Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of auricular plaster therapy for depression in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes. Methods Sixty patients with depression in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes were randomly allocated to group A of 18 cases, broup B of 22 cases and group C of 20cases. In addition to conventional hypoglycemic treatment, group A received psychological intervention; group B, auricular plaster therapy; group C, oral administration of fluoxetine hydrochloride capsules. Pre-/post-treatment changes in fasting blood glucose, two-hour postprandial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin and the Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) score were observed in the three groups after eight weeks of treatment. The clinical therapeutic effects were compared between the three groups. Results There were no statistically significant post-treatment differences in fasting blood glucose, two-hour postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin among the three groups (P>0.05). There was a statistically significant pre-/post-treatment difference in the HAMD score in the three groups (P<0.05). There was a statistically significant difference in the HAMD score between groups B and A at two, four, six and eight weeks after treatment (P<0.05), between groups B and C at two weeks after treatment (P<0.05) and between groups C and A at two, six and eight weeks after treatment (P<0.05). The total efficacy rate was 77.8% in group A, 90.9% in group B and 90.0% in the control group. There was a statistically significant difference in the total efficacy rate between group B or C and group A (P<0.05).Conclusion Auricular plaster therapy plus medication is an effective way to treat depression in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes.

Objective To analyze the characteristics of malaria prevalence in Wenzhou City,so as to provide the evidence for improving the comprehensive control of malaria. Methods The epidemiological data of malaria cases in Wenzhou City in 2015 were collected and analyzed with the descriptive epidemiological methods. Results Totally 24 imported malaria cases were reported in Wenzhou City in 2015 with the incidence of 0.26 per 100000 and no case was dead. Plasmodium vivax,P. fal-ciparum,and P. ovale were identified in 1(4.17%),20(83.33%),and 3(12.50%)cases,respectively. The cases reported in Rui'an,Cangnan and Lucheng counties/districts accounted for 70.83%(17/24)of the total cases in Wenzhou City. The cases were mostly concentrated in male young adults and 23 cases(95.83%)were imported from Africa. Conclusion Malaria epi-demic situation in Wenzhou City is relatively stable and no local malaria cases were reported in 2015. However, the control work of imported malaria should be strengthened.

[Objective]This study was designed to investigate the genetic evolution of the neuraminidase(NA)gene of seasonal A/H1N1 and 2009 novel A/H1N1 inflilenza virus, and discuss the genetic variation of influenza A virus.[Methods]The virus strains were separately isolated from the clinical samples collected in 2006 and 2009,and then identified as seasonal A/H1N1 and novel A/H1N1.The full length of the NA gene of these strains was amplified by RT-PCR.Then the genetic evolution and mutations of important functional sites were analyzed.[Results]The homology of NA gene between the 2009 novel A/H1N1 isolates and 2006 seasonal A/H1N1 isolates was low(77.9%~78.8%),so was the homology of NA gene between the 2009 novel A/H1N1 isolates and representative strains of different periods and 1979-2001 WHO recommended vaccine strains(78.1%~79.3%).But compared with the WHO recommended vaccine strains of 2009 novel A/H1N1,the homology reached more than 99%.The genetic evolution analysis revealed that NA gene of 2009 novel A/H1N1 had the closest genetic relationship with the swine influenza A virus(A/swine/Belgium/1/1983)from Eurasian Iineage, and some of the antigenic sites and neuraminidase active sites of NA gene of seasonal A/H1N1 were mutated after 2005.[Conclusion]The NA gene of 2009 novel A/H1N1 may originate from Eurasian Iineage of swine influenza virus. The variation of NA gene of seasonal A/H1N1 has occurred in a certain degree.Hence,it is very necessary to continuously monitor the variant of influenza A virus.

Objective:To establish a multi-factor prediction model for vascular aging based on psychological behavior and physical exercise using nomogram and structural equation method. Methods:A total of 701 inpatients or physical examination patients who underwent carotid ultrasound examination in the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University from October 2021 to March 2023 were selected by cross-sectional method. The subjects were randomly divided into training queue( n=492) and verification queue( n=209) according to the ratio of 7∶3.The psychological and behavioral factors, lifestyle, demography and accompanying diseases data were collected. Multi-factor binary Logistic regression method in SPSS 25.0 software was used to screen independent influencing factors of vascular aging, R 4.2.2 software was used to build a nomogram prediction model of vascular aging, and the ROC curve, calibration chart and decision curve analysis were used to evaluate the nomogram, and AMOS software was used to build a structural equation model of vascular aging. Results:Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that type A behavior( B=1.757, OR(95% CI)=5.790(2.750-12.210), P<0.001), physical exercise( B=-3.019, OR(95% CI)=0.050(0.020-0.100), P<0.001), high-fat diet( B=0.679, OR(95% CI)=1.970(1.350-2.880), P<0.001), sleep quality( B=-1.451, OR(95% CI)=0.230(0.120-0.460), P<0.001), tea drinking habits( B=-2.349, OR(95% CI)=0.100(0.050-0.200), P<0.001), age( B=0.061, OR(95% CI)=1.060(1.020-1.110), P=0.005), sex( B=-1.263, OR(95% CI)=0.280(0.140-0.570), P<0.001), hyperlipidemia( B=0.679, OR(95% CI)=1.970(1.350-2.880), P<0.001) and diabetes( B=0.838, OR(95% CI)=2.310(1.140-4.700), P=0.021)were independent influencing factors of vascular aging. The nomogram model showed that type A behavior, physical exercise, high-fat diet, sleep quality, tea drinking habits, age, sex, hyperlipidemia and diabetes were independent influencing factors of vascular aging.Advanced age, type A behavior, hyperlipidemia, diabetes and the score of high-fat diet were risk factors for vascular aging, while better sleep quality, tea drinking habit and the score of physical exercise were protective factors for vascular aging.Men were more prone to vascular aging than women. Structural equation model showed that type A behavior had the strongest direct positive effect on vascular aging (the effect coefficient=0.197, P<0.01), and physical exercise had the strongest direct negative effect on vascular aging (the effect coefficient=-0.452, P<0.01), which could indirectly affect vascular aging through various factors. Conclusions:The nomogram model shows the independent influencing factors of vascular aging and has certain predictive value.Structural equation model shows that many factors such as psychological behavior and lifestyle can directly or indirectly affect the occurrence of vascular aging, among which type A behavior and physical exercise have more extensive effects.
