Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2012;28(30):1-3
Objective To investigate the method and nursing care of early enteral nutrition through naso-jejunal feeding tube for patients with severe acute pancreatitis. Methods We retrospectively studied 37 patients with severe acute pancreatitis, who were given early enteral nutrition through naso-jejunum nutrition tube. Results Abdominal distention occurred in 5 patients, and 3 patients got mild diarrhea. No aspiration and SAP relapse occurred among 37 patients. All the patients were discharged from hospital after recovery. Conclusions Enteral nutrition through naso-jejunum nutrition tube is the main treatment and nutritional support measure for patients with severe acute pancreatitis.Daily care of the naso-jejunum nutrition tube, and prevention and treatment of complications are the critical work in SAP patients' nursing care.
2.Cloning of 5'flank upstream regulation region of LCRG1 and the measurement of promoter activity
China Oncology 1998;0(01):-
Background and purpose:The molecular regulation mechanism of the LCRG1 gnen is unclear; The study was designed to clarify the regulatory elements of LCRG1 gene in its 5'flanking region. Methods:Bioinformatics approaches were adopted and a putative promoter region was found in 5'flank upstream fragment of LCRG1 gene,5'flank upstream regulation fragment 1.776 kb(from-1 191 bp to +585 bp)of LCRG1 gene was amplified by PCR using genomic DNA as template, construct was obtained by cloning DNA fragments into pGL3 reporter vector. The construct was then introduced into COS7 cells by Lipofectemin method for transient expression of reporter gene, and luciferase activities was measured by luciferase assay. Results:The sequence of 5'flank upstream regulation fragment 1.776 kb(from-1 191 bp to +585 bp)of LCRG1 gene was successfully cloned and proved to be correct by DNA sequencing, the activity of pGL3-1776 was about 0.16-fold higher than that of pGL3-control cotransfection with PRL-TK and 35-fold higher than that of pGL3-basic cotransfection with PRL-TK.Conclusions:5'flank upstream regulation region 1.776 kb(from-1 191 bp to +585 bp)of LCRG1 was cloned successfully, the fragment presented promoter activity.

That hospital libraries purchase books and periodicals via bidding is necessitated by social development and is characterized by the following advantages: smashing monopoly operations and adopting competitive mechanisms; reducing intermediate links and speeding up the delivery of books and periodicals; avoiding missing issues of periodicals and ensuring the completeness of periodicals; bettering preferential treatment and saving funds; standardizing market competition and reducing job-related offenses; safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of the libraries.

With the development of CT technique and clinical application of mutiple-detector helical CT,it is possible to reconstruct the structure of organs under the help of 3-dimention CT technique. The blood supply of normal liver and that of hepatic cancer come from hepatic artery and portal vein, with 25% and 75% respectively for the former and just neverse for the latter and sometimes having correlation with presure inside ,the biliary system. Therefore,a full knowledge of intrahepatic vasculo-ductal system is not only crucial for hepatic cancer diagnosis but also for treatment interventionally.(J Intervent Radiol,2007,16:280-283)

Progress in Biochemistry and Biophysics 2006;0(06):-
Laryngeal carcinoma related gene 1(LCRG1) is a candidate tumor suppressor gene of Laryngeal carcinoma. To further investigate its transcriptional regulation, the transcriptional start sites for LCRG1 gene have been identified by 5′ RACE (rapid amplification of cDNA ends) based on the bioinformation analysis of LCRG1. Then eleven luciferase expression vectors which contained potential human LCRG1 gene promoter were constructed. Luciferase reporter assay indicated that LCRG1 promoter region was mainly located in -169~+127 region nearby the major transcriptional start site. These results suggested that the region (-169~+127) includes an essential promoter for human LCRG1 gene transcription.

Objective To investigate the effect of the use of audio and video feedback on the rehabilitation of patients with ankylosing spondylitis (AS). Methods 60 AS patients were divided into two parts (32 in the experimental group and 28 in the control group) by random number table method, and two groups of patients were treated with the same drug treatment. Patients in the control group were instructed by oral instruction, in the experimental group, the use of audio and video feedback teaching guide patients family exercise, compared with the two groups of patients with four months of follow-up, family exercise compliance, joint function and quality of life, and other indicators. Results Four months after the intervention, the experimental group patients family exercise compliance was better than 84%(27/32), higher than the control group of 36% (10/28), the difference was statistically significant (χ2=9.238, P < 0.01). Patients in the experimental group in four months after the intervention, the health questionnaire to investigate the physiological function, role limitation due to physical problems, body pain, general health, vitality, social function, role limitation due to emotional problems, mental health eight dimension scores respectively were (72.7±8.4), (81.5±9.5), (57.2±8.4), (65.5±8.4), (62.9±7.2), (78.4±7.4), (67.3±6.2), (77.2±7.6) points while in the control group were (60.8±9.1), (72.1±9.6), (50.3±9.4), (60.8±7.0), (58.2±9.1), (74.4±8.7), (60.2±7.2), (74.3±7.4) points, the difference between the two groups had statistical significance (t=1.493-5.266, P < 0.05 or 0.01). Four months after the intervention, the scores of Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Functional Index (BASFI) of patients with AS in the experimental group were (1.1± 0.8), (1.7±0.2), (1.8±1.3), (1.6±1.0), (3.1±2.1), (1.0±0.6), (1.9±1.6), (3.8±2.5), (2.6±1.7), (2.7±1.6) points, while (3.8±1.6), (2.8±1.5),(2.6±1.5)、(2.8±1.2),(4.4±2.2),(2.2±1.0),(3.3±1.6),(6.5±2.5),(5.6±2.6), (4.3 ± 1.5)control group, the two groups the difference was statistically significant (t=0.282-8.427, P<0.05). Conclusions Application of audio and video feedback teaching in patients with AS rehabilitation guidance, help patients to master the family training methods, improve the joint function of patients, improve the quality of life.

Objective To study the correlation between histopathological findings and X-ray appearances of ameloblastomas. Methods X-ray characteristics and histopathological features in 153 cases of ameloblastomas were analyzed retrospectively, and their relation was comparatively analyzed. Results ① On radiography, the lesions appeared as multilocular in 82 cases(53.59) and unilocular in 71 cases(46.41). ② 96 cases were classic ameloblastomas, including follicular type in 13 cases and non-follicular type in 83 cases,X-ray showed unilocular appearance in 35(36.46) and multilocular appearance in 61 cases(63.54).57 cases were unicystic ameloblastoma ,X-ray showed unilocular appearance in 36 cases(63.16) and multilocular appearance in 21 cases(36.84).There was significant diffrence statistically in the X-ray features of uniloculus and multiloculus between the two histopathological patterns(P﹤0.005). Conclusion Unicystic ameloblastomas often have unilocular radiologic appearance, classic ameloblastomas are mostly of multilocular radiologic appearance, while, the honeycomb radiologic appearances are common seen follicular type ameloblastoma.
