After an evaluation system of intellectual property rights in tea industry was constructed according to the investigation of literature and networks , the development of intellectual property rights in tea industry of China from 2004 to 2013 was analyzed , which showed that although the comprehensive strength of intellectual property rights in tea industry of China has steadily increased , a number of problems still exist such as its copyright , trademark rights, geographical indications, intangible cultural heritage, and new plant strain rights.Further analysis of patent invention rights, practical patents, and outward appearance designs showed that the number of tea processing patent inventions is the largest with a stable patent right, followed by tea processing and tea sets, tea sets and tea pack-age.Suggestions were put forward for the development of intellectual property rights in tea industry of China.

Objective: To evaluate the post-operative complication of pulmonary vein stenosis in patients with total anomalous pulmonary venous connection (TAPVC) by echocardiography.
Methods: A total of 66 TAPVC pediatric patients with surgical repair in our hospital were retrospectively studied. The peri-operative and mid-term post-operative echocardiography was conducted to evaluate the complication of pulmonary vein stenosis.
Results: The peri-operative and mid-term post-operative echocardiography presented the increased left ventricular diastolic end diameter (LVEDd) and decreased right ventricular diameter in all 66 patients, P<0.05. There were 6 patients with pulmonary vein stenosis showed high velocity Doppler signals at atanastomosis. The peri-operative echocardiography in those 6 patients showed increased LVEDd, decreased right ventricular diameter and pulmonary artery pressure, all P<0.05. The mid-term post-operative echocardiography in those 6 patients indicated increased LVEDd, P<0.05, while the right ventricular diameter and pulmonary artery pressure were similar before and after the operation, P>0.05.
Conclusion: Echocardiography may monitor the operative effect of TAPVC, the occurrence of post-operative pulmonary vein stenosis could be found by examining right ventricular diameter and pulmonary artery pressure in pediatric patients.

Objective To investigate the value of echocardiography application in the diagnosis of large amount of pericardial effusion (PE) in children by retrospective etiology and prognostic analysis.Methods A total of 68 children with large amount of PE admitted in Beijing Children's Hospital,Capital Medical University from March 2010 to March 2016 were reviewed retrospectively,and the echocardiographic presentations,etiology diagnosis,treatment,and prognosis were analyzed.Results Analysis indicated that the etiology diagnosis ratio was 97.1％ (66/68 cases),the effective ratio of the medical treatment was 71.8％ (46/64 cases),and the mortality rate was 7.8％ (5/64 cases).The morbidity was ranked from high to low as follow:large amount of PE included infectious pericarditis 27 cases,tumor associated PE 14 cases,postpericardiotomy syndrome and cardiotrauma 14 cases,systemic diseases 6 cases,vasa lymphatic related diseases 5 cases and idiopathic PE 2 cases.PE resulted from tumor associated PE and vasa lymphatic diseases had lower cure rate than the overall cure rate,and there were statistical significance (28.6％ vs.71.8％,x2 =9.092,P =0.003;20.0％ vs.71.8％,x2 =5.059,P =0.018).Thirty-five children received pericardiocentesis or fenestration drainage.Chylopericardium was restricted to vasa lymphatic diseases.All tumor associated PE had the hemorrhagic PE.The strong echo point in the pericardial cavity might indicate implication for hemorrhagic PE (x2 =5.166,P =0.023).The abnormal mass detected by echocardiography might indicate the tumor related or infectious causes.Conclusions The etiology of large amount of PE could be determined in most of children.As the preferred diagnosis method,echocardiography could help etiological diagnosis combined with clinical manifestation.

Objective To explore the relationship between gastric juice pH and hospital-acquired pneumonia ( HAP) , the gastric bacterial colonization and etiology of HAP in neurologic intensive care unit patients by monitoring gastric juice pH value.Methods From October 2014 to May 2015, consecutive seventy-two tube feeding patients admitted in the Department of Neurology Intensive Care Unit in Xijing Hospital were enrolled in this research.The type and concentration of pathogens from gastric contents were collected, while samples from upper respiratory tract and pharynx were detected dynamically at the same time.Results (1)The group with new onset HAP was higher in gastric juice pH (6.4(5.4,6.4) vs 5.4 (2.5, 6.4), Z=-2.37, P=0.01); (2) The isolation rate of colonized bacteria in gastric cavity was associated with the pH of gastric juice , achieving 60.8% ( 42/69 ) in HAP group; ( 3 ) When the gastric juice pH was >4, the isolation rate of Gram-negative bacilli in gastric cavity obviously increased (63.6%(28/44) vs 35.7%(10/28),χ2 =5.323, P=0.021); (4)The same pathogens were found in stomach-pharynx-upper respiratory tract in 7 cases ( 17.5%) of the total 40 HAP patients.Conclusion Increased gastric juice pH was associated with gastric colonization , especially Gram-negative bacilli , and may lead to a higher incidence of new onset HAP in patients on enteral feeding.

Objective To investigate the energy intake and complications of continuous and intermittent pump feeding in acute stroke patients and provide a theoretical evidence to support for clinical treatment.Methods From April 2012 to June 2016,69 acute srtoke patients on the nasogastric tube feeding and admitted in the Department of Neurology intensive care unit in Xijing Hospital were enrolled and randomly assigned to have continuous or intermittent pump feeding.The primary endpoint was the efficacy in supplying the desired amount of nutrients by the fifth day and complications(hospital-acquired pneumonia,diarrhea,gastric retention,gastrointestinal bleeding)during the first week.The secondary endpoint was nutritional assessments(albumin,prealbumin,transferrin,hypersensitive c-reactive protein)in the first week.Results Both groups were comparable in acute physiology and chronic health evaluation Ⅱ(13.3±4.7 vs.12.9±4.5),Glasgow coma scale[10(7.2,14)vs.9.5(7.7,12)],National Institute of Health stroke scale[17(15,19)vs.16(13,20)],and Barthel scores[5(0,12.5)vs.10(5,15)](all P>0.05).It was no significantly different in the achievement percentage of the energy determined in the fifth day [93.9％(77.9％,99.8％)in continuous group and 84.8％(75.7％,93.9％)in intermittent group(U=0.144,P>0.05).Intermittent pump feeding significantly reduced the rate of hospital-acquired pneumonia in the first week when compared with continuous pump feeding(58.3％vs.33.3％,X2=4.327,P=0.038),and both groups displayed a moderate number of digestive complications without significant differences,including diarrhea(30.6％vs.27.3％,X2=0.09,P=0.764),gastric retention(2.78％vs.3.03％,X2=0.001,P=1.000),and gastrointestinal bleeding(5.56％vs.9.10％,X2=0.010,P=0.920).No difference could be demonstrated in serum protein markers between two groups in the first week,including prealbumin[0.17(0.13,0.20)g/L vs.0.18(0.15,0.24)g/L,P=0.195),transferrin[1.90(1.52,2.20)g/L vs.1.94(1.65,2.06)g/L,P=0.747),and hypersensitive C-reactive protein[22.5(8.3,50.1)mg/L vs.14.6(6.5,30.5)mg/L,P=0.205].Conclusions Both continuous and intermittent pump feeding can reach the target predictive nutrition(100％of calculated caloric requirements)without statistical differences in the incidences of gastrointestinal complications,and the rate of HAP is lower in intermittent group.Intermittent enteral nutrition can be used as an appropriate method of enteral nutrition support to improve the nutritional status in critically acute stroke patients.

Objective To analyze the expression of serum microRNA(miR)-145 and miR-195 in patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC)and their relationship with cervical lymph node metastasis.Methods A total of 102 patients diagnosed with OSCC in the hospital from January 2020 to June 2022 were selected as OSCC group.Clinicopathological parameters of OSCC patients were collected and sorted.According to whether cervical lymph node metastasis occurred,the patients were divided into a cervical lymph node me-tastasis group(43 cases)and a non-cervical lymph node metastasis group(59 cases).In the same period,79 patients with precancerous lesion were selected as the precancerous lesion group,and 86 healthy subjects with-out oral disease were selected as the healthy control group.Real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction was used to detect the relative expression levels of serum miR-145 and miR-195.The evaluation value of relative expression levels of serum miR-145 and miR-195 in cervical lymph node metastasis in OSCC patients was examined by receiver operating characteristic curve analysis.Results The relative expression lev-els of serum miR-145 and miR-195 in OSCC group were lower than those in precancerous lesion group and healthy control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The relative expression levels of serum miR-145 and miR-195 in precancerous lesion group were lower than those in healthy control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The relative expression levels of serum miR-145 and miR-195 in OSCC patients with low tumor differentiation and TNM stage Ⅲ+Ⅳ were lower than those in OSCC patients with medium/high tumor differentiation and TNM stage Ⅰ+Ⅱ,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).The relative expression levels of serum miR-145 and miR-195 in cervical lymph node metastasis group were lower than those in non-cervical lymph node metastasis group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The relative expression levels of serum miR-145 and miR-195 were 0.840(95％CI:0.765-0.915),0.832(95％CI:0.754-0.910)and 0.898(95％CI:0.754-0.910)of cervical lymph node metastasis in OSCC patients respectively.The specificity was 79.1％,88.4％and 77.5％,and the sensitivity was 74.6％,67.8％and 87.4％,respectively.Conclusion Serum miR-145 and miR-195 are low expressed in OSCC patients,and are related to cervical lymph node metastasis,tumor differentiation,and TNM stage in OSCC patients,which can be used as an important indicator to evaluate cervical lymph node metastasis in OS-CC patients.

Objective To observe the efficacy of oropharyngeal muscle exercise for relieving obstructive sleep apnea (OSAS) among stroke survivors.Methods Fifty stroke survivors with moderate OSAS were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,each of 25.Both groups were given routine drugs and rehabilitation,while the observation group was additionally provided with oropharyngeal muscle exercises during the daytime for 20 minutes twice a day for6 weeks.The control group received deep breathing therapy.Before and after the 6 weeks of treatment,both groups were evaluated using polysomnography.Their sleep quality and daytime sleepiness were measured using the Pittsburgh sleep quality index and the Stanford sleepiness scale.Any changes in the patients' pharyngeal morphology after exercise were evaluated using MRI.Results After the oropharyngeal muscle exercises,the apnea hypoventilation index and minimum SaO2 ％,the snore index and sleep quality improved significantly.Daytime sleepiness was significantly relieved.Some structural remodeling of the pharyngeal airvay was observed by MRI,including significantly larger retropalatal distance and shorter length of the soft palate.The retropalatal distance was positively and correlated with the duration of exercise while the length of soft palate correlated negatively.Conclusion Exercising the oropharyngeal muscles is a promising alternative treatment for stroke survivors with moderate OSAS.It improves the morphology of the oropharynx to relieve obstruction during sleeping.

Objective: To explore an effective long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) signature in predicting the prognosis of hepatocellular carcinoma through the analysis on RNA sequencing data of hepatocellular carcinoma patients and peritumoral tissues in the Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) database. Methods: The clinical characteristics and RNA sequencing data of 377 hepatocellular carcinoma patients were obtained from TCGA database by the end of February 2018. Then, differentially expressed lncRNAs between 50 pairs of tumor and peritumoral tissues were explored using student’s t-test. Next, a lncRNA signature was established through LASSO Cox regression analysis. All the patients were divided into four groups (<P₂₅, P₂₅-, P₅₀-, ≥P₇₅) based on the cut-off quartiles signature. Finally, compared with the control group (<P₂₅), the hazard ratios (HRs) of three groups (P₂₅-, P₅₀-, ≥P₇₅) were calculated by using Cox regression. The survival outcomes of patients in the four groups were compared to evaluate the capacity of the lncRNA signature model. Results: A total of 951 differentially expressed lncRNAs were identified between tumor and peritumoral tissues. A three-lncRNA signature, including LNCSRLR, MKLN1-AS and ZFPM2-AS1, was established to predict the prognosis of hepatocellular carcinoma patients. The outcome suggested that the death risk of the ≥P₇₅ group was 1.57 times larger than that of the <P₂₅ group (95%CI: 1.06-2.31, P<0.05). Conclusion The three-lncRNA signature, which established by LNCSRLR, MKLN1-AS and ZFPM2-AS1, was significantly associated with the prognosis of hepatocellular carcinoma patients based on TCGA database data.

This study reported two women with extreme obesity who underwent metabolic surgery due to their mutations in leptin receptor (LEPR).Genomic DNA was extracted from the anticoagulant blood samples of the two patients and their parents.A panel of genes related to metabolic diseases or whole exon sequencing was screened and the results were confirmed by Sanger sequencing.This is the first time that these three mutations in LEPR were reported.Two patients complained insatiety and early-onset obesity since childhood at clinics.Patient 1 was a 39-year-old woman with height 150 cm,weight 130 kg,and BMI 57.8 kg/m2.Serum leptin level was 156.4 μg/L.A homozygous mutation of c.2317G＞T was found in exon 15 of LEPR gene in patient 1,which was descended from her father and mother respectively.Patient 2 was a 37-year-old woman with height 158 cm,weight 167 kg,and BMI 67 kg/m2.Serum leptin level was 193.4 μg/L.Genetic analysis showed compound heterozygous mutations of c.1482delT and c.1892C ＞ A.Her father showed heterozygous c.1482delT mutation,and her mother carried heterozygous c.1892C ＞ A mutation.Two patients all underwent metabolic surgery with body weight reduction of about 22 kg and 40 kg respectively after first six months.However,the follow-up studies showed that the body weight of patient 1 rebounded to pre-surgery level in two years and patient 2 did not further lose weight in the following six months.

Objective To investigate the diagnosis and prognosis of patients with coronary artery aneurysm in Kawasaki disease.Methods The data of ultrasonic diagnosis and follow-up of 338 children with Kawasaki disease complicated with coronary artery aneurysms were analyzed.Results The incidence of coronary artery aneurysm in the acute stage of Kawasaki disease was 21.2％ (338/1 594).Of all the 338 cases,small aneurysms was 66.6％ (225 cases),medium aneurysms was 25.1％ (85 cases),and giant aneurysms was 8.3％ (28 cases).There were 719 branches involved in 338 cases,32.8％ of them in left main coronary artery and 31.1％ in right coronary artery;25.3％ in left anterior descending branch,and 10.8％ in left circumflex branch.A total of 382 branches were followed up,including 218 branches of small coronary aneurysm group and 82.1％ of them were completely recovered to the normal diameter.The medium aneurysm group was 124 brunches,the proportion of no significant change,retraction,and normal were 23.4％,68.5％ and 8.1％,respectively.There were 40 brunches in the giant anuerysm group,in which the proportion of no significant change,retraction,and normal were 70.0％,27.5％ and 2.5％,respectively.A total of 30 thrombosiswere detected by echocardiography in the acute stage,20 thrombosis were regularly followed up,12 thrombosis gradually subsided,and the other remained persist.Five thrombosis were detected in the sequelae stage,and all located in the giant coronary aneurysm.Seven children were clinically diagnosed with ischemic heart disease,of them,acute myocardial infarction in 1 case,1 died of heart failure.Conclusions Kawasaki disease coronary artery disease are common in small coronary aneurysms,of which the left main artery and right coronary artery lesions are the most common,and the prognosis is better;medium and giant aneurysm need more time to recovery,and are easy to complicated with thrombosis.
