4.Response characteristics of mentally retarded children in weight discrimination test
Chinese Mental Health Journal 1988;0(06):-
Twenty-eight MR children were compared with 28 normal children in a weight dis-crimination test. The ability of weight discrimination in MR children were found markedly lower thannormal children in the tests either with their left hand, right hand,or both hands, though no signifi-cant difference was found among either left and right,or both hands of MR child, implicating that theimpairment of recognition function involved both cerebri hemisphere, not to support the hypothesis ofrecognition dysfunction either in left hemisphere or in right hemisphere dysfunction for MR children. The present investigation also found that MR children showed obvious tendency to make indefinite judgement, which might be a specific response pattern in MR children.
5.Research progress of miR-21 in esophageal cancer
Practical Oncology Journal 2017;31(3):277-280
Esophageal cancer is a common malignancy with a high incidence and a poor prognosis.MiR -21 is up-regulated in cancer tissues, blood and saliva of esophageal cancer patients. Its abnormal expression is closely related to the development of esophageal cancer.MiR-21 plays an important role in the regulation of tumor-related target genes, especially in the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of esophageal cancer.
6.Damage mechanism on vascular endothelium by platelet-derived microparticle
International Journal of Pediatrics 2017;44(4):273-275,280
Platelet-derived microparticle (PMP)is a heterogeneous vesicle (< 1 μm)generated from the plasma membrane when platelets are activated by various stimulation, which is composed of serous cystic fragments and α-granules.The formation, release and level of circulating PMP can reflect the platelet activation. The functions of PMP include facilitating coagulation, promoting adhesion of platelet and leukocyte to the subendothelial membrane, promoting angiogenesis and stimulating the proliferation of vascular smooth muscle.High level of PMP appears in many cardiovascular diseases such as atherosclerosis, diabetes mellitus,Kawasaki disease and so on.This paper is to review the mechanism of PMP in the vascular endothelial injury.
7.Performance of Theory of Mind Tests in Children and Language Understanding Ability
Chinese Mental Health Journal 1988;0(06):-
Objective: To investigate the relationship between vocabulary understanding ability and performance of theory-of-mind tests of children and to confirm the applicability of Chinese revision of Theory of Mind Tests in China. Methods: 100 children aged from 3 to 5 years in Harbin City in China completed the Chinese revision of Theory of Mind Tests and Peabody Picture Vocabulary Test(PPVT). Results:The pass rates of 'expression recognition' tests from 3 to 5 years groups were 100%, and that of 'expression reasoning' tests were 76%,97%,97%. There were 36%,76%,93% of children passed the 'place change' false belief tests and 15%,42%,59% of children passed the 'content change' false belief tests. From 3 to 5 years groups, significant differences of PPVT IQ were found between groups divided depending on different performances of false belief tests, such as that of children passed place change or not were 104.9?16.9 vs 97.0?15.8,106.7?17.6 vs 99.7?15.9(t=2.22,2.07, P
8.Relationship between Parental Rearing Pattern and Subjective Quality of Life in Children with Asthma
Chinese Mental Health Journal 1991;0(04):-
Objective:To explore the relationship between parental rearing pattern and subjective quality of Life in children with asthma. Methods:Apply Egma Minnen av Bardndosnauppforstran(EMBU)and Inventory of Subjective Life Quality for children and adolescent(ISLQ)which to evaluate asthmatic children(mild 58,moderate 40)and 189 healthy children which age 9 to 12 years old. Results:the degree of father and mother's warm rearing pattern in mild and moderate asthmatic children(mild:45.7?8.3/44.0?9.2,moderate 52.1?9.3/50.0?11.2)were lower than that in health children(52.3?9.3,60.1?9.3,P
9.Radiation therapy in the treatment of hilar cholangiocarcinoma
Journal of Interventional Radiology 2006;0(10):-
The incidence of hilar cholangiocarcinoma is very rare worldwide. Radical resection is the only prognostic factor for long survival in patients with hilar cholangiocarcinoma. Postoperative radiation therapy can improve local control and survival rates for patients with palliative resection, but it remains controversial in patients with radical resection. Biliary drainage can effectively release bile duct obstruction for the majority of patients with locally advanced disease, and may even prolong survival when combined with radiation therapy. Radiation therapy includes extrernal beam therapy alone, external beam therapy with intraluminal brachytheapy and new radiation technique, such as three dimentional conformal therapy and intensity modulated radiation therapy. The propective randomized clinical study is needed for further investigation in the role of combined modality therapy especially for hilar cholangiocarcinoma.(J Intervent Radiol,2007,16: 705-709)
10.Research progress in palliative radiotherapy for advanced gastric cancer
Chinese Journal of Radiation Oncology 2016;25(1):85-89
According to the medical history, imaging and pathological diagnosis, the advanced gastric cancer patients able to tolerate radiotherapy can be divided into the following three groups:(1) unresectable locally advanced or locally recurrent disease;(2) metastatic disease at primary diagnosis with stage Ⅳ;(3) patients experiencing severe tumor-related clinical symptoms. The role of palliative radiotherapy in patients with advanced gastric cancer would be discussed by reviewing 33 articles (8 in last five years,13 in ten years).
