Two cases of full term pregnant female cadavers (fetal head entered pelvis) were used for preparing a serial abdomimal cross-sections. Seven sections were selected in which the fetal major viscera were presented. The position, shape,relationship and the dimensions of the uterus,fetus,appendages of the fetus as well as the corresponding relation between showing sections of the fetal major viscera and mother's vertebras were observed. The results of the observation article would have some practical significance to diagnosis of the pregnant image.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of donepezil in the treatment of cognitive dysfunction caused by radiation-induced encephalopathy.Methods A total of fifty-five patients with radiation-induced cognitive impairment were divided into treatment group with extra donepezil 5-10 mg/d combined with conventional therapy and control group with conventional treatment for 16 weeks.The cognitive function was assessed according to Montreal cognitive assessment (MoCA) and mini-mental state examination (MMSE) before and 16 weeks after treatment.Results After 16 weeks of treatment,the patients in treatment group displayed significantly greater improvement in cognitive function.In treatment group,the scores of patients after donepezil therapy in MoCA and MMSE were obviously higher than the control group (t =5.40,3.88,P ＜ 0.01).The scores in the visual space and executive function,naming,attention,abstract thinking,delayed memories also had improved,which suggested the statistically significant difference(t=-3.55,-3.08,-3.21,-2.58,-3.65,P＜0.05).The scores of control group unchanged accordingly.Conclusions Donepezil combined with conventional treatment was signally effective in the therapy of cognitive dysfunction caused by radiation-induced encephalopathy.

Objective To investigate the differences between indocyanine green (ICG) fluorescence imaging plus methylene blue and plus Carbon Nanoparticles Suspension Injection for sentinel lymph node biopsy (SLNB)in breast cancer patients. Methods A total of 134 cases of early breast cancer patients performed SLNB from November 2013 to November 2016 were involved,of which 48 cases were performed with ICG fluorescence imaging plus methylene blue,and another 86 cases plus Carbon Nanoparticles Suspension Injection. Results There was no significant difference between ICG plus Methylene Blue group and ICG plus nano carbon group in terms of detection rate(P>0.05),detected numbers(P>0.05),sensitivity(P>0.05),accuracy(P>0.05)and false negative rate(P > 0.05). Age,and body mass index(BMI)exerted no influence on the detection rate and accuracy of SLNB in two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion ICG Fluorescence Imaging plus Methylene Blue showed similar detection rate , detected numbers , sensitivity , accuracy and false negative rate as it plus Carbon Nanoparticles Suspension Injection for SLNB in breast cancer patients ,and both of them can be performed easily and conveniently.

Objective Compare the effect of thoracic and abdominal mediastinal tube placement on pain and comfort in patients with minimally invasive esophageal cancer and nursing care. Methods 108 patients with squamous cell carcinoma of the thoracic esophagus were selected from December 2016 to May 2017. The patients were divided into chest group and abdominal group according to the random number comparison table, each with 54 cases. All patients underwent minimally invasive radical resection of esophageal carcinoma. The mediastinum drainage tube was placed at different locations of the chest and abdomen after operation. The duration of intubation, total drainage volume, number of dressing change before and after extubation, degree of pain and comfort after surgery were recorded, drainage tube failure and the incidence of related complication were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in duration of intubation, total drainage volume, drainage tube failure and the incidence of related complication between Patients with mediastinal tubes placed through the chest and abdomen(P>0.05). The times of dressing change before and after extubation in the abdominal group were (2.8 ± 1.0), (1.9 ± 0.6) times, those in the chest group were (4.5 ± 1.2), (3.6 ± 1.1) times, there were significant difference between the two groups (t=7.841, 9.377, P<0.01). The NRS and VAS score at 1-4 days and extubation in the abdominal group were significantly lower than those in the chest group, the abdominal group were (3.2±1.0), (2.7±0.8), (2.3±0.7), (1.9±0.7), (1.5±0.6) points and (3.7±0.8), (3.4±1.4), (3.0± 0.7), (2.6±1.0), (2.6±1.0) points, the chest group were (3.7±1.3), (3.3±1.1), (2.8±0.8), (2.3±0.8), (2.3±0.7) points and (5.0±0.9), (4.3±1.4), (4.1±1.3), (3.3±1.2), (3.6±1.0) points, there were significant difference between the two groups (t=2.443-7.247, P<0.01 or 0.05). Conclusions Intraoperative abdominal minimally invasive radical mediastinal tube placed esophageal cancer, can significantly relieve pain and improve patient comfort, reduce the frequency of dressing change before and after extubation, not only quickly improve the rehabilitation of patients, but also can avoid the waste of medical resources, it is worthy of clinical promotion.

Objective To understand tobacco use rate and explore the factors associated with tobacco use in middle school students in China.Methods A self-administered questionnaire survey was conducted among 155 117 eligible middle students selected through multi-stage stratified cluster sampling from 31 provinces of China.The questionnaire consists of the following topics:tobacco use and cessation,passive smoking,access to tobacco products,tobacco control and tobacco advertisement,and knowledge about and attitudes to tobacco.Software SAS 9.3 was used for sample weighting and data analysis.Results Current tobacco use rate was 6.9％ in middle school students in China.The rate was higher in boys (11.2％) than in girls (2.2％),and in rural area (7.8％) than in urban area (4.8％).Students in western area had the highest tobacco use rate (10.3％),followed by the students in middle area (6.4％),and the rate in students in eastern area was lowest (4.5％).Parent smoking (especially mother smoking),friend smoking,teacher smoking,pocket money for a week ＞ 20 yuan,tobacco advertisement or promotion,passive smoking,misconception of tobacco addiction,active attitude to smoking behavior were the risk factors for tobacco use.Conclusions Smoking rate in boys in China was higher than the average global level.A comprehensive intervention strategy by Framework Convention on Tobacco Control should be used to reduce tobacco use in adolescents,including health education,increasing cigarette price,banning tobacco advertisement and promotion,and smoke-free legislation.

Objective:To explore the progress of small shadow and the change of lung function in pneumoconiosis with positive autoantibody, so as to provide basis for clinical treatment of pneumoconiosis.Methods:A total of 756 patients were admitted to the pneumoconiosis department of the Guangzhou Occupational Disease Prevention Hospital from January 1, 2013 to June 1, 2019. The patients with combined infection were excluded. According to whether the autoantibody was positive, they were divided into positive group and negative group, 25 cases in each group. Follow-up observation of X-ray chest radiographs, chest CT, forced expiratory volume in one second (FEV 1) and forced expired flow at 50% of FVC (MEF 50) of pneumoconiosis patients for 5 years, to analyze the influence of positive autoantibody on the morphology of X-ray chest film, the pneumoconiosis promotion in 5 years and lung function. Results:There were 22 males and 3 females in the autoantibody positive group, aged 53.14±10.51 years. In the autoantibody negative group, there were 23 males and 2 females, aged 53.88±8.10 years. During the 5-year observation period, there was no significant difference of small shadow shape, pneumoconiosis stage, and the pneumoconiosis promotion in 5 years between the autoantibody positive group and the autoantibody negative group ( P>0.05). However, the increment of small shadow area in the autoantibody positive group was higher than that in the autoantibody negative group ( P<0.05). FEV 1 and MEF 50 of the autoantibody positive group were significantly lower than those of the autoantibody negative group in the fourth and third years, respectively ( P<0.05). Positive autoantibody was negatively correlated with FEV 1 and MEF 50 ( P<0.05). Conclusion:The positive autoantibody can't promote the progress of X-ray, but show more small shadows on chest CT; the positive autoantibody may aggravate the decline of lung function.

To analyze the clinical data of a case of acute emamectin·chlorfenapyr poisoning in Guangzhou 12th People's Hospital in 2019. The patient developed high fever and night sweats, and gradually became unconscious. The patient died after 5 days of treatment. The toxicity and mortality of emamectin·chlorfenapyr were high. For acute poisoning patients, in addition to conventional symptomatic treatment, early blood purification treatment should be actively carried out.

Objective To explore the relationship between the occurrence of sub-health and health promotion lifestyle in Guangdong province to provide epidemiological evidences for prevention of sub-health. Methods A 1:1 nested case-control study was carried out involving 133 cases from the cohort study paired with 133 control case matched for gender and age. Results The univariate conditional logistic regression model showed no significant association of marital status, education level, or body mass index with the occurrence of sub-health, but a significant correlation was found between lifestyle and sub-health with an odd ratio of 5.90 (95%CI:3.12-11.16, P=0.000). Analysis of the multivariate conditional logistic regression model on the 6 subscales of health promotion lifestyle showed that stress management was significantly correlated with the occurrence of sub-health with an odd ratio of 4.00 (95%CI:1.54-10.40, P=0.004). Conclusion A unhealthy lifestyle, especially in terms of stress management, is the major risk factor contributing to the occurrence of sub-health.
