Objective:
This study investigated the factors influencing, take out meal consumption among college students in Shanxi Province and explored the relationship between the frequency of take out meal consumption and BMI.
Methods:
A total of 1 631 college students from five universities in Shanxi Province were studied by means of a questionnaire and multi stage random sampling. Logistic regression was used to analyze the factors influencing college students take out meal consumption. The factors influencing overweight and obesity among college students were analyzed with binary Logistic regression.
Results:
A total of 1 456 college students had some takeout meal consumption. Gender average monthly cost of living, grade, and major were the factors influencing the frequency of college students take out meal consumption( χ 2=72.26, 242.89, 351.52, 222.35, P <0.01). The overall overweight and obesity rate among the college students were 12.3%, 19.2% in male students, and 6.6% in female students. After controlling for gender, binary Logistic regression showed that monthly cost of living, grade, major, and permanent residence influenced the frequency of college students weekly consumption of out of home meals, and this led to a higher the rate of overweight and obesity( P <0.05).
Conclusion
Take out meal consumption is relatively common among college students, and controlling its frequency could help to reduce the occurrence of overweight and obesity.

Objective To analyze the space-time characteristic of traumatic brain injury (TBI) caused by Chinese Wenchuan earthquake and discuss opportunity and mode of medical intervention. Methods A retrospective study was done on 92 patients with TBI admitted into our department during Chinese Wanchuan earthquake. Results All 92 patients came from champaign located at northwest of Chengdu. Of all, 76 patients were admitted within 12 hours after earthquake. Surgical operation Wag done on 10 patients, of whom 3 died. Conclusions In the early period after earthquake, TBI patients make a large proportion and have fast change of injury severity. All patients come from champaign with conven-ient transportation. For TBI patients, early emergent operation after admission can significantly elevate success rate of mcdical intervention.

Objective:To explore the correlation of serum albumin level at admission with clinical prognoses in patients with acute traumatic brain injury (TBI).Methods:One hundred and fifty-four patients with acute moderate-extreme severe TBI (Glasgow Coma Scale [GCS] scores of 3-12 at admission) in Department of Neurosurgery, General Hospital of Western Theater Command from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2020 were chosen. The comprehensive clinical data of these patients were collected, including age, gender, GCS scores, serum albumin level (hypoalbuminemia defined as<35 g/L), hemoglobin level, comorbidities, treatment measures, and prognoses 6 months after discharge (poor prognosis defined as Glasgow outcome Scale [GOS] scores of 1-2, and good prognosis defined as GOS scores of 3-5). Univariate and multivariate Logistic regressions were used to identify the independent factors for clinical prognoses of these patients, and differences in poor prognosis rate, length of ICU stay, and total hospital cost were compared between different groups. Results:Among the 154 patients, 43 had poor prognosis and 111 had good prognosis. Serum albumin level at admission ( OR=0.916, 95% CI: 0.843-0.996, P=0.001) and GCS scores at admission ( OR=0.701, 95% CI: 0.594-0.828, P<0.001) were independent factors for prognosis. Patients with hypoalbuminemia ( n=70) displayed significantly higher poor prognosis rate, longer ICU stays, and increased total hospitalization cost compared with those without hypoalbuminemia ( n=84, P<0.05); specifically, in patients with GCS scores of 9-12 at admission ( n=58), those with hypoalbuminemia ( n=27) exhibited significantly higher poor prognosis rate, longer ICU stays, and higher total hospitalization cost than their non-hypoalbuminemia counterparts ( n=31, P<0.05); similarly, in patients with GCS scores of 3-8 at admission ( n=96), those with hypoalbuminemia ( n=74) had significantly higher poor prognosis rate than their non-hypoalbuminemia counterparts ( n=22, P<0.05). In patients with good prognosis, those with hypoalbuminemia ( n=56) showed significantly longer total hospital stays, prolonged ICU stays, and increased total hospitalization cost compared with those without hypoalbuminemia ( n=55, P<0.05). Conclusion:Low serum albumin level at admission is likely to lead to poor prognosis, prolonged ICU stays and increased total hospitalization cost in patients with acute TBI.

OBJECTIVETo identify human single chain Fv antibody (ScFv) against hepatitis B viral surface antigen.
METHODSThe recombinant phages were panned by HBsAg which was coated in a microtiter plate, after five rounds of biopanning, 56 phage clones were identified specific to HBsAg. The specificity of ScFv was evaluated by ELISA and immunohistochemistry, respectively.
RESULTSThe data of HB sAg-ScFv DNA digestion and DNA sequencing showed that the ScFv gene is composed of 750 bp. ELISA and immunohistochemistry demonstrated that the human single chain Fv antibody against hepatitis B surface antigen has a specific combination character with hepatitis B surface antigen of different sources and paraffin-embedded patients tissue specimens, it did not react with normal liver tissue and HCV.
CONCLUSIONSThe application of HBsAg specific ScFv in immunohistochemistry was successfully achieved.

OBJECTIVETo summarize the general condition, regional distribution, prevalence and clinical characteristics of Shandong province based on hemophilia case registry information.
METHODSA retrospective study was carried out on 1979 hemophilia patients registered at Shandong Hemophilia Registration Center.
RESULTSThe 1979 cases have included 1704 hemophilia A and 275 hemophilia B patients. Hemophilia A was characterized as severe in 1021 patients (59.9%), moderate in 483 patients (28.4%), and mild in 200 patients (11.7%); while hemophilia B was characterized as severe in 125 patients (45.4%), moderate in 116 patients (42.2%), and mild in 34 patients (12.4%). The median age was 23 years (ranging from 1 month to 81 years), and most were young patients. Joint deformity occurred in 963 patients, and 948 patients had a family history of hemophilia. All counties of Shandong province had patients except for Changdao county and Fushan district of Yantai city. The prevalence of Heze city and Dongying city (3.39/100 000 and 3.05/100 000, respectively) were relatively higher.
CONCLUSIONThe above data revealed epidemiological and clinical characteristics of Shandong Province. Patient-centered registry system allowed a more detailed and accurate patient information, and promoted the comprehensive care of hemophilia, which also suggested the necessity for the establishment and improvement of the National Hemophilia Registry System.
