Objective To understand the serological detection of suspected measles cases in Xicheng District of Beijing,and provide basis for monitoring and prevention of measles.Methods Detection results of 200 blood speci-mens and age distribution of suspected measles cases in Xicheng District of Beijing in 2011 -2014 were analyzed. Results The positive rate of serological detection of suspected measles cases in 2011-2014 was 32.50%(65/200);positive rates in each year were 12.00%,4.35%,33.90%,and 44.09% respectively;there was significant differ-ence in the positive rate of serological tests in different years(P <0.001).Of 200 cases,65 were <5 years old,and 97 were >24 years old,positive rates of serological detection were 35.38% and 34.02% respectively;31 cases (15.50%)received vaccination of measles;vaccine coverage rate in IgM antibody positive cases was lower than IgM antibody negative cases (3.08% vs 21 .48%,P <0.001 ).Conclusion Positive rate of serological detection de-creased in 2012,then increased year by year,for children under 5 years,measles are controlled by immunization with measles vaccine,in order to achieve the goal of eliminating measles effectively,control and prevention of adult measles is of great significance.

Objective To analyze the requirements of the Chinese PLA biosecurity and disease prevention and to develop an Internet information tracking system for infectious disease surveillance .Methods A focused crawler was used to automatically collect Internet information about infectious diseases before the information could be released , automatically correlated and analyzed .Results This system could claw the Internet information of infectious disease surveillance and build an infectious disease surveillance information knowledge database .Conclusion The use of this system can not only improve the efficiency of information studies , but also meet the information requirements of infectious disease prevention in Chinese PLA.

OBJECTIVE To discuss the management methods of sputum sample retained clinically based on the praxiology,and aim at improving the quality of the sputum retained. METHODS Through investigating the quality of sputum sample retained routinely from the department of internal medicine in a general hospital at the duration from Sep 2004 to Feb 2005,the intervention effect was evaluated by carrying out the measure of praxiology intervention. RESULTS The qualification rate was 23.7% for the sputum sample retained routinely from the hospital at the duration from Sep 2004 to Feb 2005,after carrying out the measure of praxiology intervention,the qualification rate was 30.1% at the duration from Apr 2005 to Aug 2005.Statistic data showed that there was no significant difference. CONCLUSIONS The quality of the sputum sample retained routinely is poor,and the measure of praxiology intervention failed to improve the quality of the sputum sample.Microscopy is the most important measure to ensure the quality of the sputum sample for the cytology test before cultivating the sample,and should be a routine test in hospital.The study on praxiology intervention will be further carried out in the future.

Objective To establish a military disease prevention and control website to achieve dissemination of disease control information , resource sharing , business communication in the whole army , and popularize relevant knowledge of disease prevention and control promotion among the troops .Methods Based on the content management system and meta-data repository platform,B/S system architecture, JSP,MySQL and other programming techniques and tools were used to complete the system development .Results The military disease prevention and control website we designed has been for-mally launched ,which was able to implement a set of functions such as content distribution , full-text retrieval ,classification and aggregation of knowledge , online consultation .Conclusion This website plays a positive role in enhancing military prevention and control ,popularizing relevant laws and regulations ,meeting the health needs of the army soldiers and impro-ving the ability of disease prevention in grass-roots units.

Objective To establish a GC method for simultaneous determine of camphor, borneol and bornyl acetate in Shenling Baizhu Powder. Methods Capillary column was used with 100% methyl polysiloxane as stationary phase. The temperature-programmed was as follows:starting temperature of 60 ℃, 5 ℃/min, rose to 130 ℃, kept for 5 minutes, followed by 20 ℃/min up to 230 ℃, and kept for 5 minutes. Results The average recovery rate of camphor was 99.87%, RSD was 1.3%, and good linear relationship was showed in the range of 0.003 77-0.150 8 μg (r=0.999 9). The average recovery of borneol was 100.71%, RSD was 2.1%, and good linear relationship was showed in the range of 0.002 411-0.096 4 μg (r=0.999 9). The average recovery rate of bornyl acetate was 101.95%, RSD was 1.3%, and good linear relationship was showed in the range of 0.003 02-0.121 1 μg (r=0.999 9). Conclusion The method is simple, reliable, accurate, and can effectively control the quality of Amomi Fructus in Shenling Baizhu Powder.

Objective To investigate the occupational stress and mental health of the staffs of disabled care agency, and the main factors related. Methods The staffs were investigated with Work Stress Scale, Coping Style Questionnaire, and Symptom Checklist (SCL-90). Results The work stress was hard in the subjects with poor mental health condition. Their cope style was mainly positive and mature. Gender,levels of education, jobs, and coping styles related with the work stress, while the work stress and coping style related with the mental health. Conclusion The staffs in disabled care agency experience work stress and erious mental problems, which need to be solved.

Objective: To investigate the lunch supply in primary and middle school dining rooms in Ningbo City, so as to provide the scientific evidence for guiding rational dietary supply and improving student health. Methods: A primary school and a junior high school were randomly sampled from each of 10 counties (districts) in Ningbo City. Food receipt and balance, dinner supply and number of students with meals were collected from school dining rooms with questionnaires formulated by Zhejiang Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention, and all foods in school dining rooms provided by enterprises were sorted and recorded. Daily mean lunch food, energy and nutrient supply was calculated per student, and evaluated with the Student Electronic Nutritionist platform, the 2013 revision of Chinese Dietary Reference Intakes and the national criteria of Nutrition Guidelines of Student Meals (WS/T 554-2017). Results: Six urban primary schools, six urban junior high schools, four rural primary schools and four rural junior high schools were enrolled, and there were two schools with meals provided by enterprises and eighteen schools with meals provided by their dining rooms. Appropriate supply of cereals and potatoes, excessive supply of livestock and poultry meat, vegetable oil and salt, and low supply of fruits, eggs, milk and soybean and nuts were found in primary and junior high school, and notably, milk and fruits were not provided by any rural junior high schools. Excessive energy supply was found in primary schools (excessive energy supply in rural primary schools and appropriate in urban primary schools), and appropriate energy supply was seen in junior high schools. High energy ratios of protein and fat, low energy ratio of carbohydrate, low supply of diatery fiber, vitamin A and calcium, appropriate supply of vitamin B1, B2 and C, and sufficient supply of iron and zinc were found in primary and junior high school. Conclusion Unreasonable dietary structure, excessive energy supply and nutrient imbalance are found in lunch supply by primary and junior high schools in Ningbo City.

Objective To investigate the expression of TLR2 and HIF-1α in pancreatic cancer and explore the relationship between TLR2 or HIF-1α protein and the clinical or pathological changes in pancreatic cancer. Methods The mRNA of TLR2 and HIF-1α in 30 cases of pancreatic cancer and its adjacent tissues were detected with real-time PCR and with immunohistochemical methods in 65 cases of pancreatic cancer and 38 cases of corresponding adjacent tissues. The relationship between TLR2 or HIF-1α and pathologic features of pancreatic cancer was analyzed. The correlation between TLR2 and HIF-1α in pancreatic cancer was also assessed. Kaplan-Meier method was used to assess the impact of TLR2 or HIF1αexpression on survival. Results The relative quantification of TLR2 mRNA and HIF-1α mRNA in pancreatic cancer tissues was 0.84±0.17 and 0.87±0.11, respectively, which was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues 0.70±0.13 and 0.68±0.13 respectively,P＜0.05. The protein expression of TLR2 and HIF-1α in pancreatic cancer tissues was 63. 10% and 70.8%, respectively, significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues (34.20% and 36.8%, respectively). There was no significant correlation between the expression of TLR2 or HIF-1α protein and the age, gender, tumor location, the degree of differentiation in patients with pancreatic cancer (P＞0.05). However, there was significant correlation between the expression of TLR2 or HIF-1α protein and tumor size, lymph node metastasis, venous invasion and clinical staging. TLR2 and HIF-1α had a significant impact on survival. Conclusion TLR2 and HIF-1α overexpressed in pancreatic cancer and TLR2 signaling pathway may promote development of the pancreatic cancer with HIF-1α together.

Objective To investigate the diagnosis and the curative effects of interventional therapy by spiral CT in rupture of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC). Methods 46 patients were checked by spiral CT and abdominal puncture of non-condensable blood. All the patients were treated by the transcatheter arterial embolization (TAE) with iodinated oil and/or gelatin sponge. Results Characteristic findings were detected in 31 patients,of which 7 patients were chiefly detected by spiral CT. The bleeding of ruptured HCCs was controlled effectively in all the cases treated by TAE without serious complications. Conclusion Spiral CT is susceptive to the diagnosis of the ruptured HCC. TAE can be the chiefly treatment in ruptured HCC with fewer serious complications.
