More and more extrapancreatic actions of incretin-based therapies have been demonstrated and recently case reports have linked glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) receptor agouist therapy with the improvements in psoriasis.Psoriasis is a common skin disorder characterized by chronic inflammation.Epideminological studies have showed that patients with psoriasis exhibit increased rates of cardiovascular disease,obesity,and type 2 diabetes,owing probably to the enhanced local and (or) systemic inflammation.The observations of anti-inflammatory actions of GLP-1,which exerts direct and indirect actions on immune function,together with the improved psoriasis,offer new insights into the investigation of non-classical anti-inflammatory actions of incretin-based therapeutics and provide a new direction for the research of the novel clinical application of GLP-1.

China faces opportunities and challenges as well when it participates in global environment and health governance. Major opportunities are as follows:(1) The convergence between global environment and health governance’s future trend and China’s environment and health strategies is a strongest incentive to push China to par-ticipate in global environment and health governance;(2) China can benefit from this participation in term of more access to international resources; ( 3 ) Global environmental and health issues are the areas that can best illustrate China’s international image as a responsible member; ( 4 ) Since global environmental and health governance is still young, early participation will give China a louder voice in its decision-making. The challenges that China faces are as follows:(1) Huge pressure from domestic environment and health challenges forces China to be primarily inward-looking and makes it very hard for the country to keep a high profile in global environment and health governance. China also faces the increasing international pressure. ( 2 ) The lack of global environment and health governance strategy prevents China from effectively participating in global environment and health governance. (3)“The Grand Health Outlook”hasn’t been fully established yet in China, leaving much room for improvement. (4) Intellectual sup-port is inadequate. (5) Some countries have too high expectations of China in terms of its contribution to global envi-ronmental and health governance. In order to effectively participate in this field, China should undertake coordinated planning on both the international and domestic scenes, and take some specific policies both at national and interna-tional level.

Objective To study the effect and safety of compound Biejiaruangan tablets combined with entecavir on the treatment of viral hepatitis B cirrhosis.Methods100 cases with hepatitis B cirrhosis in Zhejiang Taizhou hospital from June 2014 to December 2016 were selected as the research object in this study which were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group 50 cases in each group.The control group were given entecavir, the experimental group were given compound Biejiaruangan tablets combined with entecavir.The clinical effect and the adverse reaction in the two groups were compared.ResultsThe effective rate was 90.0% in the experimental group, which was significantly higher than 72.0% in the control group(P<0.05).There were 2 patients vomiting in the experimental group, the adverse reaction rate was 4.0%.There were 9 cases of vomiting and headache in the control group, the adverse reaction rate was 18.0%.T,he adverse reaction rate(in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionThe clinical effect of compound Biejiaruangan tablets combined with entecavir on the treatment of viral hepatitis B cirrhosis is better, which can reduce the rate of adverse reactions in a certain extent, is high safety, and worth popularizing.

This paper introduces and analyzes the changes of scientific understanding in the linkage of global envi-ronment and health from historical and environment perspective, emphasizing on the fact that:the environmental issue im-pacts on human health are attracting an increased attention and emphasis from the international community;the existing re-search has fully proved a clear causal relationship between environmental issues which constitute one of the major factors that lead to a variety of human diseases and human health risks;the environmental issues effects on health quantified at the global level are the highlights and difficulties in the related research, differences in the current research methods and con-clusions exist internationally, but quantitative research is popular; the integration perspective of the existing scientific knowledge and global policy is a huge challenge placed in front of the global environment and health governance.

The influences of medicine by the rapid development of economy are at least reflected on the following three as-pects: dramatically increasing awareness of health and medical demand of the majority and the serious “five long one short” phenome-non in outpatient clinic.This paper is based on the medical data of Nanfang Hospital.We analyzed the problems in the five links of appointed registration, visiting the doctors, taking examination and treatment, charging medical fees and medicine -claiming, putting forward four suggestions including updating concept for outpatients , emphasizing the application of information equipment and popular-ization of mobile device, such as WeChat guidance, in order to enhance the hospital networking mechanism , realize the synchronous transfer of information, introduce high-technology, and finally perfect the e-record of patients.

Objective To evaluate the short-term efficacy of the use of Y-shaped mesh in the treatment of anterior vaginal wall cystocele and stress urinary incontinence. Methods A total of 34 women diagnosed as having anterior vaginal wall cystocele complicated with stress urinary incontinence underwent intravaginal slingplasty using a Y-shaped mesh from April 2003 to May 2006. Evaluations on symptom improvement and postoperative recurrence rate were made. Results All the patients could spontaneously void urine after catheter removal at 24 hours after operation, with the residual urine less than 100 ml. Follow-up checkups for 3~37 months (mean, 26 months) found no urinary retention, urinary tract infection, bladder dysfunction, or recurrence. Conclusions Use of Y-shaped mesh in the treatment of both anterior vaginal wall cystocele and strees urinary incontinence is feasible.

Objective To compare the effect of oxycodone or sufentanil in preventing post-operative hyperalgesia induced by remifentanil.Methods One hundred and twenty patients scheduled for radical operation for carcinoma of stomach undergoing general anesthesia, 62 males and 58 females, aged 18-65 years, ASA physical status Ⅰ or Ⅱ, were randomly divided into 3 groups.Thirty minutes before the end of operation, oxycodone hydrochloride 10 mg was administered intravenously in oxycodone hydrochloride group (group O, n=42) while sufentanil 10 μg was injected in group S (group S, n=40) and equal normal saline was injected in control group (group C, n=38).The VAS score after waking up was recorded.VAS score>3 was defined as hyperalgesia, and sufentanil was injected when VAS score≥6.The BCS scores were recorded immediately after extubation (T1), 30 min (T1), 1 h (T3), 2 h (T4) and 4 h (T5) after extubation.Awakening time and extubation time and the incidence of nausea and vomiting 4 h after extubation were compared.Results At T1-T5, the BCS scores in group O were significantly higher than those in groups S and C (P<0.05).Group S has a higher adverse reaction (P<0.05).There was no significant differences of awakening time and extubation time in 3 groups.Conclusion Prophylactic injection of oxycodone 10 mg can reduce incidence rate of post-operative hyperalgesia, and increase BCS score with little side effects.

Objective:Effects of oxymatrine on the sodium current were studied .Methods:The whole cell voltage clamp technique was used in isolated ventricular cells of guinea-pig.Results:Oxymatrine (0.1,0.3 and 1 mmol/L) showed inhibition to the sodium current in dose-dependence.Conclusion:These results indicate that inhibition of oxymatrine to the sodium current may be one of mechanisms of its antiarrhythmic action.

Objective To evaluate the effects of Xuebijing on apoptosis induced by traumatic brain injury in rabbits.Methods A total of 36 healthy adult male rabbits were randomly devided into 3 groups (n =12):sham group (group S),traumatic brain injury group (group T),and Xuebijing therapy group (group X).The model of traumatic brain injury was produced by improved Feeney' s traumatic brain injury model.Group S drill bone window and not crack down on brain tissue.The rabbits were sacrificed for injury brain tissue samples at 24 h after molding success in every groups.Brain cell apoptosis was evaluated by TUNEL staining.The cerebral expression of Bcl-2 and Bax was analyzed by Western blot.Results Compared with group S,the rates of apoptosis were increased and the protein expression ratios of Bcl-2/Bax were decreased in group T,and group X (P ＜0.01).Compared with group T,the rates of apoptosis were decreased and the protein expression ratios of Bcl-2/Bax were increased in group X (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusions Xuebijing can reduce the apoptosis of cerebral cells induced by traumatic brain injury to a certain extent,and protect the cerebrum,the signal of Bcl-2/Bax change to the way of anti-apoptosis is involved in the mechanism.

Objective To investigate the incidence of the ETV6/RUNX1 fusion gene among Chinese pediatric patients with B-ALL and its effect on the prognosis. Methods A total of 723 patients with B-ALL from January 1, 2007 to December 31, 2014 were enrolled in this study. All patients were detected ETV6/RUNX1 fusion gene by FISH. Clinical data and ETV6/RUNX1 were combined to analyze the clinical prognosis. Results Among the 723 patients, 151 were with ETV6/RUNX1 positive B-ALL, accounting for approximately 20.89%(151/723) of B-precursor cases;91 patients were with recurrence, including 10 patients with ETV6/RUNX1 positive B-ALL, and the recurrence rate of ETV6/RUNX1 positive B-ALL was 10.99%(10/91). Among 10 recurrent patients with ETV6/RUNX1 positive B-ALL, 9 patients relapsed more than 300 days later after diagnosis, while the recurrence times among the patients with ETV6/RUNX1 negative was very different. Although the recurrence times between the two groups showed no signiifcant difference (P?=?0.09), the recurrence times of ETV6/RUNX1 positive patients were mainly found at the end of clinical chemotherapy, while the recurrence time of ETV6/RUNX1 negative patients were mainly at maintaining chemotherapy period, there was a signiifcant difference between the distribution of recurrence time (P?
