Objective To study the influence of anticipatory and post-event information processing on the memories and perception of the symptom in patients with social anxiety disorder (SAD). Methods A group of 32 SAD patients and a control group of 35 healthy indivisuals were included. Instruments including Self-Rating Depression Scale, Subjective Units Discomfort Scale( SUDS ), Rumination Questionnaire ,Open-ended Recall and Body Sensations Questionnaire were adopted in both groups. Results In the group SAD, no significant difference was identified between the experimental group( (49.68 ± 17.68), ( 19.00 ± 1.25), (0. 54 ±0. 17) ) and the experimental control group( ( 50.43 ± 20.72 ), ( 18.68 ± 1.25 ), ( 0.52 ± 0.17 ) ) when the ratings the memories of body sensations, rumination, and negative self-information score were compared (P> 0.05 ). There was a significant positive correlation between the level of rumination ,SUDS, the memories of negative self-information and the body sensations scores( r= 0.72; r= 0.94; r= 0.70, P< 0.01 ). The scores of rumination explained 64% of the variation in SUDS scores(β=0.82, P<0. 01 ). Conclusion This study suggest that social anxiety is affected directly by rumination which can result in more memories of negative self-information and the body sensation. Symptoms are maintained by post-event information processing.

BACKGROUND: The hypospadias is usually repaired by the autologous tissues by surgery, but there is few local tissues available in patients with urinary leakage after I stage surgical repair, while other tissues require complex operations and induces large injury.OBJECTIVE: To observe the tissue engineered patches in the treatment of hypospadias, and to evaluate the biocompatibility and clinical efficacy.METHODS: Eight patients with urinary leakage after surgery for hypospadias repair underwent tissue patch I stage urethroplasty from January 2009 to October 2010. The curative effect and perioperative histocompatibility were determined.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Eight patients were uniformly successful after I stage surgery. One out of the 8 patients appeared mild urinary leakage and well cured by topical fibrin glue. There was no fever, local edema, skin tube and flap necrosis occurred during the postoperative hospital stay. All patients were followed up for 4-6 months, patients were observed to urinate standing, without urinary leakage, refractory prepuce edema and other complications.

Objective To evaluate the value and limitation of primary MSCT examination for rib fractures in a short interval. Methods Seventy-two cases with rib fractures were analyzed retrospectively. All of them underwent primary MSCT examination within the three days after trauma, and MSCT examination of chest, epigastria, rib or X-ray examination of rib for 1-6 times in the following 8 weeks.41 cases underwent X-ray examination firstly before MSCT examination. The total number of rib fractures was determined according to the compositive results of every examination.Diagnosis rate of the primary MSCT and X-ray examination were compared with each other. Results Among 72 cases,404 fractures in 325 ribs were diagnosed.Primary MSCT diagnosed 305 confirmed fractures and 28 doubtful fractures, and 84 fractures were not detected with diagnosis rate of 75.5%.13 of 28 suspected fractures were ruled out by the following re-examinations.The MSCT and X-ray diagnostic rates were 72.1%、50.3%,respectively for 41 cases who underwent X-ray examination firstly.Four fractures showed by X-ray plain film were not shown by primary MSCT.Conclusion There is a certain proportion of cases diagnosed as obscure or doubtful rib fracture by the primary MSCT. Therefore, diagnosis should be closely combined with the re-examination results of MSCT and X-ray plain film, especially MSCT ex-amination between the fourth and eighth weeks after trauma.

Over-expression of CD151 was found to be associated with metastasis and poor prognosis of prostatic carcinoma. This study was designed to examine the mechanism by which CD151 promotes the proliferation and migration of prostatic cancer cells. The pAAV-CD151, pAAV-GFP and pAAV-CD151-AAA mutant plasmids were constructed and used to transiently transfect PC3 cells (a prostatic carcinoma 3 cell line) by the mediation of Fugene HD. Then, the cells were assigned to control group, pAAV-GFP group, pAAV-CD151 group, and pAAV-CD151-AAA group respectively. Cell proliferation was evaluated by using the 3-[4,5-dimet-hylthiazol-2-yl]-2,5, diphenyltetrazolium bromide (MTT) method. Cell migration assay was performed by using Boyden chambers. The formation of CD151-integrin α3/α6 complex was determined by the method of co-immunoprecipitation. The protein expression levels of CD151 and extracellular signal-regulated kinase (ERK) were measured by Western blotting. The results showed that transfection of pAAV-CD151 or pAAV-CD151-AAA mutant increased the expression of CD151 protein in PC3 cells. Co-immunoprecipitation showed that more CD151-integrin α3/α6 complex was formed in the pAAV-CD151 group than in the control group, the pAAV-GFP group and the pAAV-CD151-AAA mutant group. Furthermore, the proliferative and migrating capacity of PC3 cells was substantially increased in the pAAV-CD151 group but inhibited in the pAAV-CD151-AAA mutant group. CD151 transfection increased the expression of phospho-ERK. Taken together, it was concluded that CD151 promotes the proliferation and migration of PC3 cells through the formation of CD151-integrin complex and the activation of phosphorylated ERK.
