Objective To investigate the damage of liver function in the AIDS/HIV patients with overlapping infection by hepatitis B virus (HBV) and hepatitis C virus (HCV).Methods 134 hospitalized cases with HIV-positive were tested for HBV and HCV infection by detecting serum markers.According to the testing results,the patients were divided into four groups including HIV + HCV group,HIV + HBV group ,HIV + HCV + HBV group,single HIV infected group as a control.Retrospective analysis was conducted on liver function among these four groups of patients.Results The most common type was HIV + HCV coinfection accounting for 74%.The median value of ALT in the control group was 26 U/L (16.25～37) ,while in the HIV + HBV,HIV + HCV,HIV + HBV + HCV groups it was 77(23～96) ,43(23～75.5) ,54(33.5～108) U/L,respectively.The control group was significantly different to overlapping infection groups (P<0.05).The median value of prothrombin time (PT) in HIV + HBV + HCV group is 14.6s( 12.9～15.2),significantly higher than the other three groups (P<0.05).Conclusion HCV overlapping infection was most frequent in HIV patients.liver function damage could be worsen in such patients especially in those with HBV and HCV positive simultaneously.

Objective To understand the trend of HIV infection in Guangxi region ,and to provide a reference basis for related sections .Methods A retrospective analysis were done to the data of HIV screening from 2007 to 2014 in the HIV screening labora‐tory of Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region people′s hospital .Results The positive rate of HIV antibody was 0 .50% (2007 ,121/24 890 ) ,0 .41% (2008 ,125/30 305 ) ,0 .40% (2009 ,157/40 466 ) ,0 .29% (2010 ,129/44 125 ) ,0 .31% (2011 ,151/48 914 ) ,0 .33%(2012 ,187/56 653) ,0 .30% (2013 ,191/63 581) ,0 .30% (2014 ,206/69 164) ,respectively .The population of HIV antibody positive came from farmers and freelancers who were low education and aged from 20 to 40 .It was given priority to the Zhuang and Han na‐tionality in the region of Guangxi ,Infection was mainly through sexual transmission .Conclusion The trend of HIV infection in Guangxi region has decreased ,but there was higher infection rates in Guangxi .

OBJECTIVE:To reduce and prevent the incidence of complaint events in outpatient dispensary.METHODS:The causes of patients' complaints were analyzed and the countermeasures were put forward.RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS:The complaint events mainly induced by the absence of rules and regulations for pharmacists,lack of related information and professional knowledge,unsoundness of internal management,patients' enhancement in self-protection consciousness as well medical knowledge.The countermeasures available include the following:strictly following rules and regulations and operating instruction,reinforcing legal consciousness and self-protection consciousness,shifting one's ideas and concepts,strengthen-ing service consciousness etc.

Objective To evaluate the effect of timing XiaoZhang acupoint application deposited on nausea and vomiting after laparoscopic myomectomy surgery (Post-Operative Nausea and Vomiting, PONV). Methods 120 cases of uterine fibroids were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. There were 5 cases in the experimental group and 4 cases in the control group have lost to follow-up, and 111 cases were included in the study. The control group (n =56) accept vomiting routine nursing and selective false acupoint application therapy intervention, the experimental group (n =55) accept vomiting routine nursing and selective XiaoZhang acupoint application therapy intervention. The incidence of nausea and vomiting in two groups were observed after operation in 0, 6, 12, 24 h respectively. Results Before intervention(postoperative 0 h), intervention (postoperative 6 h), the patients in experimental group of PONV symptoms (0~ Ⅳ ) compared the control group, the difference was not statistically significant (P >0.05);Intervention (postoperative 12 h and 24 h) of the patients in the experimental group PONV symptoms (0~ Ⅳ ) and the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions Selective ChenShi implementation of XiaoZhang acupoint application can effectively improve laparoscopic myomectomy surgery (0 ~Ⅳ ) of PONV symptoms, and the side effect is slight.

Objective To investigate the relationship of uteroglobin gene polymorphism to the sus-ceptibility to, clinical type and pathological type of Henoch-Schsnlein purpura (HSP) and Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis (HSPN). Methods Totally, 118 patients with clinically diagnosed HSP, including 80 cases of HSPN and 38 cases without renal involvement were recruited in this study together with 100 normal human healthy controls. Genomic DNA was isolated from peripheral blood leucocytes of all subjects. The uteroglobin G38A polymorphism was determined by PCR-restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP). Results The frequencies of genotypes 38GG, 38GA and 38AA in normal human controls did not differ from those in patients with HSP, patients with HSP but without nephritis, patients with HSPN, patients with HSP and joint involvement, patients with HSP and gastrointestinal involvement (all P > 0.05). Also, no sig-nificant difference was observed between patients with HSPN and patients with HSP but without nephritis (P > 0.05). Furthermore, the frequency of genotypes 38GG, 38GA and 38AA had no significant correlation to the clinical phenotype of HSP, the occurrence of gross hematuria and nephrotie syndrome or the degree of renal damage (all P > 0.05). A significant increase was observed in the frequency of genotype 38AA in patients with HSP with elevated serum IgE compared with those with normal serum lgE (58.82% vs 8.43%, χ2 = 21.946, P < 0.05, OR = 15.51, 95% CI range: 4.93% - 48.84%), whereas the frequency of genotype 38GG was significantly increased in patients with HSPN and hypertension than in those with HSPN but without hypertension (75.68% vs 18.60%, χ2 = 26.172, P < 0.05, OR = 13.61, 95% CI range: 5.01% -37.01%). Conclusions The uteroglobin G38A polymorphism seems unrelated to the susceptibility to and degree of renal damage in patients with HSP and HSPN. The genotype 38AA may be associated with elevated level of serum IgE In patients with HSP, while genotype 38GG is associated with a high incidence of hyper-tension in patients with HSPN.

Objective To investigate clinical features of alopecia areata such as sex, age, and subjective symptoms, and relationships between these factors and disease severity. Methods Clinical materials of patients who were diagnosed as alopecia areata were collected. The role of sex was analyzed in the disease and the correlation between disease severity and sex, age or psychological factors was analyzed. Results 118 patients including 101 cases of localized alopecia areata (AA), 5 alpecia totalis (AT) and 12 alopecia universalis (AU) were collected. The ratio of male to female was 1.2:1 and there was no correlation between sex and disease severity. The patients were from 1 to 76 years old while average age was 31.3?1.3 years, and that of the female patients was 28.9?1.9 and the male was 33.2?1.8; The median course was 2.5 months, while AA was 2 months, and AT/AU was 18 months; 14.4% patients (17/118), including 11 cases of AA and 6 AT/AU had subjective symptoms; 20.3% patients (24/118) had psychological factors before onset, 60.2% patients (71/118) had difficulties in sleeping, nail changes were found in 15.2% patients (18/118), and ocular symptoms were found in 5.9% patients (7/118), 5.9% patients (7/118) had family history, 3.4% patients (4/118) were accompanied by disease of thyroid gland, 1.7% patients (2/118) were accompanied by vitiligo, TGA and TMA levels elevated abnormally in 4.8% patients (3/62). Conclusion Alopecia areata often affects young to middle-aged people, and there is no correlation between sex and disease severity; Female patients are younger than male; A few patients are induced by psychological factors, and some accompanied by other autoimmune diseases. AT/AU is easier to have subjective symptoms than AA.

Aim To investigate effects of moxonidine on hemodynamics in anesthetized rats. Methods The indexes of hemodynamics were examined by catheterization of arteries in anesthetized Wistar rats. Results DBP, +dp/dt_ max, -dp/dt_ max,t-dp/dt_ max ,V_ pm and V_ max were significantly declined in dose-dependent manner after administration, but HR and SBP didn't change significantly. Conclusion These results showed that antihypertensive effects of moxonidine were related to inhibition of systolic and diastolic functions of myocardium.Furthermore,the antihypertensive effects of moxonidine were associated with reduction of peripheral vascular resistance.

Transcatheter bilateral internal lilac arterial embolization therapy (TAE) using CDDP-mierosphere was performed in 19 patients with advanced or recurrent pelvic malignant tumors. The complete response (CR) of turner to the therapy in one patient, partial response (PR) in 12, miner response (MR) in 5, and no changes (NC) in 1, thus the response rate (CR+PR) reached 68% (13/19). The colporrhagia, pain of vulva and lump of buttock were evidently remitted. In the present survived 13 cases, with 1-year for 4 and half-year for 6. The important complications after embolization including mild lower limb paresthesia and hypodynamia in 10 cases, severe lower limb dyscinesia and sensory disturbance in one, pain of buttock in 16, erythema of buttock in two, pain of hip in one and hematochezia in one. The complications have been crucially discussed.

Objective To analyze the clinical distribution and drug resistance of clinically isolated strains of Acinetobacter Bau-mannii(ABA)in our hospital from January 2007 to December 2012 so as to provide the basis for the rational use of antibacterial drugs in clinic.Methods The API microbiological culture and identification system was adopted to conduct the ABA culture,identi-fication and drug susceptibility analysis on the clinical specimens submitted by various clinical department and the drug resistance of the strains was analyzed by using WHONET5.6 software.Results 791 strains of ABA were isolated in the recent 6 years,and the isolating rate of ABA in the pathogenic bacteria was 7.8%;The ABA detection was dominated by the sputum (80.4%)and the throat swab(10.9%)specimens;the distribution of isolated ABA strains were relatively widespread;the infection rates of the pa-tients were higher in ICU (18.8%),cadre wards(17.6%),respiratory medicine department(13.3%)and neurosurgery department (12.3%).During these 6 years,the drug resistance rate of less than 50% included imipenem(IPM)and cefoperazone sodium/sul-bactam,and the resistance rate in most of commonly used antibacterial drugs showed an increasing trend,especially IPM.Conclusion The drug resistance of ABA is more serious and the resistance rate of clinically isolated strains to most of antibacterial drugs in our hospital during 2007- 2012 showed an increasing trend.Dynamically monitoring the ABA distribution and the drug resistance changes conduces to guide the rational use of antibacterial drugs in clinic,prevent the nosocomial infection and reduce the generation of pan-drug resistant strains.

As a key aspect of quality of life in patients w ith stroke, the clinical research of sexual function and sexual satisfaction is stil rare. The rehabilitation goals in patients w ith stroke usualy include recovering functional activities and improving quality of life, how ever, it is not yet know n about the recovery of sexual function. This article review s the epidemiology, etiology, risk factors, clinical manifestations, treatment and rehabilitation of sexual dysfunction in male patients w ith stroke.
