The chemical structure of Triplidine Hydroloride was confirmed by using EA, IR, UV-Vis, 1NMR, 13NMR, MS after it was synthesized. It was concluded that the synthetic Triplidine Hydrochloride was the same as the standard.

An analytical method for determination of tetramethylpyrazine (TMP) in ligusticum chuanxiong hort by RP-HPLC coupled with countercurrent extraction used for the preconcentration of trace TMP was established. The column was packed with Zorbax ODS (250 mm×4 mm，5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of methanol water (1 % acetic acid)(35∶65)，the flow rate was 0.8 ml/min and detection was performed at 300 nm. The calibration curves showed good linearity over the range of 0.41 μg/ml to 4.1 μg/ml，γ＝0.9993，the recoveries were 92.3 %. The method was simple，fast，sensitive and accurate and could be applied to the analysis of ligusticum chuanxiong hort. The results showed that the content of TMP in ligusticum chuanxionghort were different with different sources.

One hundred children aged 8-10 years and 100 adults aged 18-45 from their families in three townships Baoshan,Mingcheng,and Yantongshan of Panshi city,Jilin province were selected in April 2009. In addition,50 pregnant or lactating women,and their 50 infants aged 0-2 years were selected.The median level of iodine in salt at household was 30.2 mg/kg and that of drinking water was 2.8 μg/L.The median levels of urine iodine in school age chidren ( 196.5 μg/L),during pregnancy( 198.5 μag/L),lactation( 224.9 μg/L),and in infants (209.0 μg/L) all were optimal according to World Health Organization criteria.Only the median urine iodine in adults ( 269.0 μg/L) was more than adequate.The prevalence of goiter evaluated by B-ultrasound was 1.8％ in 8-10year-old children.The incidences of various thyroid dysfunctions were low in these residents,such as subclinical hyperthyroidism ( 2.1％ ),subclinical hypothyroidism ( 1.5％ ),and hyperthyroidism ( 1.2％ ). Subclinical hypothyroidism occurred mostly in adults (2.7％),pregnant women ( 1.7％ ),and lactating women ( 1.8％ ) ; and subclinical hyperthyroidism occurred mostly in 8-10 years old school chidren (4.5％) and lactating women (3.6％).These results show that the current iodized salt content has no harmful effect on thyroid function of rural residents in Jilin province.

This paper aims to discuss the ideas and experience about the radiology residency training system of Canada with a presentation of its base accreditation standards for five aspects, competency goals for seven roles, four stages of training arrangement, and two types of final assessment questions. Although the Canada's radiology residency program differs from China's standardized resident and specialist training programs for radiology, there are still several points that are worth referencing, including emphasizing the training priority of competency goals, providing a specific basis for the stratification of training, offering clear guidance for the implementation of training content, and improving assessment methods to focus on competency goals. These points are of great value for improving the standardized radiology resident and specialist training programs in China, so as to provide a reference for the training of excellent radiologists in China.
