Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 2010;29(6):586-587
Objective: To summarize our experience on perioperative anesthesia management of patients with crush syndrome caused by earthquake under field condition. Methods: The clinical anesthesia data of 10 patients with crush syndrome caused by China Wenchuan earthquake, who were treated under field condition, were retrospectively analyzed, and our experience on perioperative anesthesia management was summarized. Results: After volume therapy, urine alkalization, and stabilization of internal environment, the 10 patients underwent debridement, decompression by fasciotomy or amputation under epidural anesthesia or brachial plexus block plus psychological therapy and moderate tranquillizer. During the operation, the patients showed smooth respiratory and cardiovascular characteristics without pain. Conclusion: Under field condition, regional anesthesia can provide adequate analgesic effect during and after the surgery. Early fluid resuscitation and life support are vital to the safety and life of patients.
4.Thinking of Medical Students′Ecological Moral Cultivation under the View of Beautiful China
Chinese Medical Ethics 2016;29(2):187-189
Firstly, this paper analyzed the significance of strengthening medical students’ ecological moral ed-ucation under the view of Beautiful China. Secondly, it discussed the present situation of ecological moral and the reasons of lacking of ecological moral in medical students. At last, the authors pointed out the countermeasures to strengthen the moral cultivation of medical students’ ecological countermeasures under the view of Beautiful China. Therefore, we must strengthen the top-level design to ensure the ecological moral education enter into the national education system, enhance to maintain power to build the full-area coverage ecological moral teaching system, and strengthen institutional construction to establish long-term mechanism of ecologic moral education.
5.The manifestation of children with dental disease and the relevant therapeutic ways
Journal of Practical Stomatology 2001;0(03):-
Objective: To inquire into the discrepancy in the behavior and therapeutic ways for the children at different age with dental diseases. Methods: 994 children at the age of 1~12 with dental diseases were divided into 3 groups on the base of their ages. Relevant therapeutic ways were taken according to their behavior. The influencing factors that made dental treatment finished smoothly were reached through analyzing the relationship among the children, the parents and the medical personals. Results: The manifestations of children's behavior had significant age differences when they received dental treatment. Non cooperative children constituted the majority of the infantile children, while the school age children were mostly cooperative. The ways chosen to treat children's dental diseases also had significant age differences. Compulsory means was the main way to treat infantile children and routine means to the pre school age and school age children. Inductive and threatening ways were always used for the non cooperative pre school age children. The non cooperative school age children were always received inductive means and seldom threatening and compulsory ones. The parents often accompanied with the infantile children, but did not with the pre school age and school age children. Conclusion: The age is a key factor to determine the clinical manifestations and the methods used to treat children's dental diseases.
6.Suppressing Function of Breast Cancer Metastasis Suppressor 1 in Breast Cancer Metastasis
Chinese Journal of Bases and Clinics in General Surgery 2003;0(03):-
Objective To review the recent studies on the suppressing function of breast cancer metastasis suppressor 1 (BRMS1) in breast cancer metastasis. Methods The recent literatures on the mechanisms of BRMS1 in the breast cancer that were published in and abroad were reviewed and summarized. Results BRMS1, similar to the other anti-metastasis genes, only suppresses the metastasis of breast cancer cells but has nothing to do with the growth of tumor. BRMS1 could suppress metastasis of tumor cells by reestablishing both the homospecific and the heterospecific gap junctional intercellular comminications (GJIC) and by altering the expressions of relevant metastasis genes in the breast cancer. Conclusion Further studies on BRMS1 may be helpful to understand the metastasis of breast cancer, which may provide a new way for the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer.
7.The Application value of Multi-position Radiography in the Diagnosis for Fracture of Rib
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2010;17(9):1190-1191
Objective To discuss the application value of multi- position radiography in the diagnosis for fracture of rib. Methods 98 cases with integrated data of thoracic trauma undergone multi- position view X-ray from 2007 to 2009 were retrospectively reviewed. Results The percent of fractures with orthophoria view is 65.4%.The percents of fractures with oblique position, tangential projection and spot film under the X-ray fluoroscopy are 20.6%、5.1% 、8.8%,while doesn' t find the A-P position,The total percent is 34.6%.Conclusion Multi-position radiography can elevate the diagnosis for fracture of rib and has application value.
8.Research progress in photoacoustic imaging of microcirculation
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2017;30(8):878-883
Microcirculation is closely related to occurrence and development of disease, so it is of significance in noninvasive imaging of microcirculatory structure and function in vivo.Photoacoustic imaging is one of the main techniques in microcirculation imaging, which has the characteristics of high contrast, high detection depth and high sensitivity to tissue function.A review of the literature showed that photoacoustic technique can noninvasively image and quantitatively measure microcirculatory structure, vasoconstriction and vasodilation, concentration of hemoglobin, oxygen saturation, blood velocity and direction, oxygen metabolism level in a certain depth of living tissue in real time.Research progress in photoacoustic imaging of microcirculation in subcutis, cerebral cortex, tumor, eye and other tissues is reviewed in this paper.
9.Distribution and Antibacterial Resistance of 326 Strains of Nosocomial Infection Pathogens
Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2009;0(18):-
OBJECTIVE To investigate the distribution and drug resistance of nosocomial infection pathogens. METHODS Statistical methods were used to analyz the data of pathogens origin and drug resistance from 2005 to 2007. RESULTS A total of 326 strains were isolated from 604 nosocomial infection cases (54.0%),from which the Gram-negative bacilli were predominate (44.1%). The isolation rate ot fungi and Gram-positie bacteria was 41.6% and 14.3%,respectiviely. The top three pathogens were the fungi (41.6%),Pseudomonas aeruginosa14.3%,and enterobacter (10.6%). The rate of ampicillin-resistant Escherichia coli was 100%.The isolation rate of MRSA and MRCNS was up to 100.0% and 80.0%. CONCLUSIONS Fungi is common high among pathogens. The emergence of drug-resistant pathogens will continue to be a serious problem,we must take it intimately.
10.Antiviral therapy for hepatitis virus-related hepatocellular carcinoma: current status and challenges
Journal of Clinical Hepatology 2017;33(7):1270-1273
The incidence rate of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is increasing around the world and tends to decrease in East Asia and several regions in China;however, China still has higher incidence rate and mortality rate of HCC than most countries.Studies have shown that long-term antiviral therapy can inhibit HBV replication to a very low level or help patients with HCV infection achieve sustained virologic response, which can further reduce the incidence rate of virus-related HCC.New evidence suggests that compared with nucleos(t)ide analogues, PEG-IFNα has a better effect of secondary prevention.Studies also indicate that interferons play an important role in tertiary prevention of virus-related HCC.This article reviews the epidemiological studies on virus-related HCC in recent years and the role of antiviral therapy in second and tertiary prevention and points out that adequate and effective antiviral therapy is the basis for preventing the development and recurrence of HCC.
