Objective： To study topographic characters of the expression of Cx43 and the proliferation activity of keratinocytes on the upper legs of rats and to explore the relationship beween them. Methods： By rutine paraffin section , immunohistochemical techniques of Cx43 and PCNA were used to study the length of the expression of Cx43 in a unit area of epidermis(LA) and the percentage of proliferating cell nuclear antigen（PCNA）positive nucleus(%). Results： Within the range of 5 mm in the horizonal direction, the expression of Cx43 in epidermis varied according to the locations of keratinocytes and Cx43 was highly expressed which was about 3.0～4.5 mm from the start point. At the same time, within the range of 10 mm in the horizonal direction, the proliferation activity of keratinocytes was different from site to site and the kerationcytes with similar proliferation activity were clustered as groups, the scale of which was about 10－3 m; One of the sites, with low proliferation activity, was about 3.0～4.0 mm from the start point. Conclusion： This study suggested that the keratinocytes with low proliferation activity had high expression of Cx43.

Methods By routine paraffin section,silver staining technique for NOR and immunohistochemical techniques of PCNA were used to study topographic characters of the proliferation activity of keratinocytes. Results The proliferation activity of keratinocytes on the fore limbs of rats is different according to the locations on the horizonal direction,and the keratinocytes with low proliferation activity are clustered into groups,the scale of which is about 10 -3 m.As result,3 4 ribbons of keratinocytes with low proliferation activity are formed on the vertical direction,where 3 4 meridians are supposed to be the positions of the comparative anatomy.Conclusion\ This study suggested that the keratinocytes on the meridians are characteritic of the low proliferation activity.\;[

Objective To investigate the expression and significance of TLR-2 and HO-1 in recurrent nasal polyps,and to discuss the relationship between the expression and the recurrence of nasal polyps. Methods The immune protein imprinting technology was used to detect the protein expression of TLR-2 and HO-1 in 20 cases of recurrent nasal polyps,20 cases of nasal polyps and 20 cases of normal mucosal tissue in control group, and the relationship between the two proteins were analyzed. Results Expression levels of TLR-2 and HO-1 in the tissues of the recurrent nasal polyps had statistically significant difference with nasal polyps group ( <0.05) . Expression levels of TLR-2 and HO-1 in the tissues of the nasal polyps had statistically significant difference with normal nasal mucosa tissues ( <0.05) .The expression of TLR-2 and HO-1 had significant correlation in each group ( <0.05) .Conclusion TLR-2 and HO-1 plays an important role in the recurrence mechanism of nasal polyps, and both of them may be as objective indicators for postoperative follow-up of patients with recurrent nasal polyps and judging the recurrent trend.

The current status of otolaryngology at the undergraduate stage teaching is:Too many curriculum contents,few theoretical and practical courses,students' lack of interest in study because they feel the contents difficult and so on.According to these situations,teaching reform has been carried out.The curriculum resource is divided into content-based curriculum resources and conditional resources.The current undergraduate teaching materials(Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery by People's Medical Publishing House,the Eighth Edition) is taken as its entry point,based on the current curriculum resources and its application situation in the teaching process.The study combines the teaching contents and curriculum resources and further explores the potential of curriculum resources and enlarges the resource space in order to explore the way and the method of using curriculum resource reasonably and efficiently,and construct the curriculum resources which have otolaryngology subject features and then guide teaching better.

Objective To investigate the dosage, efficacy and safety of intravitreal injection of plasmin in producing posterior vitreous detachment (PVD), and the possible role of plasmin in degrading adhesion glycoproteins of inner limiting membrane (ILM). Methods Twenty eyes of young human cadavers within 24 hours after death were divided into 4 groups that received 0 1 ml balanced salt solution (group 1) as control, 1 (group 2), 2 (group 3), or 3 (group 4) U of human plasmin. Optical and transmission electron microcopies were performed to examine the ultrastructure of the vitreoretinal interface. Electron immunocytochemical techniques were carried out on ILM to estimate the content of fibronectin (FN) and laminin (LN). Flow cytometry was used for cell viability analysis of variance (ANOVA) and Tukey test was employed for statistical analysis. Results Microscopy demonstrated that plasmin especially in group 4 cleaved the attachment of the vitreous collagen fibrils to the ILM with no evident damage to the inner retina. Objective:To investigate the correlation between positive rate of thyroid autoantibodies in healthy people and thy -roid dysfunction.Methods:Fasting blood from 3218 healthy examined people in Cangzhou were collected and the serum was separa -ted.Automatic electrochemiluminescence immunoassay systems and reagents were used to determine the concentration of thyroid stimu -lating hormone(TSH),free triiodothyroninthyroid(FT3),free thyroxine(FT4),peroxidase antibody(TPOAb)and thyroglobulin antibody ( TgAb ) .TPOAb>34 U/ml and TgAb>115 U/ml was positives.Statistical analysis of test results .statistica analysis of test reults.Results:The positive rate of thyroid autoantibodies of tested population was 16.19%.The positive rates of TPOAb and TgAb were 14.57%,12.74%separately.The detection rate of TPOAb and TgAb was 11.12%in tested population.The positive rate of TPO-Ab and TgAb and TPOAb+TgAb were 6.92%,5.68%,5.03%separately in 1532 male subjects and were 21.53%,19.16 ,16.67%separately in 1686 female subjects,which were significantly higher in female group than that in male group (P<0.001).They gradually increased with age and reached a peak above 70 years old in female group and in 50-59 in male group.The positive rate and OR of thy-roid autoantibodies in hyperthyroidism and subclinical hyperthyroidism and in hypothyroidism and subclinical hypothyroidism and in hy -pothyroidism and subclinical hypothyroidism were statistically significant .Conclusion:The positive incidence of thyroid autoantibodies is higher in healthy people of Cangzhou .It is essential to follow-up these people of normal thyroid function with positive autoantibodies in order to facilitate prevention and early diagnosis and treatment of thyroid disease .

: Objective To explore the approaches for the pressure sores in patients with paraplegia using drainage tube. Methods 19 cases of pressure sore accepted continuous drainage after thorough debridement were reported. Results 18 cases cured, one infected in wound and dehisced partly, and cured after suture. They were followed up for 1～24 months, and none relapsed. Conclusion Strengthening the nursing of drainage tube can wash out necrotic material intralesion, which would improve the outcome.

External fixation devices(EFDs)are generally accepted one of standard treatment methods to patients with complicated limbs fracture.The data of nursing care of 46 cases with complicated limbs fracture treated by EFDs were analyzed retrospectively.Psychological rehabilitation nursing care is very important to treatment for patients with complicated limbs fracture treated by EFDs.
