2.The effect and mechanism of ginseng polysaccharides injective solution on invasive ability of human breast cancer MCF-7 cells
Practical Oncology Journal 2015;(4):333-336
Objective To evaluate the effect and mechanism of ginseng polysaccharides injective solu-tion on invasive ability of human breast cancer MCF-7 cells. Methods Human breast cancer MCF-7 cells were treated with different concentrations of ginseng polysaccharides injections(12.5μL/mL,25μL/mL,50μL/mL or 100μL/mL),and phosphate buffer saline was served as control. The invasive ability, transfer ability and protein expression of matrix metalloproteinases-2 ( MMP-2 ) and matrix metalloproteinases-9 ( MMP-9 ) were determined via transwell matrigel invasive test, scratch test and Western Blot, respectively. Results Ginseng pol-ysaccharide injection on invasive ability and transfer ability in vitro of MCF-7 cell had significant role in inhibi-ting effect, and showed dose and time dependent. After ginseng polysaccharides injection treatment, the MMP-2 and MMP-9 protein expression significantly reduced, and showed dose and time dependent manner. Conclusion Ginseng polysaccharides injection is able to inhibit the invasion and transfer in MCF -7 cells. Moreover, theregulation of MMP -2 and MMP -9 expression may be involved in this effect.
3.Optimization of Processing Technology of Nine Steaming Nine Drying of Rehmannia glutinosa by Multiple Indexes Comprehensive Balance Method-Orthogonal Test
China Pharmacy 2016;27(7):962-965
OBJECTIVE:To optimize the processing technology of nine steaming nine drying of Rehmannia glutinosa. METH-ODS:L9(34) orthogonal experimental design was adopted to investigate the effects of the amount of added wine, steaming time and drying way on processing technology using the content and property of 5-hydroxymethyl furfural, acteoside, reducing sugar wa-ter extract, and character score as indexes. Comprehensive balance method was used for result evaluation, and optimized technolo-gy was validated. RESULTS:The optimized processing condition was as follows as the amount of added yellow wine 40%,steam-ing for 9 times, lasting for 6 h each time, blast drying at 70 ℃. Average value of each factor in validation test was 4.030 mg/g, 0.117 mg/g,0.376 7 g/g,0.733 g/g and 9.0 points, respectively. Their RSDs were 1.78%,2.9%,1.54%,2.13% and 0.1%(n=3). CONCLUSIONS:Optimized technology is reasonable and controllable in product quality, and can provide reference for quality control study of nine steaming nine drying of R. glutinosa.
4.Effect of spironolactone combined with valsartan on renal function in patients with early diabetic nephropathy
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2015;(12):89-91
Objective To investigate the effect of spironolactone combined with valsartan on renal function in patients with early diabetic nephropathy. Methods 158 early diabetic nephropathy patients from May 2014 to June 2015 in department of endocrinology of Nanxun People’s Hospital of Huzhou were selected and divided into control group (79 cases) and experimental group (79 cases). The control group were treated by valsartan and the experimental group were treated with spironolactone on the basis of control group. The changes of renal function, potassium ion and blood rheology were observed and compared after treatment. Results Compared with control group post-treatment, the systolic pressure and diastolic pressure levels were lower, plasma urinary albumin excretion rates (UAER) level was lower (P <0.05), albumin (Alb), serum creatinine (Scr), blood urea nitrogen ( BUN) , creatinine clearance ( Ccr) and K +levels had no significant differences, whole blood specific viscosity, plasma specific viscosity and whole blood specific reduced viscosity were lower ( P <0.05 ) in experimental group. Conclusion Spironolactone combined with valsartan could effectively improve clinical efficacy of patients with early diabetic nephropathy , improve the renal function of patients, recover ion disorder and reduce blood viscosity.
5.Effect of aerobic exercise and progressive relaxation training on cancer-related fatigue in lung cancer patients during chemotherapy
Modern Clinical Nursing 2015;(8):18-22
Objective To explore the effect of aerobic exercise and progressive relaxation training on cancer-related fatigue in lung cancer patients during chemotherapy. Methods Sixty lung cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy were randomly assigned to an experiment group (n=30) and control group (n=30). The patients in the study group received regular nursing plus 6 weeks aerobic exercise intervention and progressive relaxation training, while the patients in the control group only received regular nursing care. The effect of intervention was evaluated by the Piper fatigue scale (PFS). Results Before the intervention, three were no difference in the PFS scores and all dimentions scores between the two group. After the intervention, the total score of the cancer-related fatigue and the score on every dimension of PFS were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.01). For the control group, the total score and the score on the dimension had insignificant difference between pre-and post-intervention (P<0.01), except the dimensions of emotion and feeling which showed significant differences between pre- and post-intervention (P < 0.05). Conclusion Aerobic exercise and progressive relaxation training can decrease the cancer-related fatigue and improve the quality of life.
6.Relationship between nurses′personality, family function and psychological resilience
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2017;33(21):1654-1658
Objective To investigate the status of personality, family function and psychological resilience towards employed nurses, and to explore the relationship among personality, family function and psychological resilience. Methods Four instruments were applied to investigate 240 employed nurses from comprehensive Grade 3A hospital of Fujian Province, which were the Characteristics Questionnaire, Family Intimacy Scale (FACEⅡ-CV), Self-resilience Scale and Personality Traits Questionnaire. Results The correlation analysis showed that nurses′ personality traits, family functions and psychological resilience were closely related. The multiple regression and analysis showed that 40%of the variance for employed nurses′psychological resilience could be explained through considering personality dimensions, family cohesion and adaptability. Conclusions Personality, family functions and psychological resilience towards employed nurses are closely related as both internal and external protective factors.
