Objective To investigate the preparation of influenza virus vaccine without thimerosal for children dose and its sta-bility .Methods H1N1 ,H3N2 ,B-type influenza virus were inoculated into allantoic fluid to prepare three batches of influenza virus vaccine without thimerosal for children dose and the vaccine stability test was performed .Single radial immunodiffusion(SRID) and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) were used to detect the concentration of hemagglutinin and egg albumin .Total protein concentration ,appearance ,sterility test ,endotoxin ,free formaldehyde and the pH value of vaccine were also measured .Results The pH value of vaccine was 7 .2 ,with total protein concentration of 182-189 mg/mL .Hemagglutinin concentrations of H1N1 ,H3N2 and B-type influenza virus decreased when they had been placed in 2-8 ℃ for 3 ,6 ,9 ,12 ,18 months or (37 .0 ± 2 .0) ℃ for 7 ,14 days ,however ,they maintained at 6 .0 μg/0 .25 mL or more at last .Conclusion Influenza virus vaccine without thimerosal for chil-dren dose shows improved safty and is accord with the standard of Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2010 edition) .

Aim To observe the adhesive process of the human gastric cancer cell line MKN1,and study the expression of integrin ?1;to investigate the mechanism of the inhibition of the adhesion process of MKN1 cells by destran sulfate(DS).Methods The MKN1 cells were cultured with DS or PBS,then stained with immunofluorescent cytochemistry and observed in fixed or living conditions with confocal laser scanning microscope.RT-PCR was used to analyze the cDNA expression of MKN1 cells. Results MKN1 cells adhered to culture dishes by the process of forming filopodia, changed into a flat shape, and then adhered to other cells to form a cell-monolayer.Integrin ?1 was intensively expressed in the cell membrane, where integrin ?1 formed clusters.DS inhibted the expression of integrin ?1 in cell membrane, and decreased the area of integrin ?1 clusters.DS-treated cells also tended to maintain a round shape by contracting the filopodia. In DS-containing culture dishes, some cells kept floating 4 hours after seeding.DS decreased the level of the cDNA expression of the adhered cells to 74% and of the floating cells to 38% of that of the cells in un-treated group, respectively. Conclusion The inhibition of the adhesion of MKN1 cells by DS was related to the suppression of the expression of integrin ?1.

Objective To compare the cumulative analgesic effects of electroacupuncture at Sanyinjiao (SP6), Xuanzhong (GB39) and non-acupoint in treating primary dysmenorrhea. Method By adopting a multi-centered randomized controlled study method, 501 patients recruited from Dongzhimen Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, China-Japan Friendship Hospital, Beijing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Capital Medical University, First Teaching Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Huguosi Hospital of Chinese Medicine of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine and the Outpatient of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomized into a Sanyinjiao group, a Xuanzhong group, and a non-acupoint group, 167 subjects in each group. The electroacupuncture intervention was applied when dysmenorrhea flared up and the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) ≥40 mm, with frequency at 2/100 Hz and intensity during patient’s endurance, 30 min each time, once a day, and for successive 3 d. Before the first treatment, 30 min after the first treatment, and respectively prior to the second and third treatment, VAS was used to measure the pain intensity. Meanwhile, the Retrospective Symptom Scale (RSS-COX 2) was investigated before the first treatment, right after the removal of needles for the first treatment, before the second and third treatment. Result The decrease of VAS in Sanyinjiao group was more significant than that in Xuanzhong group and non-acupoint group (MD=﹣2.92 mm, P=0.028; MD=﹣3.47 mm, P=0.009), while there was no significant difference between Xuanzhong group and non-acupoint group (MD=﹣0.56 mm, P=0.674); there were no significant differences in comparing the RSS-COX2 total score among the three groups (P=0.086). Conclusion Sanyinjiao (SP6) can produce a more significant cumulative analgesic effect for primary dysmenorrhea patient than Xuanzhong and non-acupoint, and the effects of Xuanzhong and non-acupoit are equivalent.

Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2013;30(5):1117-1122
Medical image fusion and recognition has a wide range of applications, such as focal location, cancer staging and treatment effect assessment. Multi-model medical image fusion and recognition are analyzed and summarized in this paper. Firstly, the question of multi-model medical image fusion and recognition is discussed, and its advantage and key steps are discussed. Secondly, three fusion strategies are reviewed from the point of algorithm, and four fusion recognition structures are discussed. Thirdly, difficulties, challenges and possible future research direction are discussed.

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with extracorporeal shock wave therapy in the treatment of piriformis syndrome. Methods:Eighty patients with piriformis syndrome who received treatment in Huaihe Energy Occupational Disease Prevention Hospital Rehabilitation Medicine Center from February 2021 to December 2022 were included in this study. They were divided into a treatment group ( n = 40) and a control group ( n = 40) according to different treatment methods using a retrospective cohort study design. The treatment group was treated with acupuncture combined with extracorporeal shock wave therapy, once every 7 days for 3 consecutive weeks. The control group was treated with extracorporeal shock wave therapy alone once every 7 days for 3 consecutive weeks.Pre- and post-treatment visual analogue scale scores and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results:There was no significant difference in baseline data between the two groups (all P > 0.05). After treatment, the visual analogue scale score decreased in each group. After adjusting for covariates, there was no significant difference in visual analogue scale score between the two groups ( F = 112.38, P < 0.001). After adjusting the pre-treatment visual analogue scale score, the post-treatment visual analogue scale score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group [1.417 (95% CI: 1.151-1.683)]. The total response rate in the treatment group was 97.5% (39/40), which was significantly higher than 82.5% (33/40) in the control group ( Z = -2.03, P = 0.042). Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with extracorporeal shock wave therapy is highly effective on piriformis syndrome.

Objective:
To systematically review the diagnostic accuracies of multiplex real time polymerase chain reaction (MRT-PCR) technique for detection of respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) and adenovirus (ADV).
Methods:
PubMed, EMBASE, Cochrane, Wanfang and CNKI databases were searched from January1 2010 to January1 2018, to collect reports on MRT-PCR for detection of common respiratory viruses. Then two authors independently exacted the data and assessed the risk of bias of included studies by using the QUADAS-2 tool. Meta-disc 1.4.
Results:
Ten articles with 2528 cases were eligible for analysis. The result of meta-analysis showed that, the pooled Sen, Spe and area under SROC curve, for detecting RSV were 0.87 (95%
