Objective To study the value of 3D-CT reconstruction in the diagnosis of surface involved lesions of bone for its nature and location,comparing with plain film and 2D-CT.Methods Surface-involved lesions of bone revealed by plain-film were performed spiral CT examination.Multi-planar reconstruction(MPR)and surface shading display(SSD)were performed among 20 cases which had pathologic results.The diagnosing correct rate of nature and location in all the techniques were compared.Results The correct rate of nature diagnosing of plain film,2D-CT,MPR and SSD was 75%,80%,65%,60% respectively;correct rate of location diagnosing was 90%,75%,85%,95% respectively.The highest nature diagnostic correct rate was found in 2D-CT.The highest location diagnostic correct rate was found in SSD.Conclusion Spiral CT stereoscopic reconstruction is of great value in the location diagnosing of surface-involved bone lesion.

Objective To evaluate the effect of early nursing interventions on the dysphagia of strok e patients.Methods The randomized controlled trials (RCT) on early nursing interventions were collected using the database such as Chinese Science and Technology Periodical Database (VIP),China national knowledge internet (CNKI) and Wanfang Database.The results were analyzed with RevMan5.2 Software.Resuits Six studies were included in the study.The dysphagia recovery rate was significandy increased in the intervention group.Conclusions Early nursing interventions can effectively promote the dysphagia function recovery of stroke patients.

ObjectiveTo study the mechanism of infection-related reactive thrombocytosis.MethodsSeventy-five infectious disease patients were selected including 42 cases with acute infections phase thrombocytosis (acute infectious phase thrombocytosis group),18 cases with acute infectious phase normal platelet count (acute infectious phase normal platelet count group),15 cases with recovered phase (infectious recovered phase group) and 16 cases with healthy controls(control group).The serum thrombopoietin (TPO),intefleukin-6 (IL-6),white blood cell,platelet was determined and compared among 4 groups.Results The serum TPO in acute infectious phase thrombocytosis group [( 159.1 ± 65.9) ng/L]was higher than that in acute infectious phase normal platelet count group,infectious recovered phase group,and control group [(43.5 ± 14.4),(40.3 ± 15.2),(41.8 ± 18.9) ng/L](P＜ 0.05).There was no significant difference in the serum IL-6 between acute infectious phase thrombocytosis group [(542.7 ± 247.0) ng/L]and acute infectious phase normal platelet count group [(598.5 ± 250.4) ng/L] (P ＞ 0.05 ),but which was higher than that in infectious recovered phase group [(43.5 ± 20.7 ) ng/L] and control group [( 38.3 ± 17.6 )ng/L] respectively (P ＜ 0.05 ).The serum IL-6,TPO was positively correlated with platelet,white blood cell.The serum TPO was positively correlated with IL-6.ConclusionElevated TPO leads to the thrombocytosis,which is the possible mechanism of infection-related reactive thrombocytosis.

Objective To compare the efficacy of a modified percutaneous transhepatic variceal embolization (PTVE) with 2-Octyl-Cyanoacrylate (2-OCA) and endoscopic variceal obturation (EVO) in preventing gastric variceal bleeding.Methods Seventy-seven patients with history of gastric variceal bleeding who underwent either EVO or PTVE were retrospectively reviewed.The rebleeding rate,survival rate and complications were compared between the two groups.Results EVO was performed in 45 patients; PTVE was performed in 32 patients.During the follow-up (19.78 ± 7.70 months in EVO group,vs.21.53 ± 8.56 months in PTVE group),rebleeding occurred in 17 patients (37.78％) of EVO group,and in 4 patients (12.5％) of PTVE group (P =0.028).The cumulative rebleeding free rate for EVO was 75％,59％,and 49％ in 1,2,and 3 years,respectively; 93％,84％,84％ for PTVE (P =0.011).There is no significant different in survival rate and the incidence of complications was similar in two groups.Conclusion Compared with EVO,PTVE with 2-OCA demonstrates advantage as an effective and safe method for gastric varices.

Objective:To collect the imaging data and related materials of the patients with in-stent restenosis (ISR)after coronary artery stent operation with intravascular ultrasound (IVUS),and to analyze the risk factors of ISR,and to propose the reasonable intervention strategies.Methods:Fifty patients with ISR were divided into ISR ≤ 50% drug group (n = 14 )and ISR > 50% drug group (n = 36),including drug-coated balloon therapy group (n=16)and stent treatment group (n=20);IVUS virtual organization technology was used to compare the plaque area,location,tissue composition,thrombus and other factors of the patients in various groups after treatment;the data changes after 6 months of follow-up were analyzed.Results:The IVUS results showed the plaque areas and plaque loads of the ISR patients treated with intervention were significantly reduced compared with before operation (P <0.05);the plaque compression degree of the patients in drug-coated balloon therapy group was lower than that in stent treatment group (P <0.05),but the differences were not found between drug-coated balloon therapy group and stent treatment group in fibrous tissue components and calcified tissue proportion (P >0.05).Conclusion:The ISR rate is higher in the patients with high degree of fiber components,plaque composition heterogeneity and distribution of diffuse tortuous and calcified lesions.ISR has no significant correlation with the plaque wall thickness and lipid content and plaque instability and necrotic tissue proportion.

Objective To investigate the effects of interventticular septal thickness (IST) on postoperative trans-aonic valve pressure after aortic valve replacement (AVR).Methods 273 patients were divided into 3 groups with different mechanical valves and postoperative trans-aortic valve pressure (TAVP).Hemodynamic parameters including left ventricular end diastolic diameter,left ventricular end systolic diameter,ejection fraction and IST were analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in left ventricular diastolic diameter,left ventricular systolic diameter and ejection fraction in three groups with different mechanical valves ( P ＞ 0.05 ).In patients with St.Jude Regent valve,preoperative IST in severe TAVP group was significantly thicker than those of moderate and mild groups ( P ＜ 0.05 ).In patients with On-x valve,preoperative IST in severe and moderate TAVP groups were thicker than that of mild group ( P ＜0.05 ).In patients with other mechanical valve,preoperative IST in severe TAVP group is greater than those of moderate and mild groups ( P ＜ 0.05 ).Conclusion Interventricular septal thickness did have positive influence on postoperative trans-aortic valve pressure after AVR.When IST was more than 13.6mm,the postoperative trans-aortic valve pressure after aortic valve replacement was higher than the IST was less than 13.6mm.When IST was thicker than 15.3mm,partial ventticular septal resection or replacement of stentless valve should be considered.

Objective To study the correlation among property, efficacy and target of herbal Chinese materia medica; To analyze the molecular mechanism of cold and heat property of Chinese materia medica; To provide references for explaination of microcosmic mechanism and scientific connotation of property of Chinese materia medica. Methods Recordings about property and efficacy of single medicine in 2015 edition of Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China were sorted out. According to Pharmacological Research of New Ideas and New Targets and Pharmacology, 509 kinds of herbal Chinese materia medica were selected. Relevant articles about property, efficacy, pharmacologic action, and target in CNKI and Chinese Academic Journal Database (Wanfang Data) were searched by computers. The target information was screened and standardized, and the database was constructed by using MySQL5.7.13. The correlation between the property, efficacy and the target of the herbal Chinese materia medica was studied by using the frequency analysis and correlation rule algorithm of R software platform 3.3.1. Results 509 kinds of herbal Chinese materia medica were selected, including 227 kinds of cold-property medicine, 106 kinds of neutural-property medicine and 176 kinds of hot-property medicine. According to the result of data mining, efficacy of cold-roperty medicine was quenching thirst, clearing liver and treating stranguriaetc. The target was transforming growth factor β2 and liver microsome, etc. The efficacy of hot-property medicine was warming the middle, releasing cold and dissolving lumps. The target was bone morphology protein 2, rheumatoid factor, etc. The efficacy of neutural-property medicine was clearing lungs, diminishing distension and increasing energy. The target was β-amyloid and prostaglandin E2 receptors. Conclusion There is certain correlation in property, efficacy and target in Chinese materia medica.

Objective To investigate the efficacy of percutaneous transhepatic variceal embolization (PTVE) with Cyanoacrylate (TH glue) in treating large gastric fundal variceal bleeding.Methods PTVE was performed on 24 patients with TH glue injected into the main stem of left gastric vein and its fundic branches.The degree of varices in gastric fundus,rebleeding rate and survival rate after the procedure were compared with those before.Results Varices in gastric fundus were all embolized successfully with TH glue.The diameter of varices was reduced to below 5mm or disappeared in 20 patients (83.3％),and reduced to 5-10mm in the other 4 ( 16.7％ ) During the follow-up period of 3-36 months(mean 16.6 months),the rebleeding rate and mortality were 12.5 ％ ( 3/24 ),and 12.5 ％ (3/24),respectively.One patient died of liver cancer,and two others died of chronic liver failure.Conclusion PTVE with TH glue is of ideal therapeutic effect to block the feeding veins of large gastric fundal varices.
