Premature ventricular complex (PVC)-induced cardiomyopathy is due to frequent PVCs and it can be potentially reversible in selected patients resolves after catheter ablation.PVCs burden is importantly associated with impaired left ventricular(LV) function.Necessary evaluation is important for PVCs patients.For patients with high PVC burdens above 15%-25% of the total cardiac beats in 24 hours,medical treatment should be used to reduce PVC burden and to improve LV function.Catheter ablation of PVCs is recommended for selected patients with high PVC burdens associated with a decline in LV systolic function.
2.Reliability and validity of the Chinese version of STRATIFY in geriatric inpatients

Objective To test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version STRATIFY (St Thomas Risk Assessment Tool in Falling Elderly Inpatients) for geriatric inpatients.Methods The scale was translated and 404 geriatric inpatients were evaluated by the Chinese version STRATIFY and evaluate its reliability and validity.Results Chinese version STRATIFY was found with good feasibility.The Pearson correlation coefficient of reliability between testers was 0.951,the retest reliability was 0.885,internal consistency reliability (Cronbach's αt) was 0.523.The values of item-total correlation was over 0.3.The distinguish validity in difference of STRATIFY scores between groups with/without fall history was statistically significant.Predictive validity was moderate,the best cut-off point was determined at 2 points,and sensitivity and specificity were respectively 64.3% and 78.2%.Conclusions Chinese version STRATIFY applied in Chinese geriatric inpatients showed good reliability between testers,retest reliability,distinguish validity and predictive validity,and it could be used to assess the fall risk of Chinese geriatric inpatients.In addition,as the internal consistency was lower,we can revise the entry of STRATIFY to provide a more accurate predicting tool.

Laiminin,which has been found 15 isoforms up to today,is a kind of noncollagen glycoprotein of extracellular matrix.However,the functions of laminin varis from each other,which mainly takes participation in the process of the cell adherence,migration,differentiation,growth,cell signaling and tissue repair in vivo.In recent years,some scholars have found that laminin plays an important role in angiogenesis.The purpose of this article is to summarize the role of laminin in angiogensis and sum up the current research progress.
4.Clinical application of evidence- based nursing in elderly patients with cardiovascular interventional surgery during perioperative period

ObjectiveTo evaluate clinical value of evidence-based nursing intervention in treatment of elderly patients with cardiovascular interventional surgery during perioperative period. Methods 150 cases of elderly patients with cardiovascular diseases who underwent interventional surgical treatment were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group(80 cases)and the control group(70 patients). ResultsThe occurrence and degree of discomfort of bedridden patients in the observation group were milder,and the complications due to use of anticoagulants and pressing dressing were significantly less than the control group.The satisfaction degree and mastering of disease related knowledge in the observation group were significantly better than that of the control group. ConclusionsApplication of evidence-based nursing intervention during perioperative period for elderly patients with cardiovascular interventional surgery can reduce discomfort and complications of patients,as well as improve satisfaction degree and mastering of disease-related knowledge of patients and their families,which is worthy of promotion.

7.Expression of CTLA4Ig Gene in Dermal Papilla Cells Transferred with Recombinant Adenovirus Vector

Objective To study CTLA4Ig gene expressed in dermal papilla cells and to provide evidence for immune tolerance after dermal papilla cells transplantation. Methods CTLA4Ig cDNA was transferred into dermal papilla cells by recombinant adenovirus vector, and the dermal papilla cells containing CTLA4Ig gene were transplanted into mice skin. The target gene expression was detected by histological and immunohistochemistry technique. Results CTLA4Ig protein was expressed in plasma 6 hours after gene transfection and increased gradually. When the transferred papilla cells were transplanted into mice skin the gene began to express in 24 hours and lasted for 2 weeks. No rejection was observed. Conclusion Dermal papilla cells containing CTLA4Ig gene can survive in vitro and in vivo and express CTLA4Ig for a long time.

Objective To investigate the effect of bFGF and MSCs autografting on expression of PCNA and Ⅷ-R Ag of porcine skin defect wound. Methods Six male minipigs were used to produce 48 full-thickness skin wounds, each wound area about 2.54 cm~ 2 on both sides of the back (8 wounds per pig). These 48 wounds were randomly treated with bFGF, MSCs, bFGF+MSCs, and normal saline (12 wounds for each treatment). The tissue from the wounds was harvested on day 3, 7, 14 after surgery, then used for HE staining and immunohistochemical staining for proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) and factor Ⅷ related antigen (Ⅷ-R Ag). Results Granulation tissue was presented in all groups on day 3 and 7 after wound, most abundant in the wounds treated with bFGF+MSCs, as well as blood capillary formation. PCNA expression increased after skin injury, reached the peak on day 7, most in the granulation tissue, and lasted to day 14, then began to decrease. On day 3, 7, 14 after skin injury, PCNA expression was the most highest in the wounds treated with bFGF+MSCs. 10.Study on Antibacterial and Antifungal Effect of Composite Chitosan Dermal Substitute in vitro

Objective To evaluate antibacterial and antifungal effect of the composite chitosan artificial skin in vitro. Methods The standard strains were used in the experiment, including Staphylococcus aureus (ATCC25923), Escherichia coli (ATCC25922), Pseudomonas aeruginosa (ATCC27853) and Candida albicans (ATCC10231). Twelve agar plates were prepared for each standard strain, which were equally divided into the trial and the control groups. In the trial groups, 50 ?L composite chitosan dermal substitute was added to each prepared agar plate, two samples for each plate. In the control groups, composite collagen-gelatin dermal substitute was used.
