2.Advances on Biological Stability of Drinking Water
Journal of Environment and Health 1992;0(04):-
Recently, because of the increasing of nitrogen, phosphate and organic pollutants concentration in water, the population and constitution of microorganisms in water have been influenced. There was a new challenge for the traditional drinking water treatment technology. The studies on the drinking water biostability were summarized and the determination of biological stability of drinking water, the influencing factors on the biostability and the measurement controlling the biostability were introduced in the present paper.

4.p27、cyclinD1 and malignant cancer
Journal of International Oncology 2008;35(5):336-339
The genesis of malignant tumor is proved to be mainly caused by regulatory disturbance of cell cycle,in which p27 protein and cyclin D1 protein are major regulators.Cyclin D1 and p27 are positive andnegative regulator respeetively.Recently, redueed expression of p27 protein and overexpression of cyclinD1 pro-tein are found in various eaacers. It has been demonstrated that p27and cyelinD1 are closely associated with the genesis and development of many cancers.Cell cycle and its regulatory has become the focus in tumor research.
5.Role of estrogen receptor alpha in adipocytes differentiation of rat bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells
Journal of Practical Stomatology 2009;25(6):794-797
Objective; To elucidate the mechanism of the role of ER-a in fat metabolism by regulating the expression of ER-a in SD rats marrow mesenchymal stem cells during differentiating into adipocytes in vitro. Methods ;SD rats marrow mesenchymal stem cells were separated and cultivated. The ER-a was transfected into the rBMSCs in group one. Tamoxifen Citrate was used to restrain the expression of ER-a in group two, the group without any treatment was used as control. Western blot was used to identify the difference of ER-a expression among different groups and Oil-Red-0 staining was employed to identify the adipocytes in vitro. Results; There was significant difference between the number of lipids and different groups (P <0. 01) ,the number of lipid droplet changed concomitantly with ER-a: Low-expression ER-a group > Control group > High-expression ER-a group. Conclusion; ER-a in SD rats marrow mesenchymal stem cells may restrain the adipocyte differentiation.

Journal of Xi'an Jiaotong University(Medical Sciences) 1982;0(04):-
Concentrations of TSH in the serum of 47 iron-deficiency children and urinary excretion of 17-KS in 24-hour samples from 64 iron deficiency children were investigated before and after treatment, and compared with that of the normal control group. It was showed that serum concentrations of TSH and 17-KS excretion in iron-deficiency children were abnomally higher than in the nomal control subjects, and they were before treatment than after. After treating, they returned to control levels. It is concluded that iron rather than anemia play a role in the disturbance of TSH and corticoid metabolism of the iron-deficiency children.
7.Evidence-based evaluation of Chinese students' social practice and guarantee mechanism
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2014;(6):631-636,637
Objective To investigate and analyze the researches and guarantee mechanisms of Chinese undergraduate students' social practice, to understand the current situation of college students' social practice and research quality and to provide the reference for the development of college students' social practice guarantee mechanism in China. Methods With the “University” “college students”“social practice” as key words , we retrieved published documents about long-term mechanism of CUSSP dating to March 2014, from Chinese journal full text database(CNKI), China outstanding master's degree thesis database, Chinese Excellent Doctor Degree Dissertation Full-text Database, Wanfang, CMFD, CDFD,VIP, Google and Baidu, etc. We classified the including documents based on evidence-based scientific evidence grading standards, analyzed Grade C and above documents only. Results A total of 22 relevant studies were included; 4 of them are policy studies with Grade B, 18 of them are cross-sectional studies with grade C. The studies showed: ①The policy studies give important sugges-tions on the content, form, effect, construction and evaluation system of long-term mechanism of CUSSP.②18 cross-sectional studies surveyed over 14 504 students' social practice conditions show the method-ology of most of the studies is described unclearly or non-standard however. ③12 studies have inves-tigated the Chinese college students' attitude towards social practice and actual participation, with 5 studies about the time of participation and 5 about the condition of combination with specialty. The undergraduate students can recognize the importance of social practice, however, the range, duration and times of their actual participation are limited, and the combination with their major is not close enough. ④7 studies have investigated the main problems of college students' social practice and 5 studies have investigated the students' satisfaction. At present, there exist many problems in CUSSP, of which the most difficult things are: hard-to-contacting practice units, lack of funds, lack of teacher guidance, hard-to-determining the practical projects etc. The students' overall satisfaction is“general”. Conclusions ①There is lack of high-quality studies about CUSSP, and the methodology of studies should be improved and standardized. ②Strengthening the long-term mechanism and evaluation system construction is urgently needed to ensure that students can conduct long-term, effective and stable social practice.
8. Expression of neuroglobin after focal cerebral ischemia and its neuroprotective effect
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 2010;29(10):1176-1179
Objective: To study the expression of neuroglobin (Ngb) in rat cerebral ischemia model and the neuroprotective effect of Ngb after ischemia and hypoxia. Methods: Totally 113 Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into sham-operated group, middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) group, hemorrhagic infarction (HI) group and hemin treatment group. The brain water content, infarcted tissue volume, neuropathologic changes (H-E staining) and expression of Ngb (immunocytochemical staining) were examined 3, 6, 12, and 24 h after model establishment. Results: The brain water contents and the infarcted tissue volumes in the hemin treatment group were significantly different from those of the MCAO group and HI group (P<0.01). The brain edema was obviously increased in HI group at 12 h. Neuropathologic examination showed that there were fewer necrotic neurons, milder edema and stronger Ngb expression in the Hemin treatment group than in the MCAO group and HI group. Immunocytochemical staining showed that the Ngb positive neurons in Hemin treatment group were more than those in the MCAO and HI groups. Conclusion: Earlier peak of brain edema may lead to aggravation of disease. Hemin-induced Ngb expression may relieve brain damage during focal cerebral ischemia.

Chinese Health Economics 2013;(11):79-81
Objective: To analyze the efficiency of chronic disease prevention and control of primary health service institutions in Shandong, and provide policy references. Methods:Using CRS and VRS models from DEA to analyze the representative input and output indicators in primary health Service institutions. Results: The overall efficiency of chronic disease prevention and control in primary health service institutions is low, and the actual output was insufficient compared with the target output. Conclusion: Strengthening chronic disease control measures in high-risk group and establishing management mechanism leaded by the goal of chronic prevention and control in order to achieve optimal allocation of resources.
10.Rehabilitation and Exercise for Senior Coronary Heart Disease (review)
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2010;16(5):421-422
The rehabilitation exercise has been found to be an important part of the treatment of the senior coronary heart disease in the recent researches. The senior patients with coronary heart disease are always complicated, so the exercises should start with low intensity and increase gradually. It is important to pay attention to the warm up and relaxation before and after the exercises. There are few patients accepted rehabilitation, which need pay more attention on it to help the senior patients improve their quality of life.
