1.The Implications of Psychophilosophy for Marital Ethic
Chinese Medical Ethics 1995;0(03):-
In the horizon of psycho-philosophy,marriage is not just the combination of two individuals(husband and wife),and romantic love cannot be the emotional foundation of marriage.Only when the individuals are integrated into the ethical substance of marriage by spirit, and the romance love turns into an ethical emotion, can their marriage be a harmonious one. Therefore, enhancing the ethics education and guiding marriage activities with marital ethical norms can be viewed as effective approaches to tackling relevant marital issues in current society.
2.Interactions of ovarian carcinoma cells and human peritoneal mesothelial cells involved in matrix metalloproteinases expressions of ovarian carcinoma cells
Chinese Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology 2001;0(03):-
Objective To investigate the interactions of ovarian carcinoma cells and human peritoneal mesothelial cells (HPMC) involved in matrix metalloproteinases (MMP) expressions of ovarian carcinoma cells. Methods The conditioned medium (CM) of ovarian carcinoma cell SKOV3 was tested by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for transforming growth factor ?1 (TGF-?1). The impact of SKOV3-CM in the presence or absence of TGF-?1 neutralizing antibody on fibronectin (Fn) gene expression of HPMC was studied by RT-PCR. HPMC were pretreated with serum-free medium, SKOV3-CM, SKOV3-CM+TGF-?1 neutralizing antibody, and SKOV3-CM+IgG, then the supernatant was collected as HPMC-CM1, HPMC-CM2, HPMC-CM3 and HPMC-CM4. SKOV3 were incubated with different HPMC-CM, HPMC-CM1+antibody against Fn or HPMC-CM1+IgG. MMP-2 and MMP-9 gene mRNA expressions and protein expressions of SKOV3 were detected by RT-PCR and ELISA respectively. Results TGF-?1 in SKOV3-CM was (236?22) ng/L. Fn gene mRNA expressions of HPMC before and after stimulation by SKOV3-CM were 1.328?0.025 and 2.643?0.051, and the latter was higher than the former (P
3.Up-expression of vascular endothelial growth factor in human peritoneal mesothelial cells induced by ovarian carcinoma cells
Basic & Clinical Medicine 2006;0(07):-
Objective To investigate the impact of ovarian carcinoma cells on the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in human peritoneal mesothelial cells(HPMC). Methods HPMC was incubated with ovarian carcinoma cell line in SKOV3 conditioned medium(SKOV3-CM) for(3~ 72 hrs ). RT-PCR was used to detect VEGF gene expression. VEGF protein expression in cell lysates was assessed by ELISA. HPMC was cultured for 24 hrs in SKOV3-CM or SKOV3-CM with anti-transforming growth factor?1(TGF-?1)neutralizing antibody, and the changes in VEGF gene and protein expression were examined. Results VEGF mRNA and protein were detected in HPMC without stimulation of SKOV3-CM. SKOV3-CM significantly induced HPMC VEGF mRNA and protein expression in a time-dependent manner and the induction started 6h(for mRNA) and 12 h (for protein) after the treatment(P
4.Chronic Severe-degree Hepatitis B Complicated by Aspergillosis:Analysis of Clinical Characteristics
Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2006;0(02):-
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the clinical characteristics of chronic severe-degree hepatitis B complicated by aspergillosis and its susceptive factors and prevention and treatment.METHODS The clinical data of 3 patients with chronic severe-degree hepatitis B complicated by aspergillosis were analyzed retrospectively.RESULTS From 23 patients with chronic severe-degree hepatitis B complicated by fungus infection, there were 3 patients complicated by aspergillosis and died. The susceptive factors included poor immunity, incorrect use of antibiotis and invasive operation.CONCLUSIONS Patients with chronic severe-degree hepatitis B complicated by aspergillosis have poor progress and prognosis. The effective preventive methods are treating underlying disease actively, using antibiotis correctly, reducing or avoiding invasive operation and disinfecting air regularly.
5.Synergy dilemma of healthcare alliances and trust-based countermeasures
Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2017;33(8):565-568
Synergy is key to the formation of a community of interests and responsibilities for a healthcare alliance. This paper analyzed the management synergy dilemma and countermeasures of the alliance, in such terms as its model selection, function orientation and governance;its two-way referral, drug interchange and homogeneity of medical quality;its human resource two-way flow, equipment resource sharing and information platforms unification;as well as its medical insurance policy, financial subsidy and personnel system. On such basis, countermeasures were proposed based on trust.
6.Research progress of Rett syndrome causing gene MECP2-The structure, function and modulation of MECP2
Journal of Peking University(Health Sciences) 2009;41(6):712-715
SUMMARY Rett syndrome (RTT) , an X-linked dominant neurodevelopmental disorder characterized by regression of language, stereotype hand movement and loss of purposeful hand use, is primarily caused by mutation of menthyl-CpG-binding protein 2 ( MECP2 ). The 76 kb human MECP2 is characterized by three sab'ent features; a very large intron 2 (60 kb) , an 8. 5 kb 3'-UTR with highly conserved regions and different polyadenylation sites, and a 40 kb intergenic region separating MECP2 from the nearest upstream gene. There are two isoforms of MeCP2, MeCP2el and MeCP2e2. The differences between the two isoforms, the function of the 3'-UTR and the long-range cis-regulatory sequences in the intergenic region were extensively studied. In contrast to initial report, recent studies show that MeCP2 binds not only to methylated promoters and silence transcription, but also to the sites outside of genes containing only a few of CpG islands. Furthermore, MeCP2 can function as both an activator and a repressor of transcription.

China Pharmacy 2007;0(34):-
OBJECTIVE:To establish an RP-HPLC method for determination of plasma concentration of glimepiride (GM) in Beagle dogs. METHODS: Plasma sample was separated on Agilent Eclipse XDB-C8 column with column temperature kept at 30 ℃,and the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-methanol-10 mmol?L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate (65∶40∶95,pH value adjusted to 7.2) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL?min-1. The UV detection wavelength was set at 227 nm. Plasma sample were pretreated by liquid-liquid extaction with gemfibrozil as an internal standard. Plasma concentrations of GM in 6 Beagle dogs at different time points were determined after a single sublingual dosing of 2 mg GM spray. RESULTS: The linear range of GM was 50~2 500 ng?mL-1 with a lowest detection limit of 20 ng?mL-1. The intra-day RSD and inter-day RSD were all less than 15%. The extraction recovery rate was 71.27%~103.5%,and the methodological recovery rate was 87.97%~ 98.95%. CONCLUSION: This method is simple in sample treatment and sensitive, and it is applicable for analysis of GM in biological sample.
