2.The effect of TGF-?_1 on expression of paxillin in human renal proximal tubular epithelial cell line
Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1983;0(05):-
Objective To explore the effect of transforming growth factor ?_1 (TGF-?_1) on expression of paxillin(Pax) in human kidney proximal tubular epithelial cell line (HKC cells) in different phases. Methods HKC cells cultured in vitro were divided into four groups at random. Control group(C group): HKC cells were cultured with serum free medium (FSM), and TGF-?_1-treated groups (T1, T2, T3 group): HKC cells were cultured with FSM containing 10ng/ml TGF-?_1. In the latter groups, duration of treatment varied as follows: T1 group for 24h, T2 group for 48h, T3 group for 72h. The proliferation of HKC cells induced by TGF-?_1 was assessed by MTT and the expression of Pax was determined. The gene expression of Pax was determined by reverse transcripton polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and the protein expression of Pax was assessed by immunohistochemical staining and Western blot. Results TGF-?_1 could induce the proliferation of HKC cells in a time-dependent manner. In C group there was expression of Pax mRNA and protein in HKC cells. The expression of Pax mRNA and protein in HKC cells was positive in all the T groups, especially in T2 group and T3 group they were significantly increased compared with T1 group (P
3.Human kidney proximal tubular epithelial cell line expresses paxillin induced by TGF-?_1
Journal of Third Military Medical University 2003;0(10):-
Objective To investigate the expression of Paxillin (Pax) in human kidney proximal tubular epithelial cell line (HKC) induced by transforming growth factor ?1(TGF?1). Methods HKC cells cultured in vitro were divided into three groups at random: control group(C): cultured with free serum medium(FSM), TGF?1-treated groups (T1 and T2): cultured with FSM containing different concentrations of TGF?1 (T1: 5 ng/ml, T2: 10 ng/ml). After 48-hour treatment, the expression of Pax mRNA and protein was detected by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and immunohistochemical staining in HKC cells respectively. Results In Group C, the expression of Pax mRNA and protein in HKC cells was elementary. However, in T1 and T2 groups , the expression of Pax mRNA and protein in HKC cells was greatly increased, especially in T2 group which was more significantly increased than T1 group (P
4.Development and verification of capillary isoelectric focusing-wholecolumn imaging detection method for isoelectric point analysis of recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide
Chinese Journal of Biologicals 2023;36(5):599-603+613
Objective To establish and verify a capillary isoelectric focusing-whole column imaging detection(CIEFWCID) method for the analysis of isoelectric point(pI) of recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide. Methods The ampholyte,space-occupying agent, protein concentration, focusing time were optimized by CIEF-WCID method, and the best condition for the detection of recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide was obtained. The repeatability, precision and durability of the developed method were verified, and three batches of recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide produced continuously were analyzed for pI.Results HR AESlyte 8-10.5 was selected as ampholyte, while 25 mmol/L sodium hydroxide as the space-occupying agent; The final concentration of the sample was 87.5 μg/mL and the focusing time was 8min.The relative standard deviation RSD of pI detection was 0.1% after six consecutive injections of the same sample; The RSD of pI detection of six samples was 0.1%;The pI RSD of the main peak was 0.1% at different final concentrations of the sample, and the pI RSD of the sample was 0.1% at different storage time, while the pI markers could not be changed arbitrarily. The pI was detected in three consecutive batches of recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide samples. Conclusion The developed CIEF-WCID method for pI analysis of recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide had good repeatability and precision and might be used for follow-up quality control of recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide.
5.Effect of neurotropin on essential trigeminal neuralgia in aged patients
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2005;11(7):587-587
ObjectiveTo observe the effect and safety of neurotropin on essential trigeminal neuralgia in aged patients.MethodsThe numeric rating scales (NRS) of the aged patients was used to evaluate before and after treatment.ResultsThe score of NRS decreased significantly after neuiotropin injection.ConclusionNeurotropin injection may be an effective and safe treatment on essential trigeminal neuralgia.
6.Clinical Effect of Allevyn Thin and Nursing on Patients with Phlebitis Caused by PICC
Journal of Kunming Medical University 2013;(8):166-168
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Allevyn Thin on phlebitis caused by PICC. Methods Total 60 patients with phlebitis caused by PICC were randomly divided into 2 groups:experiment group and control group. The patients in the experiment group were treated with Allevyn Thin, while the patients in the control group were treated with hydropathic compress of 50% magnesium sulfate solution. The curative effect and healing time of the two methods were observed and compared. Results The average healing time of the experiment group was significantly shorter than that of the control group, and the curative effect of the experiment group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Allevyn Thin can shorten the healing time and improve the curative rate in treating phlebitis caused by PICC, suggesting that Allevyn Thin has a good potential of extensive clinical application.
7.Thromboelastogram R time monitoring of low molecular weight heparin in malignant tumor
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(1):289-291
Objective To investigate the clinical use of low molecular weight heparin (LMWH) with thromboelastography (TEG)R time monitoring in malignant tumor patients, and guide clinical rational drug use. Methods 145 patients with malignant tumors were respectively first times and second times with low molecular weight heparin 4 h after venous blood determination of TEG R time and anti Xa activity, compare the effects of different doses of LMWH on TEG R time; the effects of different doses of LMWH against the activity of Xa; the correlation between the doses of LMWH at first time and TEG R time; the correlation between the doses of LMWH at first time and the activity of anti Xa; the correlation between TEG R time and the doses of LMWH at first time. Results Different doses of LMWH treatment had a significant effect on the TER G time (P < 0.05); no significant effect of different doses of LMWH against the activity of Xa; TEG R time with the first LMWH dose significantly correlated (P < 0.05); anti Xa activity and LMWH at the first time had no significant correlation between the dosage; no significant correlation with the anti Xa activity of TEG R time. Conclusion Using TEG R time to detect the clinical application of low molecular weight heparin is more sensitive and accurate compared with anti Xa activity detecting in patients with malignant tumor.
