Objective To analyze the power interference during ECG machine testing and to propose countermeasures.Methods Some measures in power supply stability, shielding, grounding and wire winding were carried out to reduce the influences of 50 Hz interference on ECG machine testing.Results The influences of the power interference were reduced greatly on ECG machine.Concluslon The performances of ECG machine can be ensured by restraining the power interference.

To study the method of preparing the composite skin composed of keratinocytes and acellular dermis, and to investigate the efficacy as well as its histological changes after being grafted on wounds of athymic mice. Compared with keratinocyte sheet grafting, the wounds grafted with composite skin had better healing rate, appearance and less wound contraction rate. Moreover, histological examination revealed fully differentiated epidermis, organized proliferated collagen fibres, and distinct reconstruction of epidermis-dermis junction in composite skin group, with absence of acute immuno-rejection response. As a new kind of skin substitutes, the composite skin can improve the quality of wound healing.

Objective To study a graft method of an acellular dermis composited with cultured human keratinocyte sheets,and investigate the outcomes of the composite graft on full-thickness wounds.Methods Using porcine skins,we prepared the acellular dermis and cultured human keratinocyte sheets in vitro.Athymic null mice were divided into the experimental group and the control group,the acellular xeno-dermis was implanted into the subcutaneous of the dorsal skin in experimental group,one week after the implantation the cultured keratinocyte sheets were grafted on the full-thickness defective area of the dorsal skin in the experimental group,in control group only implanted human keratinocyte sheet on the defective area wound,healing status was regular assessed,and biopsies for histological analysis and immunohistochemistry test were performed in post-operation.Results Compared with the control group,the appearance of wound coverage in the experimental group was better.Moreover,the histologic analysis revealed that fully differentiated epidermis,organized proliferated collagen fibers and significant reconstruction of epidermis-dermis junction were seen in the experimental group which lack of the acute immuno-rejection response.Conclusion As a kind of dermal substitutes,the acellular xeno-dermis can be compositely transplanted with cultured human keratinocyte sheet and can improve the quality of wound healing.

Objective: To supply the quality of hospital centers, conduct research and analysis, develop appropriate purification scheme. Methods: According to the specific hospital ward equipment used and production center with the use of state gas sampling filter device;through the device each ward of the hospital wards with a central gas sampling equipment, comparison and analysis. Results:through the filter sampling, analysis of equipment with a gas composition of trace impurities, impurities resulting inferred parts, the first time to get in touch with the manufacturers to jointly negotiate improvement programs. Conclusion:Hospital Center survey analysis is a gas quality monitoring and promotion of the development, the need to promote open each hospital to develop a central supply more complete safety indicators. Such a center gas quality testing program can be more effective in protecting the quality of gas supply, more conducive to clinical treatment and use.

Objective To prepare the monodisperse,colloidal gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) with controllable sizes (50 nm,65 nm,79 nm and 102 nm) for the qualitative detection of cardiac troponin Ⅰ (cTnⅠ) by immunochromatography assay,and to evaluate the effectiveness of the detection.Methods Four kinds of monodisperse citrate-stabilized AuNPs were prepared using small AuNPs as growth centers (seeds) by a seeded growth thermal aging protocol.As controls,two conventional AuNPs (20 nm,40 nm) were prepared by the traditional citrate-reduction method.The mouse monoclonal antibody against cTnⅠ labeled AuNPs were dropped on polyester mat to make AuNPs conjugate pad.The detection line and quality control line of immunochromatography assay kits for detection of cTnⅠ were coated by mouse anti human cTnⅠ monoclonal antibody paired with antibody in AuNPs and goat anti mouse polyclonal antiboy respectively.The six kinds of AuNPs were employed as color-labels in immunochromatography assay kits for detecting cTnⅠ,and the corresponding detection effects were evaluated in signal intensity,sensitivity,specificity and stability.The assay kit with the best performance was chosen and compared with the commercialized kits for the detection of cTnⅠ in clinical samples.Results Four kinds of monodisperse AuNPs with large sizes of 50 nm,65 nm,79 nm,102 nm respectively were successfully synthesized by the seeded growth thermal aging method.The signal strength of four kinds of kits produced by the four large-sized AuNPs was superior to the kits produced by 20 nm AuNPs in detecting cTnⅠ(all P＜0.01).The signal strength of the kits produced by 65nm AuNPs showed the best performance among the six kinds of AuNPs(all P＜0.01).The lowest detectable limit was 0.50 ng/ml.To compare the agreement of results from chemiluminescent immunoassay versus the results from kits produced by 65nm AuNPs,100 serum samples have been used for detecting cTnⅠ.Their positive coincidence rate was 97.30％ and negative coincidence rate was 100％,the sensitivity and signal strength of the kits produced by 65nm AuNPs was superior to similar products which produced by ABON and Bottests company(all P＜0.01).Conclusions Monodisperse,largesized,citrate-stabilized AuNPs are controllably prepared by a seeded growth-thermal aging method.The development of large-size AuNPs-based immunochromatography assay kits is feasible.65 nm AuNPs can be a suitable candidate for cTnⅠ immunochromatography assay kit.Our findings provides a new idea for the current immunochromatography assay kits which still adopt small-sized AuNPs as color labels.

Objective To study the clinical therapeutic effectiveness and the mechanism of Shouti Oral Liquid on simple obesity children with hyperinsulinism. Methods Fourty - three patients were divided randomly into the treatment group (TG) and the control group (CG). TG took Shouti Oral Liquid and CG took metformin. The course of therapy lasted 6 months. The plasma lipid, body fats, insulin resistance index (IR) and some hormones related to obesity before and after therapy were measured and the changes were analyzed. Results The weight, F% , body mass index (BMI), leptin(LP), tumor necrosing factor (TNF - ?), FINS, IR all declined markedly than pre - therapy in both groups. The significant effect, normal effect and total efficiency were 22.7 % , 59.1 %, 81.8 % respectively in TG and9.5%,52.4%,61.9% in CG. The effect in TG was better than that in CG. A short course with Shouti Oral Liquid therapy did not have obvious side effect Conclusions There are lipid metabolism disorder, insulin resistance and high lever LP and TNF - ? obesity children with hyperinsulinism. The total effect with Shouti Oral Liquid is better than that with medicine in the control group and the mechanism was regulating lipid metabolism, decreasing LP and TNF-? and ameliorating insulin resistance.

Objective To evaluate gasless laparoscopy in treating gynecological conditions.Methods With Kirschner wire lifting, transversely or longitudinally introduced into abdominal wall subcutaneously, we exposed the operative field and pelvic organs with routine operative instruments under epidural anesthesia. When a dense pelvic adhesion was confronted, we used the temporarily low-pressured pneumolaparoscopy to dissect it.Results All procedures were carried out without organ injury, hematorna, or other complications. The operative field can be clearly seen with this method. The mean time for appendagectorny was one hour and for laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy 80 minutes.Conclusion Gasless laparoscopy avoids the complications which occur in the routine laparoscopy such as subcutaneous or mediastinal pneurnatoma, hypercarbonernia, air embolism, cardiopulmonary dysfunction.Our lifting method is simple, convenient, time and money saving, as well as more flexible for treating gynecological conditions.

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of self-designed modified rhomboid flap in repairing rhomboid, round, and teardrop-shaped wounds on the face.Methods:A retrospective observational study was conducted. From August 2018 to April 2020, 30 patients with facial lesions admitted into Ruijin Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine and the People's Hospital of Jianchuan County in Yunnan province met the inclusion criteria, including 16 males and 14 females, aged 23 to 88 years. The wound area ranged from 1.0 cm×1.0 cm to 7.0 cm×5.0 cm, with 10 cases of rhomboid wounds, 12 cases of round wounds, and 8 cases of teardrop-shaped wounds. The self-designed modified rhomboid flaps were applied to repair the wounds and after that, the patients were followed up for 1 to 18 months to record the survival of flaps, wound tension, scar formation and complications after surgery.Results:No necrosis or blackening was observed at the tip of the flaps after surgery. All the flaps survived and the wounds healed well with little tension, minimal scars, and no complications.Conclusions:The self-designed modified rhomboid flap is especially suitable for facial wounds with multiple important organs, multiple anatomical subunits, and areas with large changes in soft tissue tension, which can reduce not only the rotation of the flap, but also unnecessary excision of normal skin and soft tissue.
