Objective To analyze satisfaction of the clinical practice content of nursing postgraduates with different characteristic, and to provide transformative suggestions for the construction of clinical practice scheme of nursing postgraduates. Methods Using judgment sampling and snowball sampling, the questionnaire survey was conducted among 101 nursing postgraduates, and comparing satisfaction of clinical practice content of postgraduates with different age, work experience and teaching mode. SPSS 17.0 software package was used for data description and t test. Results The total satisfaction of clinical practice content of nursing postgraduates was low, and different postgraduates′satisfaction was different. On practical operation opportunity,> 30 years old of postgraduates′satisfaction was (3.95±0.87), which was higher than those 20~30 years old, (3.35±0.90), and the difference was statistically significant, t=2.748, P<0.01. On clinical practice assessment methods and frequency, the satisfaction of postgraduates with a fixed teacher was higher than those without a fixed teacher (3.40±0.74) vs. (2.83±0.87), and the difference was statistically significant, t=3.310, P<0.01. Conclusions At present, the clinical practice content of nursing postgraduates is in shortage, and need to be further improved.

The cholinesterase(ChE)and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)activities in blood smears of 37 patients were observed before and 20 minutes after electroacupuncture.Hegu and Zusanli were mainly chosen as the acupuncture points.Karnovsky method was used to demonstrate ChE,activity, and tetrazolium-formazan reaction for LDH activity. Before acupuncture, all formed elements of blood showed both ChE and LDH acti- vities. In red blood cells ChE and LDH activities were localized at the cell membrane, while in white blood cells they were found throughout the cytoplasm as colored granu- les.The granulocytes showed greater ChE and lesser LDH activities than the lymph- ocytes. The platelets also showed greater LDH and ChE activities, especially the former. On the whole, platelets and leucocytes,as compared with erythrocytes, showed greater activities for ChE and LDH. Under microscopic observation, according to the amount and color of granules, the degrees of GhE and LDH activities for each kind of blood formed elements before and after acupuncture were recorded as different markes, such as +、++、+++ and so on.The degrees of GhE or LDH activity in various formed elements of blood were compared by means of statistical tests. After acupuncture, both GhE and LDH activities of all blood formed elements were increased(p

70 patients including 60 cases under acupuncture anesthesia and 10 cases under drug anesthesia were observed. Before and 20 minutes after acupuncture the blood samples were taken from the patient ear lobes respectively, and in some patients taken once again 24 hrs after acupuncture. The electroacupuncture point Hegu or Zusanli was mainly adopted. As the method for detection of cell-mediated immunity(CMI) in vitro the improved microtechnique of whole blood for E-rosette (active and nonactive) and lymphocyte transformation tests was used. In performance of active rosetting the total leucocyte count and the differential lymphocyte count were done for calculation of absolute number of active rosette forming cells (RFC). The mean value of increase of active RFC was 12.7?1.43, the decrease was 6.8?1.77 after acupuncture. The increment of the absolute number of active RFC was 175?63.59. However no marked effect on the drug anesthesia group was found. In the lymphocyte transformation assay the increase was 12.7?1.49, the decrease was 7.0?2.19, and the enhancement effect still exhibited 24 hrs after acupuncture. In these tests an increase was mostly found in those with a lower or a usual CMI level; a decrease often found in those with a higher CMI level prior to acupuncture. The increase or decrease level in the results of three kinds of test (active, nonactive RFC and lymphocyte transformation) was similar, the increase range was 12~13%, the decrease range 6~7%. As the former compared with the latter, the promotion was prominent by all means.

ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of direct-acting antiviral (DAA) on the recurrence of hepatitis C virus (HCV)-related hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) after curative treatment. MethodsPubMed, Web of Science, Cochrane Library, CNKI, CBM, Wanfang Data, and VIP were searched for the clinical studies of DAA and the recurrence of HCV-related HCC published up to April 2020. Stata 14.0 software was used to perform the meta-analysis. The Cochran Q test was used to evaluate heterogeneity between studies; the fixed effects model was used for non-heterogeneous data, and the random effects model was used for heterogeneous data. The Egger regression method or the Begg rank correlation method was used to evaluate the presence or absence of publication bias. ResultsA total of 10 articles (11 studies) were included in our study, among which 8 articles (9 studies) compared the effect of DAA versus the absence of anti-HCV therapy on the recurrence of HCC after curative treatment. There were 991 patients in DAA group and 808 patients in untreated group. The results of the meta-analysis showed that DAA reduced the recurrence rate of HCC after curative treatment in patients with HCV infection (hazard ratio [HR]=0.42, 95% confidence interval [CI]: 0.28?0.36, P<0.001). Three articles compared the effect of DAA versus interferon for the treatment of hepatitis C on the recurrence of HCC after curative treatment, with 267 patients in DAA group and 212 in interferon group, and the results of the meta-analysis showed that DAA and interferon had a similar effect on the recurrence rate of HCV-related HCC (HR=0.85, 95% CI: 0.64-1.15, P=0.298). ConclusionBoth interferon and DAA can significantly reduce the recurrence risk of HCV-related HCC after curative treatment, with no significant difference between them.

Objective:To investigate the effect of deescalation noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in the removal of endotracheal intubation in patients with Stanford type A aortic dissection (AAD) complicated with obesity. Methods:A total of 80 obese patients with AAD from March 2018 to January 2020 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi′an Jiaotong University were divided into experimental group and control group with 40 cases in each group by random number table method. The control group received traditional oxygen treatment with mask, while the experimental group received de-escalation noninvasive positive pressure ventilation. The blood gas index, respiratory rate and respiratory comfort score was recorded at different times before and after intervention, make a comparison with the two groups in the incidence of hypoxemia, secondary intubation and other complications. Results:Finally, 36 cases were included in the experimental group and 38 cases in the control group. After 2, 8, 24, 48, 72 h of extubation, the oxygenation index, PaO 2, SaO 2 were higher and PaCO 2, respiratory rate were lower in the experimental group compared to the control group, the differences were statistically significant ( t values were 2.02-9.00, all P<0.05). At 72 h after extubation, the pH value of the experimental group was 7.43 ± 0.08, which was higher than 7.38 ± 0.09 of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( t=2.44, P<0.05). At 24, 48, 72 h after extubation, the throat pain scores and oral nasal dryness symptom and sore throat symptom scores were (3.11 ± 1.53), (2.25 ± 0.57), (0.94 ± 0.14) points and (4.33 ± 1.08), (3.33 ± 0.68), (2.81 ± 0.43) points in the experimental group, lower than in the control group (5.24 ± 1.96), (3.58 ± 0.73), (2.18 ± 0.91) points and (6.00 ± 1.92), (5.39 ± 1.13), (4.79 ± 0.54) points, the differences were statistically significant ( t values were 3.46-5.21, all P<0.05). The incidence of hypoxemia, secondary intubation and intolerance were 2.8% (1/36), 2.8% (1/36) and 0 in the experimental group, lower than in the control group 26.3% (10/38), 21.1% (8/38) and 10.5% (4/38), the differences were statistically significant ( χ2=8.09, 5.78, 4.01, all P<0.05). Conclusions:De-escalation noninvasive positive pressure ventilation for obese patients with AAD can effectively improve oxygenation, reduce the incidence of hypoxemia and secondary intubation, and alleviate respiratory symptoms.
