OBJECTIVE: To investigate the clinical effectiveness of Toubiao Qingfei (expelling exterior evil and clearing lung) Decoction (TBQFD) on wind-warm and pulmonary heat syndrome. METHODS: Forty-six subjects were randomized into treatment group and control group. Patients in the control group were treated with Western medicines, while patients in the treatment group were treated with Western medicines and TBQFD. The therapeutic effects and improvement of symptoms in both groups were observed. RESULTS: The durations of fever, cough and absorption of pulmonary inflammatory focus in the treatment group were 1.52, 3.52 and 6.25 days respectively, which were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). CONCLUSION: TBQFD can improve the symptoms, such as fever and cough, and can promote the absorption of infection and shorten the clinical course of wind-warm and pulmonary heat syndrome.

Objective To make a comparative analysis of conventional smear and liquid-based cytology method to diagnose lung cancer in sensitivity and false-negative,and evaluate the application value of liquid-based cytology in sputum samples. Methods We collected 287 sputum samples through clinical contrast conventional smear with liquid-based cytology method. The diagnosis was made by the same pathology panel in double blind way.We compared the two methods to diagnose lung cancer in sensitivity and false-negative.Results Liquid-based cytology method detected 62 cases of lung cancer, and conventional smear detected 49 cases of lung cancer, with the sensitivity rate being 21.6% and 17.1%,respectively.Combination of the two methods made the sensitivity rate 24.0%.The false-negative rate was 38.6% for liquid-based cytology method and 48.5% for conventional smear which did not differ significantly.By combining the two methods, the false-negative rate was 24.0%.There was no significant difference between liquid-based cytology method and conventional smear, and between liquid-based cytology method and the two-method combination in sensitivity and false-negative.But there was a significant difference between the two-method combination and conventional smear. Conclusion Through sputum sample detection of lung cancer cell,liquid-based cytology method is better than conventional smear, the former having obvious superiority;combining the two methods can detect more lung cancers. Therefore,it is a superior screening test in detecting lung cancer and worthy of clinical popularization.

Cognitive behavior therapy(CBT) is one of the most widely used psychotherapy methods in the world. However, its origin in Western culture makes many researchers doubt whether it can be effectively applied to other cultural groups. The discussion on this issue is conducive to further adjusting CBT from an international perspective to better serve different cultural groups. This review focuses on the research progress of acculturation in CBT at home and abroad.Firstly, it discusses the necessity of acculturation and introduces the relevant major researchers in this field abroad, so as to explain how to carry out the work of acculturation. Then the effectiveness of current acculturation work is demonstrated, and the research progress of acculturation related to Chinese culture is introduced emphatically. In previous studies, most scholars supported the development of acculturation, and preliminary evidence has shown that CBT after acculturation has equal or even better effectiveness.Based on this, different researchers have put forward their own acculturation framework or adaptation suggestions. However, there are still many shortcomings in current research, which are mainly reflected in six aspects: few comparative studies, lack of unified framework, blank fields in some areas, shallow level of acculturation, unknown mechanism and lack of bottom-up research. Thus, this review is aimed to point out the urgency and necessity of CBT cultural adaptation in China, and put forward some suggestions and preliminary ideas for the further development of more culturally adaptable CBT in China, in order to better promote the application of CBT in China.

Objective:
To investigate the overexpression frequencies of BRE and EVI1, the correlation between BRE and EVI1 expressions and their possible clinical implications in 11q23/MLL rearrangement acute leukemia.
Methods:
Cytogenetic examination of bone marrow cells was performed by short-term culture method. R-banding technique was used for karyotype analysis. 47 patients were detected by interphase fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) with dual-color break apart MLL probe. The expressions of EVI1 and BRE genes were detected by real time quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RQ-PCR) . The correlation and prognostic significance were statistically tested.
Results:
11q23/MLL rearrangements were confirmed by karyotyping and FISH, respectively in 47 patients. According to immunophenotypic analyses of 37 patients, 5 patients showed positive for CD19, CD79a or CD10, 1 for CD7; the others for CD33, CD13, CD14 and CD15, and 16 of them for CD34. Of the 47 patients, 18 patients showed EVI1 overexpression and most of them presented with t (6;11) and M4/M5. The EVI1 expression was high in t (6;11) or t (9;11) subgroup comparable with levels observed in normal subgroup (

Background Cognitive behavioral therapy(CBT)is a widely used and empirically supported psychotherapy method. In recent years, the localization of CBT related to culture has received increasing attention from Chinese scholars. However, there is still a lack of systematic research on the localization of CBT using idioms as materials. Objective To explore whether idioms reflect the mutual influence between the two core therapeutic elements of CBT(cognition and emotion)and to use them as CBT treatment tools among college students,so as to provide references for the localization of CBT.Methods Using the Xinhua Idiom Dictionary(second edition)published by the Commercial Press,a three-round manual screening method was used to select idioms that reflected the mutual influence between cognition and emotion in CBT.Based on the selected idioms,a survey questionnaire titled"survey on idiom understanding level"was developed. From August to October,2022,stratified sampling was conducted among college students from different majors and universities, and 815 valid questionnaires were obtained through the Questionnaire Star platform.By analyzing the understanding of each idiom among college students, idioms that could be used as CBT treatment tools were identified. Results In the Xinhua Idiom Dictionary(second edition),there were 13 idioms that reflected the influence of cognition on emotion and 5 idioms that reflected the influence of emotion on cognition.12 idioms could be used as CBT treatment tools, including 8 idioms that reflected the influence of cognition on emotion and 4 idioms that reflected the influence of emotion on cognition. Conclusion There may be idioms that reflect the mutual influence between the two core therapeutic elements of CBT(cognition and emotion)and these idioms can be attempted as a therapeutic tool for CBT among college students.
