The most important characteristic of optical coherence tomography (OCT)is high resolution (about 10~15μm),so it can perform high resolution cross section tomography on internal microstructure of biological tissue. From 2000 OCT first used to detect coronary artery lesions,it already gradually popularized in diagnosis and treat-ment field of coronary artery intervention,It has become a main method for intravascular detection,diagnosis and guiding treatment of coronary diseases.
2.Study on the risk factors for hip fracture in elderly people in Ningbo

Objective To investigate the risk factors for hip fracture in elderly people in Ningbo,in order to provide the basis for prevention and treatment of hip fracture.Methods A case-control study were conducted in study on 450 cases of hip fracture patients aged over 60 years in Ningbo and 450 subjects of control as 1 ∶ 1 matched case control study.A univariate analysis of hip fracture was performed by x2 test.Risk factors for hip fracture were analyzed by logistic regression.Results Poor self-care ability (OR=5.05),light manual labor occupation (OR=4.10),history of cerebrovascular events (OR=2.59),smoking (OR=2.14) were the risk factors for hip fracture in elderly men,while poor self-care ability (OR=11.36),light manual labor occupation (OR=2.41),osteoporosis (OR=3.19),early menopause (OR=6.89),low body mass index (OR=5.05) were the risk factors for hip fracture in elderly women.The protective factors for hip fracture was milk uptake (OR=0.29) Conclusions Early interventions for hip fracture risk factors,and prevention and treatment of osteoporosis can help reduce the occurrence of hip fracture.
3.Relationship between body composition and bone mineral density in postmenopausal women of different ages

Objective To determine the effect of lean mass and fat mass on bone mineral (BMD) in postmenopausal women of different age groups.Methods A total of 287 postmenopausal women (aged 50 years and over) participated in this study.Individuals were divided into 4 age groups by decades:group 1,50-59 yr (82 cases); group 2,60-69 yr (73 cases); group 3,70-79 yr (66 cases); group 4,80 years and over (66 cases).The BMD of lumbar spine (L2-4),left femoral neck and total hip were measured by dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry.Fat and muscle mass were analyzed by its analysis function and the percent of fat mass and muscle mass were calculated.Then data were processed by the SPSS 18.0 programme.Results One linear regression analysis showed that the L2-4 BMD was significantly associated only with body composition of trunk,while femoral neck (FN) and total hip (TH) BMD were respectively associated with body composition of different parts in group 1.L2-4 BMD was significantly associated only with trunk fat mass and muscle mass (r=0.27,0.25,both P< 0.05),but there were no relationships between BMD of FN and TH and body composition of different parts in group 2.The BMD of L2-4,FN and TH were significantly respectively associated with body composition of different parts in group 3 and 4.Conclusions In postmenopausal women,fat mass and muscle mass play an important role in BMD.In postmenopausal women aged 60-69 yr,the body composition has a minimal impact on BMD,and hormone replacement therapy may be the best for osteoporosis prevention and treatment in this period.Different exercise and loosing of weight in postmenopausal women of different ages can prevent osteoporosis and fragility fractures.
4.Clinical observation of S-1 combined with γ-ray stereotactic body radiation therapy in treatment of locally advanced pancreatic cancer

Objective To evaluate the clinical toxicity and efficacy of S-1 combined with γ-ray body stereotactic radiation therapy in treatment of locally advanced pancreatic cancer.Methods Forty-five patients with locally advanced pancreatic cancer were randomly divided into two groups.The combination group received γ-ray stereotactic body radiation therapy which was given isodose curve of 50 %-60 %,tumor encircling dose of 3.0-4.5 Gy per fraction depended on dimension of tumors,9-12 fractions.Combined with S-1 40 mg/m2,2 times/d,for consecutive twenty-one days for four courses.The control group was given γ-ray stereotactic body radiation therapy only.Toxicities and effects were evaluated according to the criteria of WHO and RTOG.Results The CR rates in combination group and control group were 30.4 % (7/23) and 13.6 % (3/22),the response rates were 91.3 % (21/23) and 63.6 % (14/22) (x2 =4.980,P =0.026).The rates of gastrointestinal tract side reaction in combination group and control group were 82.6 % and 68.2 % (x2 =1.267,P =0.260),myelosuppression in combination group and control group were 78.3 % and 63.6 % (x2 =1.171,P =0.279).The rate of Ⅲ-Ⅳ grade myelosuppression in combination group were higher than that in control group (x2 =4.874,P =0.027).The median progression-free survival (PFS) rates of two groups were 8 months and 6 months respectively (x2 =1.357,P > 0.05),the median survival period were 17 months and 14 months (x2 =1.017,P > 0.05),1 year survival rates were 60.9 % and 54.5 % respectively (x2 =0.184,P > 0.05).Conclusions S-1 combined with body gamma system treatment can improve local control rate and effective rate for inoperable patients with local advanced pancreatic carcinoma,and the adverse reactions are well tolerated.This method can be used as locally advanced pancreatic cancer chemoradiation safe and effective choice.

Obiective To elaborate the application of PCT/CT orientation Gamma Knife in the body.Methods From May, 2007 to May, 2008, PET/CT equipment was used on 120 cases with gamma knife body positioning and image fusion, Re-sults The PET/CT scan may not have iodine in the contrast agent to enhance the effective conduct of tumor imaging and CT position provides more simple and more accurate image information to guide target(GTV) of the outline. Conclusion The PET/CT in the gamma knife treatment can improve in the positioning accuracy of GIN, and improve treatment opportunity for iodine allergy patients.
7.Transcription factors FoxO1 and FoxO3a expression on muscle and liver adipose tissue of KKAy diabetic mice

Objective To detect the expression of FoxO1 and FoxO3a in liver and muscle tissue from KKAy diabetic mice.Methods Study group consists of 7 KKAy diabetic mice until 12 weeks,thereafter fed high fat diet for 4 weeks.It was diagnosed as diabetes when blood glucose was more than(16.7 mmol/L) in two consequent weeks.Control group consists of 7 C57BL mice 16 week old.Dispatched the mice and took quadriceps of femoris muscle and liver tissue to detect the FoxO1 and FoxO3a protein expression by Western blot with antibody.Results Liver and muscle FoxO1 expression was higher in KKAy diabetic mice than that in C57BL mice.FoxO3a expression was much higher in liver than in muscle in both groups.Muscle FoxO3a expression was higher in KKAy diabetic mice than that in control mice.Conclusion FoxO1 and FoxO3a in liver and muscle expressed differently in diabetic mice and control mice.They may play a role in mechanisms of insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes mellitus.
8.Increased protein PTEN expression in live and muscle in insulin resistant diabetic KKAy mice

Objective To detect protein PTEN in live and muscle tissue of KKAy diabetic mice and to investigate whether PTEN is associated with the insulin resistance in diabetic KKAy mice.Methods Animals were divided into normal diet C57BL group(n=7,sixteen-week-old C57BL mice),high fat diet C57BL group(n=7),diabetic KKAy group(n=7),the latter two groups were fed with normal diet until week 12,followed by high fat diet for 4 weeks.Blood glucose was measured every week,it would be diagnosed of diabetes if blood glucose more than 300 mg/dl(16.7 mmol/L) in two consecutive weeks.Dispatched the mice,took quadriceps of femoris muscle and liver tissue,added tissue lytic solution,measured the protein concentration by Bradford method and detect the PTEN protein expression in muscle and liver tissue by Western bolts methods.Results The PTEN protein level was significantly increased in quadriceps muscle and live tissue in KKAy mice as compared to the both age-matched C57BL control groups(P
9.Preparation and In Vitro/In Vivo Evaluation of Celecoxib Self-microemulsifying Drug Delivery Systems

Objective To investigate celecoxib self-microemulsifying drug delivery system (CXB-SMEDDS) that was developed to increase the dissolution rate and oral bioavailability of celecoxib.Methods The formulation of CXB-SMEDDS was optimized by pseudo-ternary phase diagrams analysis.The appearance, morphology, particle size distribution and in vitro drug release behavior of CXB-SMEDDS were investigated after diluted by water.The bioavailability of CXB-SMEDDS was determined by oral administration to rats compared with CXB suspension.Results An optimized formulation was selected: Medium chain triglycerides as oil phase, Tween 20 as surfactant, Transcutol HP as cosurfactant.The ratio of oil phase, surfactant and cosurfactant was 2∶9∶9.Upon mixing with water, CXB-SMEDDS formed a clear and transparent microemulsion solution with homogeneous small spherical under transmission electron microscopy.For particle size of CXB-SMEDDS was found to be (57.6±14.2) nm.The in vitro dissolution test indicated a significant improvement in release characteristics of CXB.The AUC of CXB-SMEDDS and CXB suspension were (5.54±0.94) and (3.32±0.59) mg·L-1·h, respectively.The relative bioavailability was 166.9%.Conclusion The SMEDDS can significantly increase celecoxib dissolution in vitro and bioavailability in vivo.
10.Efficacy of Home Tele-rehabilitation Guidance on Activities of Daily Living and Motor Function in Patients after Cerebral Infarction

Objective To observe the effects of the home tele-rehabilitation guidance on activities of daily living and motor function in patients after cerebral infarction. Methods 101 cases with cerebral infarction at recovery stage were divided into control (n=50) and rehabilitation (n=51) group. The rehabilitation group received home tele-rehabilitation guidance. They were assessed with the Barthel index (BI) and the simplified Fugl-Meyer assessment (FMA) before and 3 month after treatment. Results There is no significant difference in both the BI and FMA between these groups before treatment, and the rehabilitation group improved more after treatment (P<0.05). ConclusionHome tele-rehabilitation guidance can facilitate the recovery of activities of daily living and motor function in cerebral infarction patients.
