1.Traditional Chinese medical understanding on pathogenesis of senile dementia
China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy 2005;0(07):-
TCM is unique and e ective on senile dementia in both theory and practice;therefore it is signi cant to generalize TCM understanding and experience on senile dementia for speci c therapy to reduce patients' cognition impairment and enhance their living quality.Sorting of TCM understanding on senile dementia pathogenesis and causes,it was clear that seniledementia was often seen in aging people characterized by de ciency in origin and excess in super ciality. Its de ciency in origin was de ciency of kidney essence, marrow and lucid yang failing to ascend. The origin aspect of senile dementia was believed to be the insu ciency of kidney. The de ciency of ve zang-organs was closely related to it.While the super ciality aspect was thought to be turbid phlegm and stagnant blood blocking brain and cerebral meridian with ve zang-organs all concerned. On one hand, the de ciency of kidney assisted by the de ciency of ve zang-organs could result in phlegm and blood stasis, that is to say excess resulted from de ciency. On the other hand, the stagnation of phlegm and blood stasis could block the generation, transformation and transportation of qi,blood and body uid, which would further consume the essence of the body. This is so-called de ciency transformed from excess. The above two aspects a ected each other and causing lingering pathogenic factors.

Objective To investigate the cell cycle of airway smooth muscle cells(ASMC) in asthmatic rats with airway remodeling and to explore a new method for the prevention and treatment of asthma. Methods The asthmatic rat models were established. The pathologic changes of inner airway wall and ASMC were determined by observing and analyzing the lung tissue sections stained with HE,and the cell cycle distribution of ASMC were analyzed by flow cytometry. Results The inner airway wall and smooth muscle layer were much thicker in rats of asthma group than those of control group(P

Objective To discuss the epidural cavity surgical anatomical physiology under fiber optic epidural catheter, and to analyze the technological advantages compared to the the agent under blind. Methods 60 cases who need to epidural abdominal surgery from Jan. to Nov. 2013 were collected. Common duct (30 cases) and fiber optical epidural catheter (30 cases) were respectively used at anesthesia, and the epidural cavity surgical anatomy physiology were observed. Results Compared with indexs before anesthesia, before induction and before intubation, the HR, SPB, and MAP in 5 min after intubation and at the moment of skin incision were of statistically significant differ-ences (P<0. 05). There is a cavity between epidural space and vertebral canal periosteum which is not linked to cranial cavity, but there were a certain amount of connective tissue and venous plexus. The volume of the cavity was about 100 mL, the front and side were narrow and the back was wide, and it began to gradually expand from the neck, and reached its peak at the waist, and then gradually narrowed, un-til the sacral hiatus. Conclusion Fiber optic epidural catheter could make the patient’ s anatomy physiology structure more clear, and it also make it possible to cathetering visually for the anesthesiologist.

Objective:To analyze and summarize the characteristics of ultrasonographic images of non-lactating mastitis, improve the diagnostic accuracy, and guide the clinical treatment. Methods:The ultrasonic images of 46 patients with non lactation mastitis diagnosed by pathology in People′s Hospital of Heyuan from January 2017 to November 2020 were retrospectively analyzed. The ultrasonic images were compared with the pathological results, and the ultrasonic characteristics of non lactation mastitis were analyzed. Results:Among the 46 cases of non lactation mastitis, there were 24 cases of chronic mastitis, 15 cases of granulomatous lobular mastitis, 5 cases of plasma cell mastitis and 2 cases of lymphocytic lobulitis. The ultrasonographic features of non lactation mastitis were patchy hypoechoic mixed with anechoic areas with poor sound transmission. Granulomatous lobular mastitis was easy to be misdiagnosed as malignant lesions because of its disordered echo. Conclusions:Mastering the ultrasound characteristics of non-lactation mastitis can help to improve the accuracy of diagnosis of non-lactation mastitis.
