferase cyclodeaminase(FTCD),secreted phosphoprotein 2(SPP2),thrombin-antithrombin complex(TAT),complement C6(C6),and cytochrome CYP450 family member 2C9(CYP2C9)were significantly associated with the prognosis,clinical pathological stage,and histological grade of the HCC patients and also had high diagnostic efficacy for HCC and were closely related to immune cell infiltration in HCC.Hsa-mir-182-5p,CUT-like homeobox 1(CUX1),early growth response 1(EGR1),SMAD family member 4(SMAD4),and tumor protein P53(TP53)were identified as the important regulators targeting the above-mentioned prognosis-related key genes.DL-thiorphan,promethazine,and apigenin may have the therapeutic effects on HCC.Conclusion:FTCD,SPP2,TAT,C6,and CYP2C9 may be the potential targets for the diagnosis,prognosis,and treatment of HCC.Three predicted small molecule drugs,DL-thiorphan,promethazine,and apigenin,may provide the references for the development of therapeutic drugs for HCC.

BACKGROUND:Many studies have shown that total hip arthroplasty will improve low back pain in patients with hip-spine syndrome.However,there are few studies on the relationship between postoperative low back pain improvement and changes in spinal-pelvic sagittal parameters.This study aims to reveal their connections between the two. OBJECTIVE:To explore the relationship between the improvement of low back pain and changes in the spinal-pelvic sagittal parameters in patients with hip-spine syndrome after total hip arthroplasty. METHODS:A retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical and imaging data of 93 end-stage hip disease patients who underwent primary total hip arthroplasty and combined with low back pain and were admitted to Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from January 2019 to January 2022.Spinal-pelvic sagittal parameters were measured on lateral lumbar X-rays before surgery and 1 year at the last follow-up:pelvic incidence,pelvic tilt,sacral slope,lumbar lordosis,pelvic incidence-lumbar lordosis(difference between pelvic incident angle and lumbar lordosis angle).Visual analog scale score,Oswestry disability index,and hip Harris score were recorded before and 1 year after arthroplasty.The patients were divided into two groups according to whether the change in visual analog scale scores 1 year after surgery reached the minimal clinically important difference for low back pain treatment,including 45 cases in the low back pain unimproved group and 48 cases in the low back pain improved group.The preoperative general data of patients,differences in spinal-pelvic sagittal parameters,Oswestry Disability Index and hip Harris score before and after surgery were compared between the two groups. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:(1)There was no significant difference in age,gender,surgical side,body mass index,and etiology between the two groups(P>0.05),and they were comparable.(2)There was no significant difference in visual analog scale scores before surgery(P>0.05).The visual analog scale scores of the low back pain improved group were lower than those of the low back pain unimproved group 1 year after surgery(P<0.01).(3)At 1 year after surgery,the lumbar lordosis of the low back pain unimproved group was significantly smaller than that before surgery,while the lumbar lordosis of the low back pain improved group was significantly smaller than that before surgery(P<0.01).At the same time,the pelvic incidence-lumbar lordosis mismatch in the low back pain unimproved group was greater than before surgery,while the pelvic incidence-lumbar lordosis mismatch in the low back pain improved group was smaller than before surgery,with significant differences between the two groups(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the changes of other spinal-pelvic sagittal parameters between the two groups(P>0.05).(4)Preoperative lumbar Oswestry disability index and hip Harris score were not significantly different between the two groups(P>0.05).At 1 year after surgery,Oswestry disability index of the low back pain improved group was lower than that of the low back pain unimproved group and the hip Harris score was higher than that of the low back pain unimproved group(P<0.05).(5)The results showed that the improvement of low back pain was related to changes in spinal-pelvic sagittal parameters in patients with hip-spine syndrome after total hip arthroplasty,showing reduced lumbar lordosis and pelvic incidence-lumbar lordosis mismatch.Moreover,patients with improved low back pain after surgery had better functional scores,indicating that total hip arthroplasty improved spinal alignment and spinal-pelvic sagittal balance.For patients with hip-spine syndrome,a total hip arthroplasty performed before the onset of lumbar disease can have a favorable effect on the lumbar spine.

Objective To explore the differences of bone age of radius,ulna,metacarpophalangeal and carpal bones in children with different physiques.Methods Radiographs of children's wrists aged between 4 and 12 years were collected.The bone age of radius,ulna,metacarpophalangeal,and carpal bones were assessed using the Chinese Children's Bone Age Score,and the difference between the two bone ages(the former minus the latter)was recorded.According to gender,age,and physical grouping,the physical group was divided into normal and abnormal groups.The abnormal group was further divided into thin,overweight,and obese groups.A comparative analysis was conducted to determine the differences in bone age between normal and abnormal groups for both males and females at all ages.Results A total of 3 028 children were included,and the differences between the two bone age results for normal boys aged 7-12 years and normal girls aged 5-12 years were not statistically significant(P＞0.05).In boys,there was no significant difference in bone age between the normal group and the thin group(P＞0.05),the difference in bone age between the normal and thin groups at the age of 5-6 years was greater than that between the overweight and obese groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05),the difference in bone age between the normal group at 11-12 years and the thin group at 11 years was smaller than that between the overweight and obese groups(P＜0.05).The difference in bone age was smaller in the normal group than in the thin group at 6 years of age for girls(P＜0.05),and larger in the thin group than in the overweight and obese groups at 5 to 6 years old(P＜0.05).Conclusion The difference in bone age between the TW-C RUS series and TW-C C series bone age values is influenced by the child's gender,physique,and age.The difference in bone age between the majority of normal children and the thin group is not statistically significant,but differed from the overweight and obese groups at some ages,most are the overweight and obese boys.

According to understanding of the pathogenesis of acne, scholars have established animal models of acne inflammation, animal models of grafting human skin acne, and natural acne animal models. The acne inflammation model is mainly induced by bacterial infection, chemical drug application, and foreign matter injection. Natural acne animal models include animals that some are sensitivity to hormones and some have clinical symptoms of acne. It is necessary to select appropriate model animals and replicate model methods for the development of acne intervention products with different degrees and mechanisms. At present, there are only human evaluation standards of acne health functions in China, but no animal evaluation standards, which has affected the in-depth study of the pathogenesis of acne as well as the research and development progress of acne products. This article summarizes the conditions for the occurrence of acne, the characteristics of human skin, the bidirectional effect of Cutibacterium acnes on human skin, acne animal models, and commonly used observation and evaluation indicators, providing the reference for studying the pathogenesis of acne, promoting acne treatment and health care, and developing treatment products.

ObjectiveBy exploring the volatile components， polysaccharide composition and changes in the contents of five carbohydrate components of Polygonatum cyrtonema rhizoma before and after processing， and then the effect of yellow rice wine on the odour formation of P. cyrtonema rhizoma was investigated. MethodThe volatile components of P. cyrtonema rhizoma before and after processing were detected by headspace gas chromatography-mass spectrometry（HS-GC-MS）， and sample data were subjected to principal component analysis（PCA） and orthogonal partial least squares-discriminant analysis（OPLS-DA） using SIMCA 14.1， then the differences between these components of P. cyrtonema rhizoma before and after processing were screened according to the principle of variable importance in the projection（VIP） value>1. Crude carbohydrate components in raw and wine-processed P. cyrtonema rhizoma were subjected to oxime and silylation， the carbohydrate components were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry（GC-MS/MS）， and the relative contents of various components were calculated by peak area normalization， then quantitative analysis of four carbohydrate components was also carried out. ResultA total of 23 volatile components were identified from the raw products and the wine-processed products， including 15 components in raw products and 20 components in wine-processed products. Among them， 2-methylbutyraldehyde and isovaleraldehyde had a sweet odor and their contents increased after processing， but the contents of hexanal and caproic acid decreased， new components such as 2-acetylfuran and 5-methylfuranal were produced after processing. PCA and OPLS-DA results showed that there were significant differences between raw products and the wine-processed products， a total of 13 differential compounds were screened out， of which 7 showed an upward trend in relative content and 6 showed a downward trend. A total of 7 carbohydrate components， including 5 monosaccharides and 2 disaccharides， were identified in raw products and the wine-processed products. The results of determination showed that the contents of fructose， glucose， mannose and sucrose in P. cyrtonema rhizoma increased after wine-processing， and their increases were 4.54， 1.51， 2.93， 3.66 times， respectively. ConclusionAfter processing， the increase of aromatic flavor of P. cyrtonema rhizoma may be related to the increase of the contents of aldehydes such as 2-methylbutyraldehyde and isovaleraldehyde， while the decrease of raw flavor may be related to the decrease of the contents of volatile components such as hexanal and hexanoic acid， the increase of sweet flavor may be related to the increase of the contents of monosaccharides and oligosaccharides such as fructose and sucrose.
