Objective To observe the curative effect of Bitongding capsule for RA. Methods 100 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group (30 cases) was treated by Zhengqing Fengtongning, and the treatment group (70 cases) was treated by Bitongding capsule. One course was three months and two courses of treatment was statistics date. Results The total effective rate of 3 months was 91.43% in treatment group and 76.67% in control group. AF and IgG of treatment group were improved obviously (P 0.05), while the clear effective rate was 65.71% in treatment group and 36.67% in control group (P
3. Hemostatic effect and safety of intravenous drip of tranexamic acid combined with topical application of cocktail containing tranexamic acid in total knee arthroplasty
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2020;25(9):1356-1361
BACKGROUND: The perioperative blood loss of total knee arthroplasty is large. The “cocktail” containing tranexamic acid has the dual function of hemostasis and analgesia. However, how to further reduce blood loss with intravenous tranexamic acid is still worth exploring. OBJECTIVE: To compare the hemostatic effect and safety of tranexamic acid combined with different intravenous applications of tranexamic acid in total knee arthroplasty under the premise of using “cocktail” containing tranexamic acid. METHODS: Data of 62 patients with osteoarthritis, who underwent primary unilateral total knee arthroplasty in the First Department of Orthopedics of Zhongshan People’s Hospital from June 2017 to September 2019, were retrospectively analyzed and divided into three groups. In the Group A, 26 patients administrated “cocktail” containing tranexamic acid before closing the wound. In the Group B, 25 patients administrated intravenously 1.0 g tranexamic acid before cutting skin on the basis of group A. In the Group C, 11 patients administrated intravenously 1.0 g tranexamic acid on the basis of group B 3 hours postoperatively. Dominant, hidden, and total blood loss, postoperative hemoglobin biggest loss, blood transfusion rate, postoperative hospital stay and postoperative complications were compared and analyzed among three groups. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: (1) In terms of blood loss (including total, hidden, intraoperative, postoperative and dominant) and the maximum loss of hemoglobin, both groups B and C were lower than group A, with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05); there were no significant differences between group B and group C (P > 0.05). (2) There were no statistically significant differences in blood transfusion rate and postoperative hospital stay among three groups (P > 0.05). (3) There were no statistically significant differences among the three groups in the incidence of wound complications, articular effusion, and complications of intermuscular vein thrombosis (P > 0.05). No lower limb deep vein thrombosis or pulmonary embolism was found in the three groups. (4) The results showed that intravenous administration of 1.0 g tranexamic acid before cutting skin and combination with “cocktail” containing 0.5 g tranexamic acid before closing the wound can have obvious hemostatic effect. However, intravenous administration of 1.0 g tranexamic acid 3 hours postoperatively failed to further reduce the bleeding; moreover, the first two administrations did not increase the postoperative complications, and had certain security.

Chinese Journal of Anesthesiology 1996;0(09):-
Objective To study the effects of sevoflurane on voltage-gated Na~+, K~+ and Ca~(2+) channels in rat dorsal root ganglion(DRG) cells. Methods Dorsal root ganglions were dissected from thoracic and upper lumbar segments of the spinal cord. DRG cells were prepared by digestion with collagenase and trypsin at 32-34℃ The whole cell Na~+, K~+ and Ca~(2+) currents were recorded by standard patch clamp technique. The changes in the currents from holding potential of-70 mV to test potential of 0 mV were recorded in a 10 mV increments in the presence and absence of sevoflurane. Results 0.4, 0.9 and 1.8 mmol?L~(-1) sevoflurane had no effect on Na~+ or K~+ currents but Ca~(2+) currents could be significantly suppressed by 0.4 mmol?L~(-1) sevoflurane. Conclusion Na~+ and K~+ channels in DRG cells are not involved in the spinal mechanism of sevoflurane. The inhibition of Ca~(2+) current in DRG cells by sevoflurane could be associated with the antinociceptive effect of sevoflurane at the spinal cord level.

12 months, baseline serum HBV DNA ≥104copies/ml) were prospectively followed. Virological and serologic responses and laboratory data of liver and renal function of each patient enrolled were monitored every three months. Entecavir resistant mutations were detected by direct sequencing of HBV reverse transcriptase region which was amplified by semi-nested polymerase chain reaction (PCR). HBV sequences of different genotypes obtained from GenBank were aligned to identify entecavir drug resistant substitutions. Results Of the 41 lamivudine refractory CHB patients who met the inclusion criteria, 16 patients (39%) achieved the point of undetectability in HBV DNA level (

Objective To investigate the mechanism of Chinese herbal medicine compound Tang Mai Ping (TMP) capsule to type 2 diabet in rats. Methods The models of type 2 diabetic rats were established by injecting lower dosage of streptozotocin (STZ, 35 mg/kg) to belly, and fed high sucrose and high fat diet. Modle rats were randomly divided into model group, TMP group, and Erjiashuanggu (EJS) group, at the same time normal control. The content of plasma insulin was detected by radio-immunicy, mRNA expressing of frame muscle of Glucose Transporter 4 (GluT4) gene was detected with hyvirdism in situ. Results After built model, levels of insulin were obviously ascended in rats, but the expression of GluT4 mRNA lower significantly (P

Objective To evaluate the expression of Fas Ligand (FasL) on gastric T cell during H.pylori infection and its cytotoxicity to gastric epithelial cells. Methods FasL protein expressions on mono nuclear cells of gastric mucosa with and without H.pylori infection were examined by immunohistochemistry assay. FasL mRNA expressions were detected in gastric T cell lines isolated from H.pylori infected and uninfected gastric biopsies by RT PCR. The function of FasL expressed by gastric T cells to induce apoptosis in Fas bearing cells was determined by a co culture bioassay (JAM), while the Fas mediated apoptosis of gastric epithelial cells induced by gastric T cells were also evaluated by the same assay. Results FasL was expressed by the mononuclear cells accumulated in gastric mucosa with H.pylori infection, whereas the few mononuclear cells presented in uninfected gastric tissues were negative for FasL. FasL mRNA was detected in gastric T cells isolated from H.pylori infected gastric biopises, while that of uninfected gastric T cell lines was either negative or weak positive. Gastric T cells were capable of inducing apoptosis of Fas positive jurkat cells, while this could be blocked by Fas blocking antibody, ZB4. Conclusions T cells presented in gastric mucosa during H.pylori infection could damage gastric epithelium through Fas/FasL interaction.

China Pharmacist 2015;(2):194-196
Objective: To synthesize 10-position schiff base derivatives of emodin and study the anti-tumor activity. Methods:The 10-position schiff base derivatives of emodin were synthesized through emodin reacting with ammonia derivatives in absolute alcohol with acetic acid as the catalytic agent. Their structures were characterized by 1 H-NMR and ESI-MS, and the anti-tumor activity on k562 cells was determined by MTT method. Results:Three 10-position schiff base derivatives were synthesized and the structures were confirmed, and the IC50 on k562 cells was 4. 5, 3. 8 and 2. 0 μmol·L-1 , respectively. Conclusion:The 10-position schiff base de-rivatives of emodin can improve the anti-tumor activity and druggability of the parent compound, which are worthy of further study.
